Went to lowes and couldn't get anyone to help us, so we decided to go to Home Depot, and so glad we did. Bob helped us with our purchase of a new mower, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and open a credit card, then he helped us get it to the car, what a great guy. We will now be taking all of our business to Home Depot. Thanks again Bob.

Karen from the flooring department was extremely helpful as well as kind ! She walked all over the store to help me find the extra pieces for the flooring that would match and go with it ! It was closing time and her and another man helped bring out the palate of flooring to my husbands truck . Thank you for making this experience as wonderful as you did !! Always the best customer service here but Karen out did it ! She showed us everything we need to do it ourself the right way ! Thanks again Karen for helping us so much ! The store is dog friendly. We purchased an expensive sink and came to pick it up. Our dog is in training and has a DO NOT PET tag. The cashier came around the counter to pet my dog and was told no. She immediately starts degrading us telling us our dog shouldn’t be in public if we expect that people won’t pet it and we need to be better owners if we can’t control our dog. I will NEVER be back to this store. My dog has had months of training and never moved from a down position the whole time she was getting obnoxious talking out of turn about him. Do better Home Depot!!!!

I bought a washer and dryer with the promise of installation. The third party delivery company brought a dryer vent 2' too short. So they left me with a non functioning dryer. I contacted the store and they refused to help. The manager of the department said they would come and pick up the washer and dryer rather than send someone for a 5 minute fix I contacted the corporate office resolutions department. They rattled off a bunch of excuses as to why they are not responsible but no solutions. As it stands, I do not have the functioning unit I paid for, but Home Depot doesn't seem to care.

I had to pick up a few items for my male friend. I couldn't find the first item and had to ask for help. The associate questioned why I needed the item before he would take me to find it. He wasn't exactly sure where it was, and he had to ask another associate. They both began questioning me and wouldn't tell me where to find the item until I told them what it would be used for. It was embarrassing and unprofessional on their part. Then, when I got to the register, that associate sighed and rolled his eyes before he told me he could ring me up. I'm never going to this store again. I'm taking my business to a store that actually has some respect for their customers.

My wife and I went into the store tonight to look at flooring and paint , the guy working the paint counter in the evening was amazing ! knowledgeable and friendly! Austin S. who works in Lumber went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. As a girl who isn’t handy with power tools herself, he was extremely friendly and happy to help me. He assisted in pulling sheets of plywood and helped to cut each piece to my size requirements with precision and safety at the forefront. He was very patient with me and explained the additional cuts being an extra charge and did not make me feel as if I was a bother. Thank you so much Austin, you were the best! :)

It has everything a Home Depot typically does. We stopped in to get flooring for our bathroom and look at wall trim. We were created by a few employees but we didn't need specific help on this trip. Parking lot wasn't a mess and the store was clean and organized.

F in customer service. Horrible customer service.I ordered OSB board from this store and they had it shipped from the Fairlawn location. I ordered it to be cut and they delivered it uncut, explaining that they don't do cuts within 1 day notice (they could have told me that on the phone and changed the delivery date) and I could either cut it myself and they could refund the delivery charge, or I can have it replaced. I aligned my plans with the expectation that I would receive what I ordered, so not getting it as ordered changed how my resources were allocated and when my plan would be finished. The manager had the gull to tell me I should care about their (Home Depot's) costs as I explained to them that their delivery cost and lumber costs were irrelevant in rectifying the mistake. I asked for a delivery cost refund and the correct product. They said no, so I opted to return the product. They then refunded me for the product but not the delivery.... after they told me I would receive a refund on the delivery too.

I think this location Home Depot is always difficult to navigate with closed isles on almost every visit, and/or pallets of products in the isle ways.The WORST parking lot entrance (from the East) of anywhere in Ohio.The helpful staff can offset the inconveniences. Typically better quality products in stock than Lowe's.

Bill in the Paint department is our hero!! After two contractors quoted me $2700 to dry fall our basement ceiling, I was getting the stuff to do it myself! Bill heard what I was asking and made a significantly better suggestion, saving me hundreds of $$$ and many headaches. We bought the Graco hand held sprayer and the Behr’s black flat paint, and the ceiling looks professional!!! Hugs and thank you’s to Bill for sharing his knowledge a d being so incredibly helpful!

I went to Lowe’s to get an in-line lint trap for my dryer exhaust duct and they didn’t have any available. Not that they were sold out, they literally don’t sell them. Home Depot sells two kinds. One of which is available in stores and another one online only. I looked up the product I wanted online and told the store search engine which location I was heading to and it told me that there was one available and what isle it was in and what bay it was in as well. Once I found the item I was looking for I was done and out the door. It’s really convenient to search specific items on their website and then go right where the item is on the shelf. I most definitely recommend this Home Depot location and will certainly check the website of each store next time instead of wasting a trip to one then heading to the other. I hope this review helps someone out😇

So I get to Home Depot at 8:55 PM thinking they close at 10 which I don’t know when they change their hours but it’s some point they must’ve change their hours , I go to walk in the door. It’s 859 some older heavyset woman stopped me tells me they’re closed. I said you don’t close till 10 she said no we close at nine and it’s nine right now . so I went to Lowe’s. Got there five minutes after they closed and they let me in , no problem and I got what I needed and I got out. My point is obviously she doesn’t care if they make sales doesn’t matter to her. She just knows it’s time to go home that’s all she cares about doesn’t care about future Sales , doesn’t care about inconveniencing anyone . People chose to come to that store , but why would I come to a store where the employees don’t care if your there or not . She needs a reality check I won’t be back.

Employees of the store have been very courteous! Prices are as marked. If a Christmas tree is a hundred dollars it is. Not like other stores who charge 225 for the same tree then say everything is 50 percent off!

I see Home Depot’s all around the MW and I just love how they are all so friendly and familiar. Scott at the pro desk was awesome and so helpful. Several of the employees were awesome, don’t have all their names. Store was well stocked and had what we needed. Thank you!

Purchased a new Ramset TriggerShot Concrete nailer for use in putting up the frames for my basement finishing job.It seems that the tool has been on the shelf for a while due to the dust that was on the package when I grabbed it from the shelf. I can't wait to try it out for the first time. Thank you Home Depot, you always have everything I need to get for the jobs that come my way in my house.

Had to pick up some items I had shipped to store, and also pick up some things while I was there. The lady at the pickups/returns was very cheery, and helpful. And she showed me how to access the military discount with the app which I didn't know how to do before. The gentleman that had to had to bring out my online order was cheery, and courteous also. Really great customer service throughout the store with other helpful employees as well.

We really like this Home Depot! Our trip went really well yesterday.. We had a problem with one of the workers a couple months ago. This lady wouldn't let us scan any of the items we had in our buggy that we were trying to buy... She made a big deal over one of our items not ringing up correctly. I was gonna get one i had already scanned since it was the same thing.. She definitely embarrassed us!! She treated us like we were criminals!! Like the whole point of doing the self-checkout is so you can do everything without being bombarded by ignorant workers!! We ALWAYS spend 200 or more $$$ when we do come... We were grateful we didn't see her yesterday, she probably woulda treated us like we didn't belong there..... Besides that Home Depot is a GREAT store!!! ♡♥︎♡♥︎

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience at a big box store. I apologize for forgetting names but the older gentleman in plumbing super helpful and super nice. The big bearded fella in appliances was even better pretty much sold me on new kitchen appliances. The experience at least for me was a 10/10

Went in to buy 11 sheets of 1/2 plywood for a job, they had no flat carts. I asked an employee about it and he told me they would be in either of two aisles. There were none, so the employee said they were all outside and did nothing else, so I had to go out and fetch some. I found an older man and a younger man, perhaps his son, loading up their truck with a flat cart with an employee, for some reason the employee left these two without helping them further and muttered under his breath 'why am I even helping' it doesn't seem that the employees here value their jobs. The employee working the cash register was nice, though, so they get a star for that.
