They are way overpriced. And the prices just keep going up it seems . They are selling shadowbox banks that cost $1.25 at the Dollar tree for $3.74. I dont want to hear about fair market prices. They are selling items that are donated to them. This is why I don't donate anything to Goodwill. I take my donations to the local church where i know they wont over charge for something that was given to them. After this trip we are done shopping at Goodwill.

Prices are great, but most clothes are faded, old looking, have stains on some, hard to find nice clothes, barely any toys, not everything has a poster with prices of things like pillows and blankets and kids clothes were mixed in with other sizes. Adult clothes were very organized though and so was the shoes. People are very friendly that work there.

The Credit insert read my credit card was approved the Casher said it was not. I drove home and called the credit card company and they said the charge went thru. I now have TWO Fake charges on my Credit Card Account and no items purchased. They are not answering my phone calls. I am angry since I was charged on my credit card and the woman cashier had her husband a fellow employee return my merchandize to the shelves. This a criminal act and I will proceed to press theft charges against Good Will for double billing me and I have nothing to show for their charges against my account.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill. I don't know what happened but the prices are now ridiculous! $6.67 for a baggie with 10 garbage seashells? $6.67 for 1 drinking glass?! $64 for a skirt?!! $5.88 for a well used and stained t-shirt!!! Older couple was complaining also. Wow, sad.

The prices are definitely too high. I understand the whole supply and demand thing, but they take it too far. They get this stuff for free!! I don’t think they realize that if they dropped their prices, they’d sell more and definitely make up the difference. I prefer to drive to Canton/Alliance and get better prices on new items on sale.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a hairstylist/educator of nearly 20 years and have literally lived and shopped all over the world. I have never dreamed that I would be treated with the sheer ignorance, rudeness, small mindedness and all over lack of human decency, that I was treated with by the employees of this store. I will not go into detail on this post, but I would for warn anyone with plans to shop here, run in the other direction, fast! I will probably never shop at a Goodwill again , that’s how disturbing my experience at this store was.

Well, been to Goodwill since the reopening and can't believe the prices. Used to able to get things reasonable and now alot of the items have prices of new items you can get from store. People on fixed income go there because they can't afford larger prices. Most of the items are donate so why charge out rages prices.

This store has, for the size of the city, more clothes, jackets& sweaters then most others we've visited ! Well arranged, slightly crowded, however. Lowest prices for most things in as good a condition as the merchandise is !! And it is in good condition !! Nice place to pick up some summer or winter " play " clothes without worrying about tearing or ripping something up !! I"ll go back again !! 😃

Wow wow wow! Owner beware you have an employee that chases women out the door calling them a thief when they weren't and then your employee doesn't even apologize after chasing them out the door in front of other customers and employees! Shopped at many goodwill and donated now for years and yes was embarrassed for a minute but really she should be not me..I have been a Carroll County resident for 30 plus years, work for the county courts and other facility within the county and I am beyond embarrassed for the goodwill corporation to have such an employee and hope that it gets dealt with accordingly as it should had that been one of my employees....good luck goodwill! I have always spent lots of $$$$ there and would like to continue as long as you handle your employee properly!!

It's ok if your looking for that trinket or two but I don't know where they come up with some of there prices for things. Its goodwill for crying out loud. For a few dollars more you can go to the major stores and buy it new with a warranty. Other than that. Very nice people, pretty clean, and they do a good job of keeping things organized.

Will first off there quilty is ok but there prices our horrible for instance u can go to wallmart and purchase faded glory jeans for 12.00$ brand new they wanted 13.00$ for same jeans used . shirts are 3.99 and up other words goodwill is supposed to help the poor the famileys that cant afford new cloths. I took my 7,8,11 year old to get school clothes bc i can't afford new they were so excited to get cloths i got 1 pair of jeans and used socks 2 shirts 9 pieces of cloths used it cost 75.39 i could not afford it so i put it all back my kids was crying so goodwill is out to get rich instead of helping families that needs the help bad. NEWS FLASH GOODWILL U GET EVERYTHING FOR FREE SO INSTEAD OF HURTTING FAMILIES THAT ARE LESS FORTUNATE. HELP US POOR OUT AND HELP THESE CHILDREN OUT. IAM SPEAKING OUT FOR ALOT OF FAMILIES NOT JUST MINE THINK ABOUT UR DAM PRICES WERE THE ONES WHO GIVES U UR THINGS TO SELL QUIT SCREWING THE COMMUNITY THAT'S HELPING UR COMPANY.

Prices have gone so high we might as well buy new !!!! There's was no Black Friday sales! Just horrible that you get product given to you and charge so much. Browse and Buy Hospice things are cleaner, way lower in price and the profit doesn't go in a CEOs pocket! You should be ashamed!!

Doesn’t have jewelry anymore which sucks, they said I could buy it on the website. LIARS! It’s not there and you can’t buy from the website. Really bummed cuz I don’t wanna go a whole 1 hr away just to buy jewelry

Not a nice Goodwill. Very dirty, overpriced, and you can't find anything in nice shape. I would rather travel an hour to the Massillon facility which is much nicer!

The prices have went up so much since the pandemic started and they got rid of the dollar tag color on Sundays..I could go to Walmart and pay the same prices for brand new clothes..probably my last time there..

Ok I guess. Workers just shove things on any shelf, you gotta dig through things that are burried under other stuff. Then after all that work, gotta pay extremely high prices. Way over priced.
