They've switched up their portions and sizing this spring. The portions are smaller, and the prices seem to have increased. Almost $25 for three people to get ice cream, and the caramel/butterscotch milkshake tasted like plain vanilla. I complained thinking they made a mistake, and they made another one for me. It tasted the same. Another victim of inflation/shrinkflation. Pity.

Its never to cold for Ice Cream! The people working were very kind, The Ice cream is delicious & so were All the toppings :) will definitely be back again. Also the caramel & pecans in the turtle sundae were Absolutely the best I've ever had in a turtle sundae!

23$ for 4 little bowls of icecream. Every time i come here, the portions get smaller.They wont even do scoops anymore. Place used to be the best, but we'll be going elsewhere.

Great ice cream but they never fill the cone all the way with ice cream - always make a request for it to be pushed down all the way :) another than that 10/10 love this place

Stopped in today. We ordered two sundaes. Both were handed out of the drive thru window with spoons in them. I was driving and only have two hands. Instead of asking me if I'd like spoons in my food or if I'd like them covered, they decided. I asked for a lid to be put on one. The girl working the window had a sour look on her face as though I was bothering her. My passenger asked me to get a lid for her sundae also. I did and when there unhappy employee handed it out to me I noticed there was a dead gnat stuck to ice cream on the inside of the lid! I handed her the gross lid back and told her there is a dead fly stuck to it. She said, "I didn't even see that." Huh? You're working in a food establishment and didn't notice the lid YOU handed me had a dead fly stuck to ice cream in it but you didn't notice. Very scary.She offered another lid. I declined and drove off. The ice cream was melted by the time we got home which was 10 minutes later. It was literally soup. The flavors were off and something tasted "waxy" in the ice cream. How do you mess up ice cream?This is my second and last visit here. It was bad the first time too. I'll never come back. I'll always worry that someone didn't notice some disgusting insect in the bottom of my cup or cone before they fill it and hand it out to me. No thanks.As far as the ice cream: it's poor quality. The flavors are not there and they basically just throw it together.Management/Ownership: Get some nicer, less lazy employees with better attitudes. Turn that soft serve machine down. No one wants ice cream soup. CLEAN that filthy joint up. No one should EVER get anything with a dead insect stuck to it out of your restaurant!!

Super thick, rich tasting hard ice cream. Absolutely divine tasting!Employees at walk up window were pleasant and kind. I asked a lot of questions about what was in the different flavors and he answered every one of them nicely without getting irritated or anything. He also took time to explain their rewards program when I asked. He was fast and efficient. We were served our orders quickly too! Hardly any wait at all. I got a double scoop and it was about $5 and it was a lot of ice cream. My husband got something similar to a blizzard/mix in and his was almost $5 too. In our experience, that’s about normal price for a descent tasting hard ice cream and this was way better than just descent. It was fabulous!!We will definitely return.

Great customer service here the workers were very polite and went above and beyond answeing all my 5 year olds question about icecream lol. The place is very clean and it was so nice and cool inside. We will definitely be back cause that ice cream is amazing. Bluemoon is my new favorite

I'm dairy and gluten free now. I'm a senior citizen, I shouldn't have to forego my favorite goodies... *sigh* Hardly anyone has decent ice cream in dairy free, right? BUT, hey folks, I had the yummiest treat at this place. I think she called it a 'dippy swirl'. It's d.f. ice cream with toppings, whipped into a smoothie texture. I had her add strawberries, rasp. and blueberries. My taste buds were sooo excited. My dietician would have applauded such a great dessert. They had a lot of fruit choices plus the usual toppings. I got the large, why not, it IS Memorial Day weekend. Only cost me $5 and some change. It WAS Heaven! 😋🤗Thank You Almost Heaven!You made my day!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE THIS EVENING.Website states you are open till 10pm.I pulled in at 9:15pm two cars ahead of me....they served the two cars ahead of me and when I got to the window, the manager, boss lady was smerky smiling at me stating they closed at 9.Okay why did you serve the 2 cars ahead of me then and when I get to the window you shew me away.In this economy you would think businesses would want the sale. Now you will never get my business and the lady at the window this evening needs fired. She has no costumer service skills.

Used their catering service for a surprise party and the service was phenomenal! We rented a cooler which was an awesome option and all the scoops were in individual containers. Everyone kept talking about how fun and cute it was. They also delivered it and picked it up for us. They truly could not have made it easier. HIGHLY recommend using them because last but not least their ice cream is one of the best in the city!

Hartsville location was hopping! Busy but friendly staff. Great ice cream and I am from Texas where Blue Bell and HEB creamy creations is the best ever! I got the chocolate PB; husband got the chocolate almond and salted caramel. Good good!

This place deserves 5 stars for just serving dairy-free ice cream, and soft serve at that! I tried the vanilla and my husband tried the fudge pop. Both were delicious!!! We got the regular size and the portions seemed pretty big to me which I was pleasantly surprised by. They had a good variety for the regular menu items as well as a nice variety of options for the dairy-free ice cream. We will definitely be going back!

I recently coordinated a wedding where Almost Heaven served ice cream for dessert. They did such a fantastic job - not only was the ice cream SO GOOD, but their ice cream cart was beautiful, they served guests quickly and with friendliness, and were very responsive in communicating about logistics leading up to the wedding weekend. I'd recommend working with them to anyone wanting to add something fun and delicious to their event, and I hope I get to do so again soon!

Used to go to this ice cream shop all the time before Covid happened, I’ve been back two times since then and has been pretty awful. Not too sure how you mess up making ice cream but the last two strawberry milkshakes I’ve gotten have been pretty slimy and have been spilling over the edge of the cup getting all over my car. unfortunately not going to continue driving 20 minutes for their ice cream anymore.

First time ever coming here. We were only people in the shop at the time—walked in to six teens just staring at us. No “hello” until we greeted first. Stares as we read the menu. Explained it was our first time to break the awkwardness only to be replied with “We have a lot of flavors” and then more silence.Ordered quick. Didn’t push the ice cream down into the cone so nice and hollow with nothing for the ice cream to grip to. Ice cream tasted good but probably will just go to New Baltimore

This ice cream business has been expanding for several years now to more locations, the newest on Prospect St. in Hartville. The Middlebranch location is where we went tonight. It was crowded but they kept their linesmoving quickly. We sat down and ate delicious ice cream. Always happy to go here.
