The people are really nice, the stock on certain items is thin and the prices are higher on some stuff compared to say pet supplies plus.But it's very nice and new inside holly and neo love to go in and misbehave. They give it 5 paws ;)

Went to have our pup groomed. Loved the service and result. Tara is fantastic, you could really tell that she cared about our pet's (and our) overall satisfaction. Never had a bad experience walking in here. Will be back again.

Great store with an incredibly helpful staff! The store is smaller but they have an excellent selection of items for dogs and cats. Plus the Dog Wash is a great feature. $10.00 and you can use their dog wash area where they provide you with everything you need (soap, towels and even a blow drier.) Our kids had a great time giving our dog a bath and the girl who helped us was absolutely wonderful. Definitely going to be repeat customers.

Great prices and good staff! Very few times we visited and the staff remembered our pets name! What a good experience! They also have samples out for your dog to try which is awesome for a new pet owner and/or a picky dog. The few things that keep me from exclusively shopping there is they don't have the reptile dried vegetables I buy for my critters or the brand of dog food my puppy was started on(nutrisource).Although the staff did show me to some food that would be very similar which was a great gesture. All around great place. Don't miss out on their events! So many free goodies !

I love this pet store! They have the options I need for pet food. The staff knows their stuff when I have questions - recommendations on treats, dental chews, whatever I need. The pet wash is also super helpful.The only thing I would change would be a broader selection of toys for big dogs or power chewers.

This store is amazing and was so needed in this little strip mall in Jackson! Nestled conveniently near Beuhlers with friendly, knowledgeable staff. You are more than just a face here, the staff really gets to know you and your pet and addresses your needs with competency and compassion. The store hosts a professional grooming station in the back and a self serve grooming station in the front of the store. The offer quality food & treats for a variety of animals and even a huge selection of limited ingredient, holistic, grain-free & raw food options. I love the veggie chews for dogs and they have the most inexpensive cat scratchers in stark county! The staff is always pleasant and willing to help you find just what you are looking for! They host regular pet friendly events to help with Second Chance for Animals. You won't be sorry you stopped in!

This location offers an excellent and reasonably priced grooming service. The groomer did an exceptional job with our medium, boxer mix. Also, the store is conveniently located near a number of other businesses to peruse while waiting for your pet.

They have a wide variety of products, the store is so much bigger on the inside than it looks. I used their dog wash, they have EVERYTHING I needed for $10. & I had to check out their Bettas & it is by far the most humane I've seen, they have clean, big cups & air pumps. I will be back!!! <3

The staff at Pet Valu are very helpful. We always look for pet toys and treats that are manufactured in the USA (or at least NOT China). The staff has helped us find treats our dogs love that are made in the US. Our dogs our part of the family. We will NOT buy products from China for them.

I've like this store in the past, but today I went in and saw multiple bettas that were dead and decaying in their cups. Several more fish were in extremely dirty cups. This is neglect and I will not support a business that allows this to happen. Fish, like cats and dogs, are pets too.

Went in to look at cat trees and they had a great variety, all of which were assembled in store so there was no guessing on size and construction. A little on the expensive side but not terribly so.

Betas are kept in disgusting conditions. Ones that have been dead for days just sitting in the containers still. Ones that are barley alive and in filthy living conditions. This store will not get my business ever again. Staff is too lazy to care. I have several photos.

More convenient than driving to Belden, it doesn’t smell like animal urine when you walk through the door, the staff is friendly and they have what I need. I am glad we went there. I will be back.
