Only four stars because they did actually forget to give me one of the two hashbrowns I ordered.Otherwise , service is great and they're friendly. Nice and clean, smells great of course.Wish they sold the Dunk'n creamer. Also would be great if Dunk'n sold instant coffee 😝

I’ve been to this location a few times now and it’s just very sloppy. The place is clean but the people working it seem to not care about customer satisfaction nor wether they get orders correct. Today I did a mobile order and they originally forgot a drink and when we received the drink it was made incorrectly. The sandwich i received was also poorly built. It looked like it was thrown together in a rush just to get the order out.I also ordered a donut and they forgot that aswell so I have now lost $1.29, which has never happened before especially when it came to fast food. They did not double check with us to fix it and we tried to tell them but they closed the window and carried out their next order. I do not plan on going back to this dunkin. There are other locations in our area that are better than this one. But this location needs improvement.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin but I’ve noticed the quality of employees here has massively gone downhill. My order is almost always wrong now and they are so slow. I was the only one in the drive thru and waited 6 minutes for a latte and it came out the wrong size. Then I waited 3 more minutes and it was made horribly like 80% milk 20% coffee. Very disappointing

The bottom of the cup has been moved up 1 inch from the bottom of the cup. What a rip off. Did they think we would not notice. Price went up, amount of coffee went down. Double Wammi. I am done, what a rip off.

I ordered on the mobile app and got to Duncan about 20 minutes later. I ordered a Carmel crazed latte and a midnight coffee that was free. When I pulled up to the drive thru and gave my name, I asked if they could make my drink with 1/2 of the espresso and she told me no, they made it as soon as I ordered. When I asked her about it, and said it was 20 minutes ago, she said they made it as soon as it came in, and they wouldn’t remake it. My husband asked her if she could do anything for me she turned her back and walked away. Needless to say I couldn’t drink it because I can’t have all that espresso. Side note, the app doesn’t have a place to put special orders or notes

Drive thru is good, but the last 2 times I went inside I'd estimate it took 3x longer than say Starbucks. For example, today I counted 3 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. There was no one waiting in line but 10 people working behind the counter. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 10-15 min to get just a large black coffee. Never again, too many other good coffee shops in the area.

The place is pretty good. But why I gave it four stars is because they stop making my Angus steak croissant. And they also stop making the cheese twists. Which I love both! Their breakfast muffins aren't too bad and I love their donuts.

I contacted Dunkin over a month ago but still have not heard back. This Canfield, Ohio location has gone downhill. I went in the evening to get a half dozen donuts. There weren't much left and nothing I liked. There were 2 racks of donuts sitting next to check out counter. So I asked the girl if I can buy from the rack. She said those r for the morning and so she didn't sell me any. So I walked out disappointed with the service I experienced. It's not like I wanted to buy 3 dozen donuts. I just wanted a half dozen.Also this location is often out of donuts in the evening. I like to get the double chocolate or frosted cream donuts. However 90% of the time they are old, hard, stale, and not much cream. About 2 years ago this location was great. I never had these issues. I assume there's a new franchise owner?

Every time I've been through in the last three to four months or so the flavoring is always missing from my coffee. Every time. Without fail. Really disappointing when I have to deal with my coffee instead of enjoying it. Food is pretty good though, I give it 5/5.

My usual drink is a mocha frozen - I was pleasantly surprised when the barista added drizzled mocha syrup to the inside, sides of my cup, giving it a more "fancy" appearance. It was a nice thoughtful touch that most Dunkins don't think to do.

This Dunkin is a hit or miss, you either get really good service and really good coffee. Really good service and bad coffee. Really bad service and good coffee, or just all bad. I rarely go to this location anymore due to the inconsistency. If you're looking for a good coffee with good service, go about two miles down the road on your left and you'll find one that has 5starz

Usually good service but last 2 mornings come through the drive thru at like 4:30 or 5am and no one answers speaker. Second day had to say hello several times b4 someone answered then they said I'll be right with u. Didn't have time to wait by then. Horrible service lately guess ill just get coffee at sheetz from now on.

Well, the coffee was good, but the sausage egg croissant was nasty. The egg tasted fake and was like rubber. I threw the egg away. I did eat the croissant with the sausage patty because I was hungry and had a class for eight and a half hours, or that would have been tossed out with it. The croissant tasted like a plastic container and the sausage was okay.

Speedy service and consistent quality. I've been known to come in and order large quantities...maybe 6 dozen. They do get snippy with you if you don't schedule ahead for that. I understand though.

Why would you make a big deal advertising the salted caramel drinks and then, as we were told, once we're out of salted caramel we're out. If the lady behind the counter hates her job so bad maybe she should find other employment. Don't think we'll be going back.

They get my orders right 80% of the time. Depending on the shift, people are pretty nice and efficient. Later at night, the girls act like customers are a nuisance, but since I'm usually getting on the go orders in the morning, it's ok! The frozen matcha with whip is a favorite of mine.

Cashier was friendly with a smile.. drive thru had 8 cars in line. But it looked like it was moving fast. Donuts and muffin was fresh. Hot chocolate was hot and yummy..

Called to order coffee rolls with chocolate put on..I have called MANY times to place this special order and no issues...today how ever the will not accept a special order..not very please I am allergic to the maple you put on and perform the chocolate.

Every time you think this location is getting better it proves you wrong..I order on the go all the time, I’m lucky if it’s actually there when I order roughly 10 minutes before I get there..let alone if I get the actual size that I paid for. I get a large everytime and ever 3-4 times they like to try and give me a medium, idk how you could mistake the being as iced coffee comes in 3 sizes..if I didn’t have to make it to work on time I would’ve loved to have been able to tell them they messed up and got the coffee that I paid for..not to mention I like my coffee sweet and t tastes like they didn’t use the swirl flavoring or give me any sugar. What’s the point of ordering on the go if they just charge you more for less and get your order wrong?
