UPDATE: we went back and got other kitten for my husband birthday and he’s such a great addition to our family! I will always recommend these guys!!I absolutely love this place!! I’ve been going here for the last couple years often on, I used to buy my pet rats from here as well and I just recently adopted a kitten from them couple days ago! They were extremely friendly, The kittens were well taken care of! We adopted a Persian From them, and most Persians from my experience have eye issues, and these babies all had clear eyes, Very healthy! She was update on her shots, Deworming, And I got her Registration papers! The young girl that was helping us was extremely well knowledge on this kitten, you could she really cared about her! I’ll be back to purchase future supplies for my cats! I was even concerned about my kitten sneezing they were super Reinsuring and helpful! She’s no longer sneezing, happy, healthy and running around like crazy! These guys are the best❤️🐾 ( also, Persians being long-haired are pretty high maintenance with grooming and this kitten was beyond extremely clean and well groomed! )

I’ve bought 3 out of the 4 of my tarantulas from here and my pacman frog and they all were healthy and are still doing great to this day. Their reptiles all seem to be in pretty good shape and I love to come here to just look at all the animals. I don’t get the complaints on the smell of the store- there’s all kinds of animals living in there and animals all have different scents. Do you go to a zoo and it smells clean? Probably not lol. Anyways, I’ve never had a bad experience here, the workers are friendly and ready to give you information on the pets you’re interested in and are really nice. Very nice family owned business! Joe and Harry are always so helpful when I come in, and they even had Jojo deliver a cage to my house yesterday! Place is very clean, and animals are given everything they need to be comfortable. Also a couple of cats running around! Stanley is hilarious. I recommend this place to everyone that has a pet #shoplocal Love this store ❤️

This pet store is well worth stopping by!There aren't many family run pet stores left.The owners are such nice, genuine people.They are a small business, but they carry a little bit of everything and have something for all types of pets. I don't know much about the animals they sell in store or where they are sourced from so if you are looking for a pet, I would give them a call or stop in to inquire further.They seem to mainly specialize in fish, small pets like guinea pigs, rabbits , and hamsters, and small birds. They carry a wide variety of reptiles. They have rats, spiders, and even saw a beautiful snake.I love that they carry high-quality brand food for your loved pets.We were blessed enough to have bought both of our cats from them. Highly recommended!! Stop by and say hello to the store pets too ! 💜

This pet store is definitely one of the best in the area, got my cat from here and I have nothing but amazing things to say! He was super healthy and well taken care of. Not to mention the customer service was amazing, made me feel super welcome. I get most if not all of my cats toys, food, and treats from here and their always amazing quality!

I got my baby boy Milo there 4 years ago he is a polydactyl wild Irish and okay American tom cat he's a big boy with lots of extra toes quite a character with his very own personality. Loves wearing Halloween costumes and clothing. He's one of the best cats I've ever had and gotten he has his own bedroom and play area and very healthy and kind beautiful boy .I swear by this place . Mrs. Milo and his Christmas jammies Christmas morning with his brothers and sisters Barbara and Bentley Tikka poodle and a toy poodle opening presents playing with new stuff you may use them to post on your pages

This place is absolutely wonderful! Throughout the past year we have purchased three kittens from this shop and every time it has been a positive experience. 100% recommend this place when it comes to purchasing a kitten. Our three cats are very well loved and I’m so thankful that we were able to adopt them from this place.

My all time favorite local pet store, honestly the only pet store we really go to nowadays. They're always so incredibly kind to us and provide with amazing service. We have gotten a few babies from them, both of our bunnies, both of our hamsters and our frog. All of the animals there are all well taken care of, I especially love Stanley. I recommend this place to everyone because they have so many options for care of your babies or even to get new babies!

We are longtime customers but be weary for they do not offer any credit or returns for cichlids for they are “aggressive fish” or anything over $10. Purchased two Florida raised cichlids on Saturday which totaled $100 and almost immediately one started to act ill and passed away within 24 hours. Called in today to see if we could have in store credit but was stated above on the call but not during the purchase. The assistant begin to try to point out the cause with starting my with water testing but we tested immediately after the fish died and all was normal other than the ammonia slightly was above base (which is normal when a fish passes in your tank) then said it must have been attacked by the other fish, it was not and fins are completely intact. We intentionally did a water change prior to adding (because if you own cichlids the best time to introduce fish is during water changes to curve territorial behavior) The icing on the cake was the assistant straight lied to me saying they have had the florida raised cichlids for 3 months now so it “had to be something on our end because they are pretty hearty” but we were just in 3 weeks ago shopping for cichlids and for feeder fish for a different tank and they did not have them. I understand, you do not offer returns but don’t make it seem like we intentionally killed a fish when this has been our hobby for 4 years. The other cichlid we purchased is now also acting ill so I’m assuming it will also die and we will be out $100. But anyway, enjoy pictures of our other cichlids that we have had for years.(first picture has the strawberry that passed away 12 hours later after the picture)

Absolutely awesome pet store, just bought one of my dream snakes there which was a Colombian red tail boa, and he is very chill, and the staff is very polite and helpful and nice! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This place used to be my favorite, however I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of care for the animals they present. I would always recommend this place the moment anybody ever asked for a certain animal. I too adored this place and was always so pleased walking inside, viewing the pets, making purchases, and talking to the owners. Not so much anymore, now every time I go in I don’t get an any sort of interaction between the owners and myself. You have to search for help or ask, other than that you will not receive help. Extremely disappointed on how they’re now deciding to keep their animals. I was in there 2 days ago and they had at least 10 bunnies kept in the same little glass tank. That’s insanely inhumane and very unlike them. All of the fish tanks look like they haven’t had maintenance in months.. maybe just water poured into the tank but no cleaning or testing. The kittens all sounded and looked very sickly, like if they all have an upper respiratory infection going on. And again just not very pleased by being ignored when walking into a store, makes me feel very unwelcomed and unfortunately I just won’t be shopping or getting animals from them again.

Been going here for 10+ years.They have a lot of great dog toys that my dog can't rip up. Plus it's always fun going in and looking at all the animals.We like dealing with the older brother, he's super nice and his kids who work there are too. The other brother can seem kind of rude more so than not.We've also noticed that some animals are always sick. Have gotten quite a few animals from them but the last gave all our other cats URIs. So just make sure to get your fur babies checked out at your vets!

My new favorite pet store! I’ve been on a search for some small aquatic turtles. I went to a handful of big chain pet stores without any luck of inventory or advice so, this place was a happy find! They had the exact turtles I was looking for and a great bundle deal on all of the supplies needed. They were friendly, and very knowledgeable. The reward program was another perk! Most of all, I appreciated the welcoming and friendly environment and staff, regardless of my three young children excitedly checking everything out! There was no waiting around for service. I was helped out right away. My family resides about 30 minute away but the small trip was worth it. Very happy customer and pets!

Excellent family owned traditional pet store ! Fish,cats,turtles, farrets .. little bit of everything ! Yes it smells like a pet store but nothing ridiculous to write a bad review about ! Great deals ! My wife and I go about every two weeks or so ! I’d rather buy from them than a big chain store ! They are honest and helpful ! Highly recommend checking them out !

First time I came in was today Jan 13th, 2024. Looking for reptile supplies. Upon walking in, there was an overwhelming smell of cat urine and just unpleasant smells. Aquarium need cleaned badly. Seems like a dozen cats in there. Products I looked at were very dusty. I couldn't wait to leave to get that smell out of my nose. Then the owner has to call you desperate for calling them out on their nasty pet store. It smells worse than a zoo. It's crowded and the owners are rude as you can see in the response. P.s. not all pet stores are as bad as yours. Not a desperate review. Sounds like a hateful response. You might want to remove your head from you a@s and take a customers constructive criticism. No wonder the store is in a dismayed state. If you can't keep up with all the animals, then maybe just maybe dont have as many. AGAIN YOU HAVE TO HOLD YOUR BREATH FROM THE AWFUL SMELL.

Great selection of fish and reptiles and supplies. Large selection of fresh water fish, they also have saltwater fish but not as large of a selection. The largest selection of reptiles I've seen in the area. The dog and cat toys are limited. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for exotic fresh water fish and reptiles.

Every time I buy fish from this store they NEVER live longer then a week and they seem to make all my fish die!! I didn’t want to think it was just this store .
