Nasty and very unaccommodating staff. I stopped here in the late evening to use the restroom and grab a snack for the road. The first issue was the lack of a functional hand dryer or towels to use in lieu of but ended up having to use my shirt to dry my hands. No items were on the fresh made/hot food shelves; not unexpected as it was late, but luckily there were some donuts. I went over and grabbed 2 donuts and went to check out but was greeted by a gruff order from the attendant to "put it on the scanner". I asked if I could hold them under the scanner or use an alternative method to check out as I did not wish to place my 2 donuts on a surface that may or may not be sanitary. The attendant just said "that's how we have to do it!" no exceptions apparently. I just placed the 2 donuts as best as I could on the wax paper on top of the counter and said I was no longer interested. If someone from higher management actually reads this I would suggest watching the CCV to get a better look at the disrespectful behavior your staff provides to your paying customers. I have frequented this place for many years but can honestly say after this I wouldn't even consider going in here to use the restroom let alone pay for food if this is how people are being treated now. I'd also suggest getting your hand dryer fixed and or hand towels installed in the mens room and come up with a better means of checking out non packed food than "set it on a counter/scanner" as I will be reporting both of these to Fairfield Dept of Health. Absolutely ridiculous.

The System must have been down that day of my purchase and I was unable to get my 25 cents off of gas. I was charged $3.75. I took a picture of my receipt and made a comment and hopefully someone will get in touch with me?

So, I walked in to make a purchase and use the restroom. I walked into the women’s restroom, and the man they had working maintenance said “get out, we’re busy.” Mind you there was no sign that closed the restroom, it was just sooo rude and unprofessional! Whoever they hire for maintenance, they should go with another company. Will not be back for that reason

Came here to get fuel for my truck, went inside to get a snack and the younger girl at the high tech register with glasses and curly brown hair. She acted like we were absolutely stupid because we weren’t sure how to use the new register things. She was very rude with helping my dad trying to figure out how to use it. She made us move our truck and camper because she said the pump we were on wasn’t diesel, which when we walked out it was in fact a diesel pump. She works the night shift. She was very rude and judgy. I will not be returning here again when traveling thank you.

Could not get a parking spot all locals pull there semis out then put there personal cars in its place to save spot.Other driver's can't get food or break due to this matter.

Yea I'm done going here. I was trying to purchase tobacco and the person behind the counter, Trina, seemed so upset i interrupted her phone game that she actually helped the person in line behind me first. I just walked away. If those employees get anymore depressing you'll liable to find one od behind the counter.

I’m just gonna say I’m not a fan of the smart check out system. I got fusterated with it it would not take my money I just walked away didn’t get anything if rang up. All I can say is if was way better before circle K bought it.

Guess I am not stopping at this location anymore, conveniently located on 33, stop in for a drink was greeted by the cashier, I ask how are you doing. Cashier replies I'm here in a negative tone. I was polite and ask if she would like anything she gave a snobby look and said no in a negative tone, I get it if you hate your job but do not take someone politeness and crush it with your negative attitude.

At this location, cash isn't the Easy Pay price, but the credit price? That's fraud, but among further scams possibly getting played & need looked into at this Circle K. Instead of making the cash price adjustment, their personnel were preoccupied with gambling promotion, then offered "savings" with so-called Easy Pay that required compromising personal identity & financial account information, actually linking a credit card & providing access to financial accounts, without any responsibility for security, involves setting up an Easy Pay account. That's phishing. I won't give this place any more of my time or patronage.

Nice little truck stop. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area was quiet without the usual high volume of a commercial chain. There is a Wendys and one of the best beer caves I've ever seen with very fair prices. All in all a good place to stop and I will definitely be back when I'm in the Columbus area.

I was traveling south on US33 and saw a billboard that advertised this place as a "truckstop". I was pleased with that because nearly every other such facility is calling themselves "travel plazas". I've come to know that is code for truckers come second. Upon arrival, I find that the only fresh food option is the Wendy's drive-thru, which means that truckers can't access it. There is a dining room, but it's locked down. So much for the "truckstop" claim. I'm leaving without spending a dime, even though I was planning on buying 200 gallons of fuel.

Fax machine is a great new addition to this Circle K. The employees go above and beyond to help you. The store is always in good shape. The pizza is great and you can buy a whole one, fresh baked, for under $10! The beer cave is always well stocked and icy cold.This is, by far, the best Circle K I've ever visited.

Multiple times I have been in this store and they have sale sign up and doesn’t ring up right and they wouldn’t give me the sale price advertised - 2 different times on different items

They don't fill propane after dark, that is not my complaint. there is no sign saying that anywhere so if you wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes to be told this it is aggravating. So PSA THEY DONT FILL PROPANE AFTER DARK

Things have gone down hill since this has changed hands from Dogwood Crossing to Circle K. The merchandise has really been cut down and there's never and food made. This location has a Krispy Krunch Chicken and the food rack is always empty. I asked one of the employees if the were going to make any Chicken today and she said no. Why have it if your not going to make the food and stock the racks?

Would probably be a good place to stop if the truck parking lot wasn't full of personal vehicles holding spaces for locals. I hope the store is atleast charging them for parking (doubtful) cause they are missing out on alot of business otherwise.

I am a frequent customer at this location and when I had gone in today the line was wrapped all the way around the store. The gentleman behind register was extremely slow other people had been complaining about the wait. I normally never have to wait as long as I did. I just ended up paying outside for gas instead.

The register always has a big line at night time. I waited for 30 mins in line this past time. The selection of beverages has slimmed down from when it was dogwood. Service has went down hill all around imo! Hope it can improve!

This location used to have a transflo computer and now it does not. I am a truck driver and sometimes I need to scan in paperwork to my employer out in Phoenix. I think this location needs to have it's transflo computer reinstated back so us truck drivers can scan in paperwork when we need to.

They paid the entire parking lot just so the locals can drop their trailers here. Don't be looking for a spot to park unless you show up pretty early in the day.
