the workers there were very so polite to me and everyone was doing a great job. everyone had there hair up and everything. i got my food as soon as i sat down. warm and all. they even flipped my blizzard. so good will be coming back soon !

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. They have a bunch of your children running the business, when I called in to see what cakes they had available I was told to hang on and they never came back, instead transfered me to MINERVA! When I came into the store the children were running around behind the counter cursing, talking about guests who walked in very loudly. It was just not very professional at all and when the manager came out she didn't take any accountability for the rudeness I experienced from her staff. I don't recommend getting anything from this store unless you want to be disrespected as the guest.

Went there for dinner around 8:20, made our order and gave it to someone else,As I seen them take the order back off the other customer and put it in the back back on the rack after the customers hands was touching the food.Took them 40 minutes to finally give us our order and the fries were cold and the burger was also.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen frequently for many years. The employees are all very nice and attentive except for Tyler who is incredibly rude and acts as if the customer is doing him a huge disservice by ordering food. He doesn’t look very clean or sanitary. He also does not act professionally. But Landon and Emilee are incredible Dairy Queen employees. They work very hard and are very diligent, attentive, and clean.

Super slow always wait 20 plus minutes for anything ordered. The other night I waited ten minutes to be told the vanilla ice cream was down and I watched the employees scream at each other in frustration. Very unprofessional and the Ice cream melts super fast and tastes terrible at that point. It’s a shame that’s the only ice cream place to choose from in town. Please Dairy Queen pick up the slack and fix yourself..

That was very unprofessional last time I was here very rude not wearing gloves while messing with products rubbing their hands on their pants. Generally the service here is okay and the food is usually really well. The last few times though I have not been impressed. The young staff that they seem to always want to employ is not professional in any way

Always receive decent food from this DQ but, like the other fast food places in this town, make sure you check your order before you leave. I paid an extra 50 cents for marinara sauce with my cheese curds, which I didn't even realize cost extra since they asked if I wanted marinara or ranch. When I got home low and behold there was no marinara sauce.

Don't ever special order cake from here. Called last evening for a treatsa pizza. They said they were out of them, but would make a couple up last night and could pick up today. Went in soon after they opened (because they did not take name) and they had not made any. It was for a birthday celebration.

This dairy queen has 2 maybe 3 people that are hard workers and they are all girls, everyone else was pretty bad, they really need management really bad.None of the long haired employees had hair nets on, My wife ordered a blizzard and it wasn't supposed to have cinnamon in it but it was overpowered with it to the point she couldn't eat it. I hate to leave a review like this but maybe things will change.

Quick bite after a long weekend on the way home. Food was good, atmosphere was typical redneck farm standard, people were hesitant but friendly. Overall a good experience that I would not hesitate to try again in the future.

The food here use to be so much better. Also there prices have gotten really ridiculous for the very small portions you get. The last few times we have went through drive thru our food has either been cold, old, or over cooked. So sad to see a good place going downhill.

They close at 2100 hours, and as I come up to the door at 2101 hours, as someone is still ordering at the counter, I was rudely told "We're already closed" and the door was shut and locked in my face. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff on top of the lacking cleanliness standards that are visible from outside the door warrants 2 stars.

Just left from there and got ice cream with no lids on any of them. I tried to get the employees attention through the window to get lids and I was just ignored so I left and now I have melted ice cream all over my vehicle which does not make me a happy customer. There should be no reason a drive through ice cream doesn't have a lid ever.

Indoor seating, you can make tons of drink combo's with either pop machine but not Pepsi :( but you can't have thing in life right? There machine is VERY COOL. The one thing I didn't like is the girl didn't give me my receipt. So, I went up after I done eating to get it. The girl had left that rang me up. The people up front said could still get my free sundae without my receipt. It was like a big bother for them to get my receipt and give to me. They still didn't understand why I wanted my receipt. First of all it's none of their business.I should have one at beginning of the sale.I always check them against my bank statements for any errors. They should always give a customer there receipt. I don't know why I had to ask mine after the sale of food. Plus mine was not a cash sale but if it was a cash sale I still would have respected a receipt to. Do they not want to use paper?

One of the girl workers had a blond ponytail flying around behind the counter. She was making my buster bar and was chewing food (not gum). It was awful. The other workers had their long hair under ball caps. It is upsetting to see most of the working staff being dressed appropriately and behaving politely and then there was this girl, hair flying all around and eating behind the counter.

I had a banana split. The ice cream wasn't put on high enough to clear the bananas, the toppings would have all fit in one spoon. Times must be getting hard when you go out for ice cream and you need to order two of what you want to get a normal portion.

Service is slow, even in the drive through. They put ridiculous amounts of condiments on burgers. When you order chicken strips with honey mustard, they give you a bag of dressing instead of a dip cup of it.

I went in around seven pm befoer my sons basketball game Friday Was spontaneous. The young lady was such a great help n was busy at that time. She took cake back n wrote happy birthday james on it. Beautiful job fast n smiled even when I couldn't pick color.i didn'tget her name didn'tplan on givingprops eitherbut after talkingabout it to a friend, I realized this person deserves a rose or something. Any ways great service do drive thru alot n there always awesome.

Too many teenagers running the restaurant. Needs an adult manager. They didn't get any part of the simple order correct (and really they couldn't care less about it).
