The bakery department is wonderful! They made my son's smash cake, cookies and donuts for his 1st birthday party. The decorator Sandy did a great job and she was able to modify exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!Also Carl in the deli was great at adding a last minute sandwich order!

The store is great clean with plenty of items to choose from. You have to get here by 7pm. the main doors are locked and the self checkouts are closed by 8 along with the scan as you go. If you want to get in and get out this wouldn’t be the giant eagle to go to after that. A lot of extra walking and waiting.

This store has some terrific associates and is always clean and tidy. The reason I now have to rate it at one star after years of patronage is because at 8:00pm they shut down all self checkout and scan and go options. As I type this, I’m waiting alongside 20 customers and they only have two cashiers. This is the most ridiculous policy I’ve heard. In an era of record profits they’re going to cry “theft” and inconvenience customers. If you want to shut down self checkout so you can employ more people and stop theft that’s fine with me. But two cashiers? That’s a joke. Do better Giant Eagle.

Very bad experience with the guy on the counter desk, he is a blonde and have a pony tail. Last Sunday I wanted to purchase lottery tickets from him and I can see the PC there has that service, he said he can not sell me from here and I have to do it from the machine, tried to do that and the less to play is $5, went back to him and said that I want to get only one ticket for $2, he again said he can not help and I need to use the machine which was clearly a lie, he just did not want to help so he can rush and leave to go home, he did not even help my friend who won $10 on a scratch ticket, he told him that he can not cash that out to him and he need to use it to play again, he was so bad and not friendly, and he's done all that just so he can leave home quickly, selling a ticket from the counter will not take couple minutes, so hope a manager can send this guy to a customer service training because he needs that so much.

Come here when groceries are on sale. Prices are on a pricey side but occasionally they have really good deals. They carry a fair amount of organic skin care, hygiene, and personal car products. There's a nice, quiet seating area for meal as well. Had a really nice cashier today who checked me out.

Store desperately needs a face-lift. Uae to be nice waaaaay back. So old looking. Moved back here after 9 years and was surprised. Quality of fruit is average at best. I bought grapes that were soggy, apples that were pethy. Bakery items tasted as though they were fresh last year. Prices are high for that quality . I will stick with Meijer. Disappointing

Good size, good selection. Too many in aisle displays blocking aisles. Too many curbside shoppers with big carts blocking aisles. They are now encouraging self checkout by understaffing.

The best place for all the grocery needs .. they even have wide variety of ready to eat food. And specially also have Indian food available. They staff are also very kind and helpful. They also have wide collection of wines to choose from... And even have fresh sea food available. Huge space but we'll managed. Anyone will enjoying shopping here.

Come here regularly. I like their, fruit, meat, sales items, & sushi. (& gift cards)GE always has the greatest variety of items u could want. You want a product & they'll have 5 of them. One will be cheap & generic, 3 will be slightly higher priced name brands, & the 5th will have the word artesian in the title & cost twice/thrice as much. But at least u get exactly what u want. Because I'm particular on ketchup & mustard but don't care about eggs.🌭🥚😆Don't forget donuts are now $7 a dozen on Fridays. Grab them with at least 2 containers of fruit so all ur people are happy.

I only visited the pharmacy. The staff was very polite and friendly. They helped me get the lowest price on a prescription. They even wished me a happy belated birthday that had passed the week before.There is a walk up window if you are only picking up a prescription with close designated parking for that purpose.I would recommend the pharmacy.

I don't think I've ever actually set foot in this location on The Strip, but I wanted to share my experience with their Curbside Express Delivery. Specifically, I want to thank an employee named Beth.I used to live in Canton, Ohio. I moved to Los Angeles four years ago. My family still lives in Canton. About two weeks ago, my grandma (on my mom's side) unexpectedly fell extremely ill and was put into hospice care. I immediately wanted to send a care package to my mother, so I looked up all the local grocery stores to see who could deliver an online order. Giant Eagle seemed most promising. I placed my order at midnight Pacific time and went to bed. I woke up to a phone call from Beth at Giant Eagle on The Strip. Firstly, she made sure she was speaking to me. (She wanted to make sure she wasn't ruining the surprise. I had included a lot of details for the personal shopper to let them know the situation and that this was a care package for my mom.) She wanted to ask if it was okay to substitute the bouquet of flowers I originally requested for a different one because the tulips I ordered were out of stock. Fine with me! But she also informed me that someone would have to be home to sign for the delivery.I was not aware that a signature was required to release the items. I thought if nobody was home they could just be dropped off like any other package. So in my order's delivery notes I had left instructions on where to leave the package if nobody was home. [With things so uncertain, and my grandma's health quickly deteriorating, there was no guarantee my mom would actually be home at the time of scheduled delivery. At any moment she could have needed to leave.]This ends up being a very long story, but I will spare most of the details and just say that I ended up having SIX different phone calls with Beth, working through technical difficulties, confusion, and scheduling. (The six phone calls is not a bad thing, I'm emphasizing them because she was THAT committed to helping me.) Beth knew I was sad and stressed, and she was doing all she could to try and get the care package to my mom. But when we realized that it would just simply not work out due to the uncertainty of my grandma's health and requirements of the third-party delivery service, Beth took it upon herself to deliver the package to my mom. [Giant Eagle works with a company similar to Doordash to complete their deliveries. With the tight timeline and all the technical difficulties, the company would not have had what they needed to complete the task.] Beth spoke to her manager and gained permission to perform a task outside of her job's normal duties and took the package herself to deliver personally to my mom. It was only a care package of snacks, tissues, and other comforting items...but Beth knew how important it was to me and she made sure it got to my mom. She was kind, patient, and compassionate through all of our phone calls. She made it her personal mission to help my family in a time of need. My grandma passed away only two hours after Beth handed the items over to my mom. I cannot express how much her kindness has meant to me. In a time where I so desperately wanted to be by my mom's side but couldn't, Beth helped remind her that she's loved and not alone. I will never forget the impact Beth made, and I thank her for being an employee of this store.

I give this store 5 stars because of the great care I was given by my shopper, Anthony. He was the best. This was my first time using this service and I was very pleased and satisfied. UNTILI tried to go online to do the survey. Every time I entered the number at the bottom of my receipt, I got a message saying it was wrong. So I called the number on the card that was attached to my receipt. I got a woman, Jessica, I think. I know she was probably following her instructions she was taught to say, BUT my husband had oral surgery this morning (that’s why I used curbside) and can’t talk. She wanted him to confirm our address, our advantage card number etc. and when all he could do was mumble, she said she couldn’t help me. All I wanted to know was why the number on my receipt wouldn’t work, and to say what a wonderful employee and person Anthony is.SO FRUSTRATING!

Giant Eagle in North Canton is located in the Strip, next to Best Buy and several restaurants. The first thing I noticed when walking into this Giant Eagle was just how huge it was! They have the freshest fruit and now how fresh sushi. Their selection of foods is basically anything that your heart desires. This includes a World Foods selection for otherwise hard-to-find items when you are looking to impress by making that Thai or Japanese dish that your friends or family have been craving.

This place was amazing! Being truckers we came in bobtail (no trailer) and parked in the back corner of the lot with no issues. Got a huge cart full of stuff for only $119, so very good prices on everything. Especially if you have a rewards membership, they have great discounts for members. They also had a huge selection of everything, and I didnt feel like I settled for anything but got exactly what I wanted and all my favorite brands. Huge fresh fish selection, huge fresh meat selection, huge produce and bakery areas. Huge deli with delicious smelling foods tho I didnt try any. Very clean store, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area and will actively seek them out first in other areas as well.

Self check out, is challenging, the 2 X I used it, needed help & slowed me up a lot, was in a hurry & the experience made me late . . . ⭐⭐⭐ all in all, I like the store.

This is my number one grocerystore. Always tidy, clean, well stocked, never disappointing.Need something? They most likely have it.Don't need something? They have that too!The variety will keep you coming.My favorite option with this store is the 'Scan & Go' service! It is so beneficial when you are in a hurry or just more of an introverted person like myself.

You must wear a mask to enter at this time.Very fresh meats, vegetables, and deli items are available here. The prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but, with the Giant Eagle discount card usage you can lower the price of sale to compete with big box stores. The sore is neatly maintained and always well stocked. Occasionally the checkout process can be a bit on the long side, but, cashiers are added to accommodate needs. Overall a pleasant grocery shopping experience.
