We entrusted our 7 month old border collie to Kountry Inn Kennels. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and kind. We picked her up after 12 days. She was super excited to see us, but, she kept going back to Mike as well. That told us all we needed to know. Marlee was well taken care of! We highly recommend Kountry Inn Kennels!

Mike and staff at Kountry Inn Kennels are truly a Godsend! They make leaving our pups stress free! We have been using their boarding services for going on 6 years now and wouldn’t trust our pups with anyone else. The kennel is clean and orderly and our pups are always in good hands when we need to get away. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Check them out!

We love Kountry Inn Kennels!! We've boarded our dogs here several times. We wouldn't trust them any place else. A trustingand reliable facility when you need a place for your dogs to stay while you're away. Nice, clean, professional and friendly.

The owners seem nice and friendly and all, they are very flexible with drop off times and pick up times. The complaint I have is the website says bring things to make your dog feel comfortable, I bought them new toys, balls, bones, blanket and ropes. Those were never placed in the kennel. They remained in the bag the whole time. Not a single tooth mark in the bones, not a single sign of chew on any of their toys so thats a little upsetting.

We originally used the kennel for a vacation and our puppy fell in love with the staff. We travel a lot, sometimes on short notice and they are always willing to help. Our dog is so excited every time we pull in to drop him off. All of the staff members are so nice and welcoming to us and our pup. We also use them for day care on days were we will be gone all day and our dog always comes home worn out. We are very thankful we found such a wonderful place locally for our dog.

This is a loving and caring family! We highly recommend Kountry Inn Kennel. Our yorkie poodle, Icing, was well taken care of. They played with her and took great care of her. I really appreciated getting a few pictures in a text to see how happy she was.

I love how they were easy to contact and answered all of my questions (even though some were probably redundant) prior to bringing my dog there. I was looking for something for my Aussie puppy to do about once a week in the winter to keep her entertained and get her some good exercise while I was at work. I brought her back the second time and I don't even think she realized I left; she was so excited to be there! This coming from a pup who usually doesn't leave my side. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!

Awesome place and people. I have a very energetic Great Dane who gets bored sitting at home alone while I work in Columbus. She goes to day care at Kountry Inn once a week and is always pumped to see Mike in the morning: she only acts a little sad when we leave, especially if the girls are there who spend extra time playing with her and spoil her with attention. Very clean facilities and very affordable. I, and my dog, have been extremely happy and highly recommend.

Mike and Trish are always fantastic and treat you and your pups like family. The kennel is a great option in the area, super clean, friendly and caring staff. The pups have plenty of play time and room to roam when they stay. You will be happy with Kountry Inn.

I boarded my Ally & Drogo for me to go on Vacation and Mike sent me updates almost everyday on how they were doing. If I sent a message he responded within a timely manner. He treated my brats as if they were his own. He allowed me to come visit his facility before even deciding on if I wanted to board or not. He let me ask a million questions and didn’t rush me. He knew how important my brats are to me and he truly did an amazing job with my brats ( Ally & Drogo) I would highly recommend Kountry Kennels to anyone who loves their brats as much as I do mine…. When our human family needs to go out of town, whether it be an extended vacation or a night away, the folks at Kountry Inn Kennels are always our first call. Our Minnie Pearl has separation anxiety but always seems to fit right at home with the Philbrooks & staff at the kennel. Daily updates and an occasional picture assure us know that she is with extended family that truly cares for her welfare. Thank you guys for all that you do.

I took my dogs here for one week. I was signed up to receive a text daily for a well check and never received one. They had the departure date wrong and had us worried they would not have care for the remainder of our vacation. They also told us to bring items to make the dogs feel at home. Our bags were never opened once. The place was pretty dirty and our dogs came back a mess. If i could give kountry inn kennels 0 stars I would.

When we were in a pinch for someone to take our 2 year old Norwegian Elkhound Tucker, I reached out to Kountry Inn Kennels, I got an immediate response back and was told there was room! Mike and Trish were wonderful, very welcoming and asking about Tucker and his habits. They played with him everyday and sent us pictures of his time there! They know how to make us humans feel comfortable with leaving our 4 legged family members back home when we travel! Highly recommend Kountry Inn Kennels!!!

Mike, the guy that runs it has my 15 year old Peningnese and my pug that isn't even a year old. He has had them for a month with no issues and his prices are absolutely unbeatable. I pick them up in a few more weeks but so far so good!

Stacy is one of the best dog groomers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, I have 2 shih tzu's that look like they are show dog ready every time she grooms them!!! My white shih Tzu i was told by other groomers that her hair is very "unforgiving" because she always looked so "hacked". Stacy makes her look so good, no problem for Stacy!

My BBF, Maxwell, and myself have not been separated since I adopted him 5 years ago, other than my time at work during the day... I had to make an emergency trip to Florida for 5 days and came to the realization that taking him with me just wasn't prudent.... Enter K.K.It broke my heart to be away from him as I pulled out of the driveway for my necessary trip, but Kounty Kennels texted me each day along with me speaking to them each day about my buddy.. They really put my mind at ease. If I ever need to have someone I completely trust to take care of Max, it is Kountry Kennels.. Thats rating more than it deserves. There is no communication, take your money elsewhere. As their mess up they should have worked something out for the customer after wasted time and arranging plans. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
