We LOVE Promway. Our adult chihuahuas stay for vacations and our puppies (French and English bulldog) have done day care, grooming and boarding. The dogs LOVE going there, the staff is so friendly and loving, the dogs don't want to leave. Great peace of mind when we travel.

We kenneled our dogs at Promway while we were gone on a trip. The staff was very friendly and great with our dogs. My mother has used Promway in the past as well and has had a great experience.I would definitely recommend Promway and would use them again for kenneling.

I have boarded my pets at Promway Kennels twice. Most recently, my brood stayed a week. They came home happy and well exercised. The owners and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I will be relying on Promway in the future for any doggy daycare or boarding needs, and would highly recommend them for quality care.

I brought my puppy here for a early morning appointment & it took them 4 1/2 hours to complete his grooming. I had to completely call off work because of how long it took. Very nice people and a friendly atmosphere, but took WAY too long to complete, when I’ve taken him other places & it took maybe an hour & he looked better. Very unsatisfied with this experience and I will not be returning.

I recently moved to Canton, Ohio from Atlanta, Georgia. I have a dig that needs groomed. Promway Kennels was recommended and is close by. My experience was very good. Friendly, prompt, professional, compassionate. As a result, I have booked more grooming appointments.

We bring our dog twice a week to Promway for doggy daycare and an occasional overnight boarding stay. Promway may not be the fanciest place, but they exceed every expectation we have in terms of providing a safe/happy place for our dog and wonderful customer service. The owners are genuinely nice people and provide a wonderful and fairly priced service to the community - I highly recommend Promway to anyone wanting a safe, secure place for their animals. In addition, they run a successful rescue program, again exemplifying their service to the community.

Went in to donate . These are wonderful caring people. They need a lot of help right now with people surrendering dogs they got during covid and no longer want after returning to work. They also need people willing to foster dogs that sadly came to them from a horder situation. Anything you can do from donations to walking dogs, these people truly appreciate!

I boarded my dog at Promway and they exceeded every expectation I had. They called and updated me throughout my trip and I could tell that all of the care takers love animals. My dog doesn’t usually take to any other person but he was noticeably bonding with the staff and they let me know that they spend a lot of time with him, which made me happy. I recommend Promway over every boarding place in canton because my dog was treated so well.

I took my dog there it was his first time ever being in a kennel. I was extremely nervous but the people at promway kennels were very nice, very thorough as to what Bruno's treatment will be while he'sthere. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to take Bruno back there again. Promway kennels was definitely the best choice.

We have been using Promway Kennels for a few years now and they have always been fantastic! We have an extremely high energy dog who will make you throw a ball from the moment he wakes up until the cows come home. It's cute at first, but after the first 25-30 reps, it gets annoying. I am so relieved that every time I take him there that he gets great hospitality and I don't have to worry about his caretakers getting frustrated. Overall, a fantastic group of people!

This kennel is run by true dog lovers. They take better care of strangers animals than some people do their own children. I would never hesitate to leave any of my pets with them because I know they will get the same love and affection they would if I were there. Facilities are well maintained and have had many updates since these new owners came in. If you have not visited this place in the last three years you are doing yourself and your dog a disservice.

Kennel workers are very well trained with handling various dog personalities. Always someone onsite 24/7. Offers lots of outdoor activities and inside grooming. My dogs have never become ill or injured at this facility.
