The cashier today was beyond rude! I was using the bathroom and forgot to hand my other half his wallet with ID, which was in my bag (he had a debit card) He came back to me when I exited and I gave him his wallet. The cashier them accused him of using my ID to obtain cigarettes. Well, lady, I don't happen to be a beardered man! I'm wondering if I happen to look male because the last time I checked, I'm very much female and I dont happen to be able to grow a beard! Plus, I'm 45 and if I wanted to buy cigarettes for myself, I would, but I actually hate them. You're beyond a joke, circle K!

I stopped coming here months ago because the store is always understocked and the employees were rude.I had to come here recently and the employees are still rude. But the lack of merchandise/food service has slightly improved.

This circle k has been one of the best I have been too. Always nice and thoughtful people working here. Always clean and get you in and out. They usually always have a couple people working in case of having a lotto line so you don't wait.

So why did I get attitude after buying a lottery ticket winning 50 and cashed it in? They lady asked me how much it was instead of scanning it to see because she just did a money drop like she couldn't pull from the safe like she is supposed to cause Circle K can cash out up to 500 with lottery... I used to manage one! Then she shoved the money in my hands. That's great customer service... not! I'm not going to mention the over flowing trash cans in the store along with the sticky polar pop station.

This is my by far favorite to go to gas station!!! I have never ever had a bad experience and all the employees are so friendly and down to earth and make you feel welcomed.

So go into store to buy 4 pks of cigarettes. Had to correct the cashier 3 times to get my order...to which she finally just throws everything into a bag. Got home and they were not what I asked for. Went back to store and was told too bad, so I asked to speak w the manager. I did finally get my order corrected and then was told never to come back to store. So I get banned for incompetent employees and managers too lazy to train the cashiers properly.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. They had 3 people working all standing behind the counter just gossipy in not doing a bit of work nobody was helpful nor even greeted me and the girl didn't say anything to me when I came to the counter to pay for gas. No hello no thank you nothing. Prob will report to corporate

They have roaches. I'd upload pics if I could, management didn't do anything when it was brought to their attention, workers are treated poorly, your not aloud to have a peaceful 5, minuses to eat your lunch even if you work 12 hours in a shift. The boss is good for one thing only and that's retaliating against employees.

This gas station is right by my house. Used to be Marathon then changed to Circle K that has been nothing but problems, one thing after another after that. Gas tanks changed and now none of them able to be used with the credit cards, so customers having to go inside, and when its busy, standing around waiting like we have so much time just to get our car filled to get to work. Drunken people, and other people walking around at the gas station asking for money each and everyday.

I can't say anything about the service but the fuel quality the best that I've found in Stark and Wayne Co. My car calls for premium fuel and every gas station in the two counties other then Get Go sell falsely advertised fuel octane. I get major engine knock from low octane fuel from other gas stations. Marathon being the worst. They charge me $60 a tank for cheap fuel. If you have a vehicle that calls for premium fuel your safe to go here. I wish their was someone that monitored the levels of octane at gas stations but I was told by the state weights and measures office that no such place existed. Moral of my rant is if you want quality fuel go here.!

Totally reeked of stale cigarettes! And I mean strongly! And I am a smoker, so you know it was strong! Yuck! On a positive note, the gentleman that waited on me was very pleasant.

I am dubbing this store a non-convenience store. I have to spend precious minutes to go inside and pay for gas, because their card readers at the gas pumps do not work.
