From the first time I began working with this company I knew it was quality, as soon as you walk into the office you are greeted by very helpful and friendly employees. The owner is a great guy and is very informational on his product. The product itself is grade A, they have been doing this for years and it goes to show why they've stayed in business once you can see the bedding for yourself. They removed my review off their Facebook page so everyone would not see how bad their bedding is. My bedding from them has been trash. We bought two pallets and every bag had rocks, plaster, paper, rubber and more. I have pictures if you would like to see it and I kept the bag to show my customers why we do not use this place. My animals sit directly on the bedding and have even contracted ringworm which is the FIRST time for me in over 15+ years. BEAWARE of this place. They are having someone else MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better bagging their bedding right now and do yourself a favour and just go with SugarCreek Shavings because even if they “fix” their mill it still won’t be good. I bought stuff before the place burned down so it shows how much they really don’t care about you or your business.
