Terrible cashier. Me and family was accused of stealing after walking out the store when I couldn’t find the item I wanted to purchase. Was told “when you three come in you always take things” when it was our first time at the location. Glass on the door was also shattered and replaced by a cheap piece of plywood. Not worth your time to come in.

Just Close The Store.Every single time I come here it's closed "we don't have employees", "the system is down" "closed early due to employee shortage" Literally it says the system is down. But there's tons of merchandise visible that needs put away and the employees are just standing there. It's ridiculous. Every single time. This store used to be profitable and actually welcoming. Now... Just Close it down.

Four people were at the registers. Two were counting out, one appeared to be logging in but walked away, the fourth was helping a customer. Not one of them greeted me. When the active cashier was ready to help me, I walked over and asked "how are you doing?" In a friendly voice. I got a blank stare. Before my transaction was complete, he greeted the next person in line and started helping him. I had to take my own receipt off the printer. Just give me a self check out if y'all gonna be like that!

Very upset, I knew store was closing at 9pm so I rushed to get there and it was 8:53pm and doors were already locked and both Mgr and Associate looked right at door at me and continued pulling their cash drawer and walked away towards back of store

I called regarding an item I wanted to purchase but was sold out at 3 other stores I visited. Missy answered the phone and was polite and helpful with my request. But when I arrived at the store she blew me away!! The most helpful and genuine person I have come across, not only for Family Dollar, but she would give some of the High End Department Store staff a run for there money!! Thank you Missy for such a great experience in the most unlikely of situations!

Great staff and great place but the manager is very rude one time i was in there with my sister and he manager was on a personal call on her cell laughing and talking didnt say hi how are ya nothing just told us 2 seprate transactions just the totals. I said something to her and she just brush me off and walked away they really need to get rid of those kind of employees who think they can do whatever just caz they are managers. Im just saying Family Dollar yall need to get rid of her and they would be perfect.
