First time at this store, looking for a specialty food for renal failure kitty. The sales associate went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, looking things up on the internet to direct me to the best food, and also said she could order things if they didn't have them in stock. She was so helpful. And their prices are comparable to the big box pet stores. I will definitely go back!

I can’t say enough great things about Hollywood Feeds for pet owners. As a dog mom myself, I always felt it was a struggle to find real, healthy food choices at regular stores. Hollywood provides quality products and a great loyalty reward program. Their customer service is always top tier, even on the few occasions I’ve ordered online for pickup. Their pricing reflects the high quality products they sell and fall inline with competitors. It’s worth every penny! Highly recommend.

I love this place. It is pricy but they have nice things. From the new leash, collar and well made toys to doggy treats (the lil dog bday cakes are the cutest), locally produced and family owned dog food. They have everything you could want and the staff is always so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about what they offer. Total pet lovers as workers and it shows that they care as much as you do about your pet. Definitely recommend.

This place has alot of exotic treats and meal selections not found elsewhere. You'll always find something neat and unusual to treat your pet with from alot of different parts of the animal (they sell cow tails, my labradoodle loves them!).If you're looking for food products without meat by-products, fillers, etc. this is a great place to find a more natural and holistic meals for our pets.Hollywood also has a system that when you join, you earn rewards towards store purchases. There is a freezer/refrigerator section, and I recommend the pig ears and giant collagen chews, everything I bought my dogs have loved.Staff has always greeted me when I enter each time and they tell me the current specials and offer me a flyer and take the time to go over the specials with me if I have any questions. I wish other stores had customer service like this Hollywood location.

This was my first visit to Hollywood Feed and I will definitely be going back. I was looking for a new dry cat food for my 16 year old cat. I left with a bag of food that meet my criteria, plus samples and also Best Friends Foods which my Stormy loves. The staff was so very helpful! Thanks!

Great staff! I really like the selection of items in the store. I happened to wander in looking for my picky kittens litter and they had it! Hooray! Now I have a local place to go between Chewy drops.

It's my go to place for food, treats, goat's milk, and anything else I might need. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Several times , I took a dog inside to help them with a fear issue. The staff sat on the floor and worked with us. I'm in the store almost weekly. They help everyone with the same genuine customer service of professionalism and kindness.

Came to buy some sweaters for my small dogs. Not one single sweater priced. I was told I had to walk them to the register to have them scanned for a price as I shopped (not at all inconvenient.) I was shopping for 3 dogs. When I had them scan the first small sweater for my 10 lb dog, $31 dollars!!! Wow! No thanks. Total inconvenience and completely overpriced! I'll shop elsewhere going forward. Thanks, but no thanks.********************************************I have read your response and appreciate that you addressed half of my review so quickly.But not only are the pet sweater prices ridiculously higher than any other pet supply chains in the area. The fact that you are asking your customers to walk every sweater to your register, stand in line, have a cashier scan the sweater for a price then return to shopping is absurd! Then when the customer reviews, you want to inconvenience them with yet another step and have them contact your customer service department for competitive pricing. One more step and I'll have to insist on a pay check. I will shop elsewhere going forward. I hope you continue to improve your customer experience as I was not impressed on any level and I have over 30 years of retail experience. Happy holidays.
