Mark is always exceptionally rude and acts uninterested in dealing with or speaking with customers. We always feel like we are a bother when he checks us out or if he answers the phone when we call. Only person here that we consistently have issues with. I used to work here and we come here at least several times a week. When I asked to price match rural king’s price on a mineral block and whole corn (which we do every time and I always provide the website pulled up with the current prices), he was rude as usual and said he needed to look it up himself. Wasted our time and proceeded to talk with another customer instead of helping us. Also made two trips to check the price on each item.I only continue to shop here for the sake we live 3 minutes away and I always enjoy seeing Brenda and Larry. They are also the only reason I’m giving this review anything more than 1 star.Service here really needs an improvement.They are also still trying to sell the same apple trees that have been infested with aphids for months. Wonder why no one is buying them?

Always a 110% experience! Reliable staff, respectful and attentive!!! Buy our feed regularly and they are so kind! Recently bought a Coleman mini-bike….. Ted, Ron and Mike went above and beyond! Not to mention all the other staff!!!!!! This is the only tractor supply we will use!!!!! I even have all my internet buys shipped here! Curb side is prompt!

Brought my dog into the dog wash, got him ready, tethered him and tried to turn on the water. No water. Got him out, tried the other side. No water. Left the dog wash room. Couldn't get an employee's attention for help. Total waste of time. If dog wash is prepay, make that clear on your signage.

The store is going through an upgrade and everything so far looks great!! I love the new digital signage and cannot wait for the new dog bath and garden center to launch! The store looks great and I got outstanding service!! I came in for a couple of those plastic owls to chase away birds and left with hydrangea ($3 less than the ones I just bought at Lowes), plant fertilizer, stuff for my dog, more plants, a pair of awesome Slogger garden shoes, MORE plants, two bags of wildflower seeds, another item for my dog and the two owls!! Will be back for mulch in a couple weeks!

Love their western shirts! Can be pricey but can't find them anywhere else. Always good to check out clearance. I got 2 for $10 a piece. Always go there for feeding syringes to feed kittens with. Love the slip lure.

Extremely friendly staff, extremely low prices and just about everything that you could look for to work on your house or your yard including your barn you can find here including boots, jackets and hats. There's also a wide selection of cat and dog food that is an excellent price. The staff here is always extremely helpful and positive.

Awesome store for a majority if not all your hardware and outdoor needs. They also sell loose bolts and nuts at different farm grade levels. Very useful place if you evet get in a crunch and need a strong bolt or nut. Employees in there are very helpful and kind.

Customer service some employees could use some additional training and others are great. I think it's the older generation they actually work the young ones if you want say propane don't want to go outside in the rain. Little upset that job was offered to do by another older woman how have we raised are children. The store is like any other TSC. Next time I come across an employee who passes the work off I'll speak to management don't know if it'll do any good but I'm not keeping it to myself

Usually always have what I need. Sold me a chipper that had issues, couldn’t get help from either TSC or tractor supply.Just curious why I only get asked about reward membership when making small purchases under $50. But when I make large purchases over $500 they NEVER ask if I have a rewards account. Not really sure what it does anyway because I have NEVER received anything in the mail, email, or in-store. Maybe it’s just another way to collect personal information.

I've been a lifelong customer of Farm & Fleet / Tractor Supply. Frankly, I was disappointed when I saw the months long "Upgrade" taking place. I knew what it represented, and what was to come. My last trip into the store told the tale. EVERYTHING has increased in price, to pay for all the glitz & glamor "Upgrades"! Is a doggone dog bath really needed in a frickin' farm supply store!!? And the giant advertizing screens hung all over!? Rural Kings aren't that far away, in Heath and Circleville. Looks like I'll be learning their floor plan. Just Sayin' !

This Tractor Supply was a quick trip in for me. They hustle through seasonal items at this store, which meant I didn't get in and out quickly - darn clearance!The people who work here are very knowledgeable.

I've spent thousands of dollars with Tractor Supply but I guarantee I'll never go back to this location. The older gentlemen that helped to load my fence posts wanted to argue with me that I couldn't pick which ones I wanted out of the bundle he pulled. When I go to the grocery store they don't tell me which eggs I'm GOING to buy, I pick the best ones. I paid for 26 posts individually, not as a bundle, and I'd like to pick the ones I want. The back and forth went on between us for a couple minutes until I told him that any other location I had been to had no problem with me choosing my posts, at which point he just laughed at me. Disgraceful.

I'm going to give it 3 stars only because of selection of some products (empty spots where they were out of things) also no steel toe boots Western style boots for women at all. People that work there are always nice and helpful when they have what you need.

They are frequently out of the feed I need. Customer service is usually accommodating but it's a pain to have to ask every week to look in the back, check another store, ect. Young girls working the registers just want to stand there and seem to lack knowledge on the product sold. Also, they don't know the store's information and told me to "Google it".

Enjoyed going to this store. Seems bigger than the other area stores. The staff was in a good mood, in spite of a thunder storm close to closing on a Sunday. Not enough time. I'll just have to come back.

Friendly helpful staff and a well stocked store. But the name Tractor Supply like who came up with that. For sure if I am needing a couple pistons for my IH this would be the place to go, Right? Wrong! I mean they don't even sell tractors for gosh sakes. Anyway dumb name how about Town n Country Supply, Rural n City Supply, or Farm n Burb Supply. Nothing like confusing potential new customers.

Their pet products are a lot cheaper than the pet stores and they have everything it's a One Stop Shop you can get stuff for shots and everything there so it's a great store everything's right there they have good quality stuff and the prices are decent it's a little expensive on some things but that's because of the quality they have very good quality items

I always have my propane tanks refilled there. It is cheaper than exchanging them elsewhere. They also have a great selection of other products and special buys.
