I have purchased 2 HD from Joe Carson. I traded the first one in and bought an Ultra Limited. I went to other dealerships and returned because of the price. Brent is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have seen Joe in the store several times and he will always stop and talk. The service dept has always been quick and the service completed correctly. I will be back to buy a 3rd HD from them.

I honestly can not say enough good things about this place. Such a friendly and wonderful staff. Our salesman was knowledgeable, not pushy, and really took the time for me to know what I was getting. Answered every question I had. I went in just looking at options for a beginner bike. Fell in love with one. Our salesman never felt pushy, offered me a day to think it over, and truly seemed like he actually cared I got the right bike for me. I will recommend this place to everyone, and will be back for all my motorcycle needs! Thank you!

Without any doubt the best mechanics to work on your Hog.They treat your ride like it is their own. MIKE take pride in every job he has done for me.This dealership has a lot of credibility, from the owner to the parts Manager. They will bend over backwards to help you.I strongly recommend Carsons, and I have done business with him for 50 plus years. If you want to talk to someone that knows their HD talk to Brent the most knowledgeable salesperson.

It's been 20 years since I've had a bike and expected over inflated prices on parts and accessories with staff that felt bothered. The staff at Joe Carson were friendly and happy to help. Even the staff not helping made sure to say hello. The prices were shockingly reasonable! Will shop there again.

1st of all the salesperson was great . I purchased 2 bikes and was going to pickup the next day . The salesman said he would take them back to service to have the bikes looked at so they were ready . We went to pick up the bikes and the salesman informed me we could only take one of the bikes because the other had a recall that needed to be fixed . I feel that recall should have been taken care of before the bike was even put on the floor for sale . So my wife rode her bike home and had to wait for mine .After the recall was done I picked my bike up . Drive it home and noticed it has a very bad vibration . The dealer doesn't allow test rides of the bikes so you have to rely on their integrity they are up front with you about the performance of the bike . Taking back to dealer will keep you posted about what transpires . But keep in mind these bikes were pulled from the floor and took back to service to be checked out before we picked them up .

Totally disgusted with this place! Never again will I spend a dime here and, once what I have to say here gets around, I hope all the riders I know and the ones who read this decide to take their business elsewhere! A very close friend of ours came into this shop at the beginning of October 2016 to purchase a leather jacket for his wife for her birthday. He put a substantial deposit down with the notion of making payments til it was paid off. Unfortunately and unexpectedly he passed away on October 26th. She in turn had to figure out not only how to pay for his funeral but how to financially live since he was her sole source of income. Once she remembered about the jacket (the last thing he ever purchased for her) she went to the shop to see what she could do to pay it off. She was then told they were a business not a charity, they put the jacket back out on the floor and will not give her a penny of the money paid back. That is foul as hell to me. She is willing to pay the remaining cost of the jacket, she is not wanting a thing free, but they all but laughed in her face. Sometimes situations call for lapse in policies and the way she was treated was uncalled for! Never again will I shop here and I would pray no one else would either if this is how they treat people!!!!

They dont offer a military discount which I think is crazy. All the other dealers I have been to offered one. So much for that. The parts guy was nice but I will not be shopping there again. I needed a mirror. Harley discontinued selling them separately and only thing was the kit that you could buy for $135.

Purchased my riding gear and Ted and Todd were extremely helpful in helping me get the correct items. They took the time to make sure my helmet fit correctly as did my jacket. Would suggest anyone wanting the small town courtesy feeling to go to Joe Carson HD.

Had bought my husband a pair of chaps at Joe Carson's about a year or so ago. I did not have my receipt but the nice man down there let me exchanged them without any problems. Now my husband has pair that actually fit.😊

I just bought my new 2016 FLHTK from Carson's about 2 weeks ago. Staff was all great from service, to parts, to sales, to financing. Although I'm sure they don't necessarily want the comparison, I've had a much better experience than what I had when I purchased my new FLHR from AD Farrow. I would definitely recommend Carson's and plan to return for my future needs as well.Thanks all for your hard work!

If you're new to Harley go visit Frank at Joe Carson. Frank spent hours walking us through several bikes. We visited Centennial and Northstar Harley also, but you could tell all they cared about were sales that day. We never felt pressured at Joe Carson and we got a great deal on a Road King. The service department and owner were also very friendly and helpful. We'll be back for a new Street Glide in a couple years.

Great Service, friendly staff, and infinitely patient with me and my insurance claim. I purchased a new Harley here in 2006, and will purchase there again, when it is time for a replacement. Don't forget to compare prices

Staff is friendly, selection is decent but service is lacking. They will not change tires unless they are stock and will not work on motorcycles older than 15 years. First time I’ve encountered either issue with a dealer.Addendum: It is a shame when businesses pass the blame for their own failings onto potential customers(see business response). When a customer inquires about a speedometer issue with a 1984 Electra Glide (with zero modifications and only repaired by Harley certified mechanics at dealerships in the past) and the response is “we don’t work on bikes older than fifteen years” it is reasonable for said customer to believe that employee. That statement certainly doesn’t leave room for misunderstanding or misinterpretation by the customer. If that is not the policy then it is the failure of the business in not communicating their policy properly. The employee could say “we only do limited service and/or repairs on motorcycles older than fifteen years” or “we won’t do repairs that require aftermarket parts.” Pass the buck. “Not our fault customer should’ve asked more questions”. That being said I find that policy lacking as a multitude of other dealerships work on older motorcycles. I have a 1973 Sportster as well as the 1984 Electra Glide and have never encountered this before. The choice of having an insurance policy that limits services offered is the choice of that business. A large part of Harley culture is customization and when that precludes a business from doing something as basic as tires I find that lacking as well. Pass the buck “Not our fault insurance company won’t let us”. When other dealerships provide these services then it is an active choice made by Joe Carson and as such has an effect on its ratings. A Harley dealership that is unable or unwilling to provide what I see as basic services is below average. I’m sure that my standards for a Harley dealership are too high and that is my fault as well.

What a joke of a service dept wont work on 1988 Harley Davidson. They are a dealer. They pick what they want to work on. My bike is dam clean great shape better than the used bikes they got!! I will never step foot in that place again. They wonder why their sales have drop!!! I know WHY !! Funny think is while back they wanted me to trade it in, i said no!!
