I just adopted an adult Golden doodle. His fur was very matted. I took him to Pet Supplies Plus to get groomed for his first time. Kayla was very patient and did a fantastic job. I am so pleased with the results. The grooming prices are reasonable and they have weekend hours. I will be back!

I don't think the some of the staff are fully trained on sales. I bought some cat litter that was on sale and the cashier told me you didn't get the sale price unless you bought two. Which wasn't the case. When I agree to purchase two she did go back and get another box. And it was the unscented which is what I purchased originally. It was the play on store brand which I don't think is a very good cat litter. It doesn't control odors as well as I feel it should.

Love Pet Supplies Plus in Perry! We shop here a lot. Sometimes in person, sometimes pickup, and sometimes delivery. Everyone is always friendly and helpful! We will never go anywhere else for our pet needs.

Everything you'd need for your pets, whether it's a dog, a cat, or a fish. It's my first time in a pet store in over two years, and I was surprised at how much the prices had gone up. At the same time, I don't know anything that HASN'T increased, except maybe a gallon of gasoline. I haven't used their grooming services since I have a cat. A good place to find anything "pet related".

Horrible experience , Management was absolutely rude and non-helpful , very condescending ! My fiancé went into the store 3 days prior to buy our son some aquatic turtle stuff spent well over $100 & we didn’t need the tank my son had got one for his birthday I went to rerun calling before arriving letting them know I had my receipt just not access to our debit card which we paid due to switching banks cashier said I should be fine , when I arrived they never even rung in my receipt looked me up and down & said I’m not giving you money back I’ll give you a gift card which the receipt does not state which wouldn’t have been a problem but the manager was so rude & non helpful at all I said no I would rather take my money else where & she simply shrugged and said well your not getting the cash , I asked for corporates number& or the store manager she lied and said she was the general manger which turned out to be a lie . It gets even worse she then proceeds to take a phone call & tell me I needed to wait until she’s done to get the corporate number all to come after 10 min with a post it note that said Bob & said she didn’t know the corporate number ! Moral of the story never shop here they don’t value there cx’s which you would expect for a smaller pet store ! I work in management myself and I understand there being policies but sometimes things happen and you have to pivot & try to help the cx out maybe they should learn from this .

come here for some food for my long hair dog, lots of options and doggy likes the food. Really good since he is picky. Sometimes doesn’t eat the food from other store. I bet it is fresher here at this location. Also we like the eyel of dog coller. It’s nice to have a pet store by the house that is so nice and they have a case of cooky at the front that taste good for humans too LOL!

Looks like they shouldn't be selling live animals anymore. I have gone to this store for years until I moved out of state. I'm back and it's no where near what it used to be. Six ferrets in one enclosure. All of the fish tanks were completely disgusting and fish were dead and dying. Looked worse than when Walmart sold fish! Only one cage with 4 birds. Hopefully they take better care of the animals from now on!

There was a sign at the Bully Sticks that said $3.98, when checking out, the clerk tried several times with no luck and called for assistance for price. The gentleman that came to assist asked me to show him where I got the item. He scanned the $3.98 sign and went back to register. When the cashier finally rang the Bully Sticks up, they rang $4.98. I told the cashier that there was a sign for $3.98 At that time the cashier just looked at me and I said I should get it for $3.98. The cashier then told me that the sale started tomorrow that there was dates on the signs (As you can see by the attached photo, the only date on the sign is the end date) and I said but you have the sign up so I should get it for that price and she said we have to put the signs up or we would be there until 4:00 in the morning putting up signs. I told her that was not my problem. The cashier then asked me if I still wanted the item and I said yes. All this hassle after I just purchased a bag of dog food that cost $56.99 I will never visit this place again.

I took my baby girl to get a haircut and she ended up with fleas. They are very nice and professional but I shouldn't have taken her there that day because they were extremely busy and now me and my pup are paying the price

I was unable to buy anything. Didn't bring my card. Was able to look around. And the employees were very nice. And aloud me to use there bathroom. Do plan on going back to find a few things for my dogs .

I have been coming here for 20 years.. which equals tens of thousands of dollars.. this place can't get nothing right with there online orders... even called before I placed the order this time to MAKE CERTAIN they had what we needed for out pups...yes ye have it ..ok great.. place order, show up.. sorry we don't have it..Done with this place.. guess Chewy it is..
