They've shut down the majority of the self checkouts and have only had 2-3 cashier lanes open with long lines. Simple stops during my break from work for a drink or quick snack now takes forever. Will avoid this location until they either reopen self checkout or staff more cashiers

My favorite place to shop. If it weren't for being followed by security and made to feel like a common criminal, my shopping experience would be perfect every time. I just don't understand why? I've never stolen anything from them, or given reason to believe that I would. And yet 9 out of ten times that I shop there I am followed by the senior security staff ( I know who you are because I am personal friends with several of your associates), scrutinized upon departure, and at times, followed to my car. And still I shop there. Why? Because Walmart is the MOST American way to spend my hard earned money.

Too bad no one wants to work anymore.At my age, I can't stand in long lines anymore.Now, the self checkouts are long lines because they only have a few opened.And the food prices keep rising every month. Why, because they have more workers doing online orders than they do cashiers plus they are always in your way when you want to get what you need and get out.

It's a day after Christmas, I needed to know which self check out machine takes cash??I walked back and forth trying to get one of those self checks out cashier's to assist me! They did a wonderful job ignoring me!I finally see a bundle of three female workers having some kind of delightful conversation, as they were ignoring the fact that people's were asking for their assistance.I decided to walk up to them and politely waited to be recognized as a client in need of their assistance!One looks at me and gave me a annoying look as if I had the nerve to stand quietly waiting for one of them to answer my question. But Nooooo they just kept on ignoring me until I loudly said EXCUSE ME, could one of you please help me out!My question is WHY are Walmart workers think they are at work for?

My name is leo i am having my daughter in law help me. I Got tires from there and had them put on with a mount and balance as well. wouldn't except my golden buckeye card they said its because it didnt have a bar code!! And then turned around and said they excepted these same cards but said it was red. Golden buckeye doesnt have a red card that is AARP, if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I am a veteran . I would love to speak to corporate employees were so rude and not helpful!!

I don't enjoy how the shelves are never adequately stocked and they don't have enough employees in different departments to help you find or even reach what you're shopping for. I also don't enjoy that there aren't enough cashiers to ring me up but every time I'm using self check out there is a worker supervising and damn near breathing down my neck waiting for me or another customer to steal. Then I get stopped at the door for my privacy to be invaded as again an employee goes through my purchases, comparing them to my receipt. If you had as many employees on the floor and manning registers as you do playing loss prevention I bet your problem with stealing would be remedied.

The curbside pickup is a waste of time. Said my cart was ready, got there and checked in. Just sat there for an hour until the people that arrived after me got their stuff so I just left. Cant even cancel the order so its just a straight up scam too. Great product Walmart thanks so much 👏👏👏

Worried about how fast they fill their orders and could care less about customers that take time to go in! Also only 1 or 2 cashier's all of the other are self checkout. Very upsetting to the older people!!

The associates definitely helped out a lot throughout my experience shopping here. From showing alternatives to getting something off the top shelf for me. I'd like to thank them, especially when they were also busy at work restocking the shelves.

There's probably only two people back in electronics who know anything about the stuff in their department, everyone else offloads most questions to the phone guys.Update: Walmart+ members no longer have a fastlane for checkout.

I've about had it w Walmarts closing the garden center entrances. Why they don't realize borderline disabled people will use those entrances to get to the adjacent departments I don't know. So I'm slamming them w not accommodating to disabled and customers with slightly limited walking abilities. I do not want to be forced to come in the main entrance because everything is far from that point. Get with it Walmart.

Had an order to pick up veteran 9pm and 10 pm got there at 10 to find out they left at 950. Don't say I can come at 10 if you have no intention of staying till then.

Over charged me on my 1 gallon water refills because they only have an option for 5 gallon water refill at the self check out. I didn't have this problem at the Massillon store.

Usually the best Walmart in the county, parking is good, shelves are stocked, staff is present. Normal complaints, receipt checkers (doesn’t bother me) and other customers just park in isles to talk or daydream but not the stores fault

I’ve almost stopped shopping here because of the rudeness of the personal shoppers. They have giant carts that are often blocking entire aisles. They don’t look at you or acknowledge your existence or that you are there to shop. I went Saturday morning very early thinking I could avoid this and already there were so many of them. I probably passed at least 8. Not one of them said hello or offered to move the cart. In the health and beauty section, two of them had the aisles completely blocked. I couldn’t even go down the aisle. Several employees there standing around talking and even though I was clearly looking for something, not one asked if they could help me. I left without buying several things on my list and went elsewhere. I used to be a regular shopper here but now it’s rare. The service is non existent.

I was recently attacked at the Canton Center Walmart, and nothing was done about it by the staff or police. This Walmart is horrible to say the least, and the rest rooms stay filthy.

Do not take your car to the Auto Center at the Tuscarawas location (or any other). These are not real mechanics. I found out about this too late after relaying my nightmare to a former Walmart Auto Center employee who told me that he applied for a job as a cashier and was forced to work in the Auto Center and he has absolutely no training as a mechanic. He said the same is true for the overwhelming majority of people in their Auto Centers--they do not have any auto mechanic credentials or even experience.I took my car to them to have a new car battery installed. They broke the emergency alarm button on my key fob and lied about it. They also installed the battery incorrectly. When I confronted them about the broken button on the fob they told me I had to file a written complaint with their insurance company.I was given the runaround for over an hour to file a complaint about the key fob. Long story short it is more than a month later and I still have not heard anything regarding my claim to have my fob fixed. I've looked online and see that this is a very common issue with their car centers. They routinely damage or destroy people's cars and car accessories and refuse to pay for it. I took my car to the dealership to have them check the battery and the broken fob. I was told that someone tried to remove the fob battery incorrectly. I asked him why someone would do that and he said that it is required for some cars after changing the battery, but not my car. In addition, the battery had been installed INCORRECTLY. They did not tighten the cables to the battery, and they installed the braces that holds my battery in place BACKWARDS. I was told this could have caused the battery to malfunction and even damage the car.While I was there filling out my complaint one of the Auto Center employees at Tuscarawas came from the auto bay and was holding his eye. He stated he had accidentally squirted antifreeze in his eye! The manager on duty gave him some tissues. He clearly was not wearing protective goggles when this happened. I did not see them help him wash his eye out, call an ambulance or offer to take him to the hospital. I cannot imagine how corrosive antifreeze is to the human eye ball. His eye was swelling by the second. It was the size of a golf ball already and completely closed.The manager sent the hurt employee BACK TO THE CAR BAYS and he and the cashier stood their gossiping about him wondering how he managed to squirt antifreeze in his eye! They then lamented how they were already short staffed that day. The cashier went back into the car bay area and came back and told the manager that she talked to the employee who had just squirted antifreeze in his eye and whose eye was swollen shut and swelling by the moment and he agreed to FINISH WORKING ON TWO MORE CARS AND THEN DRIVE HIMSELF TO THE HOSPITAL. Already at least 20 minutes had passed without medical treatment! Yet, I saw this man walk out of the bay and pull another customer's car into the Auto Center to work on it with one eye completely swollen shut. A hurt man who could only see out of one eye was working on people's cars. A hurt man was induced to work injured. I'm going to contact OSHA.The auto center manager, store manager, and district managers at this location need to be fired. I hope the employee whose eye was hurt working there didn't lose his eyesight and that his eye is ok.We work hard for our money and try to save where we can. However, Walmart is not the way to go. They will not take responsibility for the damage they do to your car or your accessories. They do not care about their customers or their employees. I hope it was worth it to you, Walmart. It costs $250 to replace the button you broke off of my key fob. For years I've spent that much a WEEK in your trash stores. You will never get another penny from me. I will never shop Walmart again, for anything. This is a dishonest, garbage company who misuse customers and employees. Never again. Stay away from Walmart Auto Center people. Pay a little more and avoid the hassle.

We love shopping at Walmart, but at the Canton Ohio location this cashier was taking forever scanning. We were sitting in line waiting for FOREVER. And there was one person in front of us. I usually don't mind a wait, but how long we were waiting was absolutely ridiculous. Recently they just keep opening self checkouts and the belts aren't long enough for our usually grocery trip so we have to use regular checkout and it's just getting ridiculous. Either add longer belts in self checkout or hire more cashier's.

I try to avoid this one but my wife was a regular shopper there and loyal one for years, until recently. They are not personable and she became very uncomfortable shopping there, on several occasions caught them profiling at self checkouts It’s sad because she loved that location. They really should take better care of their customers
