Their racks are packed tight with high price clothes. They don't even offer a half off color anymore. There were lots of things I would have bought if the prices would have been reasonable. What a shame. Won't return.

I had a large donation from my work today that needed dropped off. I am the only driver on site but am 31 weeks pregnant so my coworkers did the heavy lifting and loaded the van. When I pulled up I informed the young man he would need the cart as it was a large donation. He rudely requested I get out and help him. I told him I was pregnant and unable to do heavy lifting, so I would help a little bit with the smaller items but I couldn't do the larger ones. He had a bad attitude the whole time as he was unloading and I feel was very disrespectful. I have never once been asked to get out and unload the items I was donating. This was the first time I've ever been met with rudeness and disrespect, but it is something that should be addressed with staff.

This is one of the better looking goodwill in the area, I think. There's always nice things there and its clean and organized. However, there closing shift employees are the worst. So rude, lack any amount of soft skills.

The cashier would not give me my senior discount on senior day.She also wouldn't sell a curtain panel to the woman in front of me because it didn't have a ticket even though an identical one with it had a ticket. I never saw a more unhelpful clerk. Her name is Samantha B.

We were severely dissatisfied with the employees' rude behavior and the overall unwelcoming atmosphere of this store. We not-so-jokingly said that they should call it BadWill because of the hostility and anger directed at unsuspecting customers. We will not be returning to this location.

This place is an absolute train wreck. I used to come to Goodwill all the time to get my clothes since I can’t afford to pay things at full price they wanted $20 for a pair of UGG boots that were dirty and smelled. They wanted $20 for a pair of jeans? I’m sorry who is coming up with these prices? Same thing withthe village discount in Akron Ohio. They think that they are an antique store now apparently and think that it’s OK. The village discount in Akron Ohio. I remember when everything was under five dollars at thrift stores and now you can can’t even find anything for under five dollars unless it is half of. I wouldn’t shop here anymore and honestly it’s not worth it. If they find anything in their donations that is remotely worth any money, they will take that item and either sell it on their auction site to try and squeeze as much money out of it as possible or they’ll put it on a display case and put the price up to $100 and see if some idiot would buy it.

I first would like to say that I have seen lots of positive changes in the store. The staff seems to be working very hard and keeping the store stocked. The prices are ok and understand all the positive thing in the community goodwill does. I would also like to say how wonderful the new manager is, I think her name was Anita. She was so polite and nice but seemed to have a ton to do. I would recommend this store. Would like to see the store a little more modern though.

The one on Atlantic is the worst. They will damage your car when unloading it and act like it never happened. And the manager doesn’t care either.

I go to Goodwill because occasionally I find an ok deal. Most of the time items are over priced and this upsets me knowing it is all donated. My biggest complaint is that today I found a pair of shoes I really really liked. All shoes on the rack were $6.79 each. The shoes I found however did not have a price. The clerk told me she couldn't sell them to me and I could burn gas to come back tomorrow to see if they were still available. Come on now...how hard is it to put a $6.79 sticker so I could buy them. The clerks are always nice and I am sure they are doing what someone in upper management is telling them to do. I am sure you lose a lot of sales with this practice..just my opinion.

Well after standing in line for 15 minutes while 1 register was opened, mid day and very busy, the 2nd register opened and said I'll take who's next and I slid into that line BUT I allowed 2 ladies with less items in front of me and they proceeded to say rude things toward me and then the cashier chimed in along with them. I also saw him ring up a tagless item with the tag of another item which isn't the way things are supposed to be. He walked them out and took his sweet old time getting back to start ringing me out. Neither of the ladies I let pass me by spent more than $9.00 and were just blatantly rude along with the cashier. So if he is working I will not go in period, if at all. Browse & Buy in Dover has better prices and friendlier faces and they're all volunteering their time, not bashing those that pay their wages.

We use to love shopping around at different goodwills. But anymore their prices are just outrageous! Then after going to the one on 62 which we frequent, we'll never go back there! Stood in line for 30 minutes! I get places are short staffed but there's no reason for that extreme wait time. The girl in the back came up 15 minutes in to bring a box for the lady checking out with 2 full carts, 2 people ahead of us. Then instead of opening a register, literally just stood there talking to the cashier!! N to top it off the cashier, Older lady with blonde hair, has a very horrible attitude n should never be working with people apparently. Last dollar they got of mine. Woukda left but had too much time invested in shopping

It's nice to shop here on the sale days. They have a lot more clothing than the other Goodwills in the area and it's typically not as busy on weekdays so it's nice to shop in peace. I love coming here in the fall and winter because you can find lots of unique or vintage items. But I do have some compliments.Sometimes when you check your receipt the employees don't mark the correct colors so you lose out on sales and don't realize it until later. They prices of items not on sale isn't worth it unless it's something you really want. Sometimes they want a dollar for one sewing pattern despite selling things like that in a box for a reasonable price before, now they stopped doing it and it collects on the shelves.The store itself is often messy. Someone hung up a bunch of clothing facing forward in every section of the store instead of putting it on the rack normally, very lazy and gets easily pushed around by customers which only makes more of a mess. Very understaffed, the new staff that I've seen ignores you to talk to each other while you stand in line for twenty minutes because they're the only register open.

I think there is a nice variety of things here (always more of a selection in clothes obviously), but I'm so glad I was able to find a Homecoming dress here for only $3.50! I always find pretty nice finds here and I will be coming here again. Although, usually it's super quiet here and I never see anyone at the checkout counters until I'm ready to buy my stuff.

This place has gone downhill, bad. They have most items marked right around retail price and even more in some cases. Just insulting. Especially when you consider they're selling donated items. I used to shop here all the time, but it's gotten so bad with the insane pricing that I don't think I'll ever be going back. If I want to pay full price for things, I can just use eBay and not leave the house.

It's not a bad good will, but they use ebay as a price guide for a lot of electronics. They basically see the first listing (which is usually fairly expensive) and maybe knock 5 bucks off the price.They also don't have a return policy and most of the time have no way to check if things work.So you're telling me I'm paying retail with none of the retail advantages?Good job suckering people who don't know better.

It's right by my house so I come a lot. Almost every time I go in I come out with something whether I can afford it or not because they always end up having something I can't leave behind. I'm more of a housewares kind of guy but when I do shop for clothes they usually have something I like there too. Coats are overpriced, but that's really my only complaint. I also don't really like how they rearranged the whole store a few years ago since it was the same way like my whole childhood, but it's OK.

Prices at all the stores are ridiculous! You get the stuff donated why do you have to make prices do high? I use to go into your stores to buy shirts for work because they were ccheaper then a big box store but now it seems they are priced as much as a new one at Wal-Mart or Target.

Prices are too high. I can go to wal mart and buy a brand new pair of jeans for 10 dollars i looked at goodwil today they were 10 dollars some were more a few pair of paint lowerold shoes 15 dollars and this stuff was donated for free.

Worst goodwill ive ever been too. Prices so high you can go to walmart. They only offer one color per day. Ive been to many goodwills all over the country. They always have 1 soller color and 50 % off color. Waste of time. And money. Id rather drive to cleveland.

Been shopping at goodwill and donating for 30 plus years and tonight in Carrollton Ohio an employee chas ed my sister out the door calling her a thief and after my sister went back in the store and showed the employee the merchandise in the store she didn't even apologize to her..very embarrassing to say the least in front of many customers and other employees..I hope that this employee is dealt with accordingly as I would had this been my employee!! Unbbelievable.. I hope this goodwill isn't like that for you all..

Overpriced on everything. Lame ghetto store. Goodwill used to provide a range of items that low income people could afford. Now they are priced like some kind of retro boutique in Los Angeles. Very discouraging.

We've been in a few times & everyone has been friendly. Theres usually lots of stuff stacked on top of each other~ but I worked at a place like this before & its usually the customers tearing through the shelves.

Used to be my favorite place toShop but the prices have sky rocketed since they re-opened. I used to get my toddlers shirts and shorts for a dollar-3 dollars a piece . Now they are asking 5 for most. Can go buy it brand new for that. The girls working on the floor look so mad and angry like they are so upset to be working there

Makes up rules that are not directly posted on the front of the store entrance I had to go in this store once because I needed a shirt and they discriminated against me because I did not have a shirt on I quickly got a shirt bought one and paid for it and then left the store but they do have stuff there the selection is okay but that was the only bad experience I ever had their long time ago
