Honestly, they were very nice. The girl who took my dogs must have been new. Some nails were not trimmed. I paid for an ear cleaning and literally watched her put the same ear cleaning solution I had at home on a cotton swab and merely swipe my dogs ears with it. I could have done that at home. Will not be returning. I know my dogs are not the easiest to deal with but for the money I paid, I certainly would expect more. I did notify them my dogs may be a pain before I came.

I told them what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. My dog had been going to groomers for years and is usually a little stressed but seemed to be very calm this time. The last photo was before the haircut. I love it I will be back!

The groom and the bath is great. However, the pricing has been inconsistent. They told me $50 on the phone, then charged $65 when I picked her up. The next appointment they charged me $75 for the same service without any explanation. This is bad business, you need to be clear with your pricing.

This was my first time coming to this salon, and omfg was I blown away!!! I have a shi-poo that got groomed and I absolutely love the way she did it!Highly recommend this place.They do awesome Mohawks too :)Definitely returning for sure.

I am not happy right now at all. I took my baby into be groomed at 930am was not contacted to pick up until close. I called after 4 hours and there was no answer. So I waited a little bit longer called back they said she was almost ready they'll call me.A few days later my son notices dried up blood near her nipple. At pick up no said anything just handed her over like everything was good. As of right now I am on hold with them and it has been a hour . They charged me full price and decidedly chose to disregard the fact that she obviously bleed out until they could stop the bleeding for me to pick up. Not professional or interest in the care of others animals.

I have come to happy tails a few times before and it makes me so upset to write this review. I brought my dog Mya in to have a basic bath and nails trimmed. Since I brought her home she can hardly stand, is throwing up and is lethargic. She’s 13 so I thought maybe a seizure.This went on all day and night. It’s like she was drugged or put under. She was fine when I picked her up but once she got home within 10 mins she became an entirely different dog. It’s now the next morning and she still isn’t okay... I have never had a problem with them before. They are always fast and efficient. I would hate to think they gave her something to calm my already VERY calm old dog and caused her all this suffering.I will update after vet visit.PS: I have no idea why my name says “ Joe shmoe” my name is Ashlie.

They are always great with my big pooch that is a 10 month old Golden Saint and can be a handful at her age and size! She loves going there and her grooming is great❣️

Have been going here for years. Gina does a fantastic job on my three hounds. Nail trimming is just one of her specialties I appreciate for my basset hounds. This facility is well run, clean, and very kind to all dogs big and small. Do yourself a favor and check out their services. You won't regret it.

Very poor service! I was given an appointment. At the end of my texting conversation the groomer told me to bring updated records. I explained to her that some of my animals are rescues and I don’t have updated records. She stated that she would talk to her boss and get back with me. She never did so I text her again asking if it was ok to bring my dogs. No response. The last text I sent was telling her what poor service they offered. Still, no response!

Today I took my dog there for the first time. She did a great job with her haircut, but when I got into the car she bleeding and I couldn't figure out why. I looked at her right paw and they had cut her toe nail entirely to short. It was bleeding so I had to turn around and go back, she did clean her off but for this being my first time there I think she could have showed me a little bit more Empathy... I will never take my dog back there again. If you do take your dog there make sure to check the paws.

Amanda did a beautiful job with my Bear. I recently adopted him from the Humane Societ. They had brushed him as best they could. He was a super fuzzy, hot mess in need of a good hair cut, when I dropped him off. When I picked him up, he was a sleek, shiny, handsome fellow. Beautiful job.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to get my dogs nails cut and the older lady in the wheel chair was SO RUDE!! She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. My dog was scared about getting her nails cut and the older lady was not accomdating at all and was straight RUDE!! Making comments about how I should take my dog to be obdience school because she was scared? I will never take her back!! The older lady in a wheelchair should not be around pets!!!

I've been taking my dog to happy tails for about a year & I never had a problem until yesterday. I took my dog to go get her nails cut and the younger ladies were out so it was just the elderly woman there, she had the worst attitude ever and should never be able to care for animals! My dog was afraid because of the other dogs barking at her so she jumped out of her arms but instead of picking her back up she drug her by her collar!! And if that wasn't bad enough she ran over her foot with the wheelchair!! And then she had a bad attitude when I told her to give me my dog back! DO NOT GO THERE!! IF SHE TREATS ANIMALS LIKE THAT INFRONT OF THEIR OWNERS I DONT EVEN WANT TO IMAGE HOW SHE TREATS THEM WHEN THEIR OWNERS ARE GONE!!

Terrible place to take your dog!! My mom took her dog there for a bath and to get her nails cut. They said they would call her when they were finished. She went there at 11:30 am. It was around 4 and no one called so they went to check on her but the place was closed before 5! My mom left several messages on their machine. My mom hardly slept she was so worried about her doggie. Her dog never stayed anywhere overnight before and my mom has had her for six years. My mom after worrying all night called back at 8 am and when she asked the moron where her dog was she told her she had the pound pick her up. She lied to the pound saying my mom abanoded her dog and she didn't have a way to contact my mom. That moron only clipped the dog's nails, didn't bathe her then had the pound pick her up at 1:30 pm. She was only there a couple of hours. They have my mom's address and number and my sister's number. This was the second time she went there but the moron woman LIED about everything! She even admitted she takes animals home with her and has put alot of them in the pound. The people at the pound were very mad at the woman and told my mom to sue her. My mom's dog is very upset, nervous, scared and shaking so much her fur is falling out😡😡😡😡 Please do not take your furbaby there unless you want it taken to the pound or the moron owner taking it to their own home! !! !!
