The pharmacists here have gone above and beyond helping figure out a delivery method for my cats seizure medication. They can compound the meds into treats, capsules, and some other types of solutions. Definitely recommend!!

Just a great place. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I get my dogs anxiety meds here now after a bad experience with Walmart. Elite was so happy to assist, even called to double check prescription and if there was a certain flavor I wanted to add to my dogs medication. Thanks, guys!

I will never go to another pharmacy as long as I live in the Youngstown area. Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable, they go out of their way to help. I mentioned I wasn’t happy with my current doctor in passing, and within 20 minutes the Pharmacist, Dan, had emailed me the names of 20 other doctors.I had always used the big name pharmacies until my insurance changed. Elite Pharmacy was 10-15% of the cost of the chain stores.Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to make you feel at home.If you want to save money, and trust the people you deal with, this is your store!!

I ordered a refill of liquid Vitamin C that needs compounded for my guinea pig, Gigi. I spoke with Jake on the phone. I offered to pay more for express shipping as the Vitamin C at home was totally out. Jake asked for my home address and offered to deliver the medicine to me!!!! I have NEVER had a pharmacy go above and beyond like that for me let alone my guinea pig!!! So grateful and appreciative to Jake for the EXCELLENT customer service!!!

They was very quick about making our dog's pills for CHF. And the pricing is so much cheaper then anywhere else for these meds. There pills made cost 54.00 anywhere else who carried them 129.00+. I give them 5 Stars for there pricing, quality,and The timely fashion of getting them filled.

Horrible experience. Prescription was missing from my package when it arrived to my house. Was told by Pharmacy Care that I (The Customer) had to go through the hassle of going to the post office to see if it was lost. Would be easier and the same cost to me to just to go to my local pharmacy and have it filled there. Customer service rep did not care that they were losing a customer at all.
