Christopher made it a great experience but all of the staff is always friendly. Fair prices. Lines are usually not too long of a wait. Had some live pets like fish and hamsters, mice and birds.

I've been going here for years and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately today I went to get cat food and got to my car before realizing half the bag was covered in dried pee. I have a LOT of pets and a few kids and I'm very certain it was not animal pee. Especially given that the bag was on a shelf about 3-4 feet off the ground, it would have been impossible for a dog to have done it. I understand this is probably of no fault to the staff, but I will no longer be buying my pet supplies where people pee on the merchandise. Good thing giant eagle is 10 feet away!

I've never had a bad experience. Always plenty to choose from. I like the cashier that had the longer hair and nails, they were nice and informative. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the hamster I got my daughter. It died in less than a week. I was out over $60 on supplies. Opened it all, not a lot of bedding or food was used, I felt I had to trash it though.

I took my dog ​​for a bath and grooming, my dog ​​came back worse than when I groomed him myself. And not to mention that my dog ​​doesn't smell like a bath there, it smells the same as the shampoo I use. It's horrible my dog, I'll have to take it to another pet to fix the head as they didn't cut a single tip, the hair underneath my dog ​​is huge and on top it's very short.

I love this store and the employees are so kind and helpful. When I was sick and my puppy was climbing the walls, they sped up the process of getting some treats and toys I ordered online delivered to my house to keep him busy. We love bathing our dog using their self dog wash area. They've given me great advice on the care of our fish and are always quick to help. They always go above and beyond.

I took my dog Millie there on Tuesday. The groomer L did her groomed her. He did an excellent job on her. She is a rescued puppy mill mother surviver. A very nervous and anxious dog but enjoyed her time, that her little tail was up and wagging. I will be taking her back in 8 weeks.

Went to use the DIY dog wash. The drain was super slow draining the water, there were no towels available to dry my dog, & the blower blew cold air. My poor dog was shivering & it took FOREVER to get him dry…… Very disappointed!

I used their grooming services for the 1st time and even though they took longer than they expected and I will have to take my dog back so they can finish her up I was very impressed by the way they handled her. I told them they were in for a challenge because I usually do the job myself, but I don't have the patience and energy to do it myself anymore. I usually have to do it over several days, so if they only take 2 appointments to get her done, I will really be over the moon with joy. Thanks for putting up with her and showing her the patience she deserves!!

I used the self service dog wash. The stations were dirty. Pet hair on the shampoo bottles. Towels were stained and nasty looking. Went to the store in the am. Staff was very nice. You may want to avoid the self service wash stations.

This used to be my favorite pet shop. Wasn't thrilled seeing sticky traps everywhere. Extremely inhumane way to trap pests. They suffer & starve to death. There was a mouse on one too that I seen behind where they were cleaning. A pet store selling some essentially rodents but inhumanely killing other rodents worries me how they treat the animals. Oh it's just a mouse, I get it they may be pests but nothing deserves to starve to death on sticky trap. Awful. The cashier's are always kind though I'll give them that.

All these companies are pushing these discount cards that you sign up for and you just so they can send you countless emails a month but none of it ever saves you any money ! I don't get how much they expect you to spend per month just to save a few pennies on a dollar .

I've shopped at Pet Supplies Plus for the past couple of years, and it's typical of most pet supply chains. However, if you're buying a larger item, be aware they may not accept a return without a box.I purchased a Play On dog crate for $90 just a couple weeks ago and retained my receipt. The crate was very hard to remove from the box, and the box got ripped in the process. Who would keep something like that around? I put it out for recycling. Today, when I attempted to return the barely used crate (my crate-trained dog opened the door that's "made especially for escape artists" with ease several times), the store would not accept it without the box. The moral of my story: avoid Play On dog crates if your dog has any brain cells whatsoever, and shop at places that communicate return policies clearly.

They have my supplies in stock at better pricing than other competitors, and have offered the effort to special order products for me when my specific food has been out of stock, without me even having to ask. The store has been reconfigured recently with wider isles, new flooring, a dog wash station, and a new something coming in the front of the store. It's clean and organized. That's why I keep coming here. Checkout is always fast and courteous as well. Nice people.

Google says they open up at 9 am and the sign on their door says they open at 9 am on a Saturday. I just sat in their parking lot until 915 am with the store closed for some reason. I was waiting with 4 other cars. I left after waiting for 15 minutes and no one answering the phone. Please put correct hours at the very least on your doors.

Every time I've gone here the experience is horrible. From the power going out and no one knowing how to reboot the registers to not a single cart available. The store has boxes sitting in the middle of aisles making it impossible to get around. They also had a group of girl scouts selling cookies in the store. Now I'm all for supporting the scouts and I love me some girl scout cookies, but they were literally in the store screaming "COOKIES, COOKIES" right in front of the overpriced dog food that I would have bought if I had a cart to put it on or could get past the scouts boxes of cookies to find what I needed. I was so frustrated I put my other items back and left. This place is way to chaotic and ill equipped to assist customers.
