I was looking for a new groomer after our previous groomer had to cut back her client list. I’m very happy with how my goldendoodle was groomed - she is so pretty and I can tell she feels great! The inside of the salon was clean and the woman was friendly. I also loved that I didn’t have to wait hours. The woman told me two hours and she was ready in 2 hours. I’m looking forward to continuing using this salon for all of my dog’s grooming needs!

Took our 2 dogs here today and they did amazing with them! Our 3 year old pit bull mix is very timid at the groomers and hates her feet being touch, but they kept her calm and worked so well with her. Our 1 year old dachshund has never been to the groomers (we just got him) and they made his first time a breeze! I would recommend anyone taking their dogs here. It was a clean and welcoming environment.

I recently took my Shetland Sheepdog to Tara at the Paw Pad (actually on opening day!) and he looks fantastic! He is only a few months old and I truly felt like she did everything she could to make his experience positive so he isn’t scared of the groomers in the future. From the one on one care to assuring him that the dryer really wasn’t that scary, it’s obvious she cares very much about her clients. I would recommend the Paw Pad to anyone!

Duggee loves the paw pad! He is a large breed and always comes home looking and smelling fresh. It is so nice how the paw pad schedules their appointments so your dog is there only as long as they need to be in a calm environment. We also love the seasonal packages and bandanas!

The Paw Pad is supposedly open on Saturdays however I went last Saturday 3/12 and it was closed. I left a message and received a call back on Tuesday 3/15 and was told yes they open on Saturdays. I go today 3/18 however the open signi diff and there are no lights on. If you are not going to be open you should change yours hours. On the other hand, anyone know of a good place that trims and files dogs nails? I’m looking for a place in or near Jackson twp.
