Everyone was very welcoming and helpful! The doctor took a lot of time explaining everything to us and did not make us feel rushed. She was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered. The follow up phone call the next morning to see how Loki was doing was very unexpected but very much appreciated! Highly recommend Doctors Park Veterinary Clinic! We have been taking our fur baby here for a few years now and have been very pleased. I just want to from the bottom of my heart thank Dr.Noble and the staff at Doctors Park Veterinary Clinic for all they have done for my cat Charlie. A month ago I brought Charlie in for a herpes flare up issue in his eyes, the flare ups terrorized him (he was previously a stray with a very hard life and lots of issues). Dr.Noble was the last vet I tried and it should’ve been my first, she diagnosed him immediately with a damp imbalance and started him on herbs/grain free food to help cure the problem, previous vets just gave him antibiotics and said there was nothing I could do to cure him. Unfortunately, this past week we found out Charlie has cancer in his liver and kidneys after an emergency visit here, Dr.Noble and staff kept him overnight to give him fluids and meds since he was so dehydrated. He needed an emergency ultrasound and they called someone in after hours to do it, when no other vet could. They went above and beyond in an emergency, and I believe gave me an extra few days to say goodbye to my beloved pet. Thank you Dr. Noble, and thank you staff. I highly recommend this vet.UPDATE*My Charlie boy passed 8/12/20. Almost 2 months after his diagnosis. We thought we had only days left with him, we are so grateful Dr.Noble extended his life comfortably until he told us he was ready to go. She put him on steroids and an appetite stimulant which improved his quality of life dramatically. He had two months of playing, hunting, eating and being loved on. Once he started to suffer and the meds were no longer working, we knew it was time to put him down. Thank you again Dr.Noble and staff for saving his life that terrible weekend and giving us time to say goodbye and enjoy him.

To sum up Dr. Noble and the Doctor’s Park team in one word... amazing. The care you receive is the best, even in the current pandemic setting. My family switched vets when our dog was about 10 due to poor care with our prior vet. The team at Doctors Park was able to accommodate our girl into the schedule quickly to address an urgent issue when our prior vet was unable and that was all it took to get us to switch. They are compassionate, caring, professional, friendly, and treat you and your pet like a part of the family. In June we had to say goodbye to our beloved girl. They allowed us into the building and took us to a comfortable private room to say our goodbyes. We were able to spend our girl’s final moments together in a peaceful and calm setting despite being in her least favorite place in the world. The process went very smooth and as well as it could have gone. Although it was the end of the day they let us take all the time we needed. Overall the care is great and we will most definitely be using them in the future!

I personally don't have a animal thar goes here but bosses dog does and every time we go they are so friendly and everything gets done super quick. They did surgery on Fergie and she's back to her old self. She can run and jump again and i know that my boss really appreciates the effort they put in.

Dr. Cameron and the entire staff at Doctors Park veterinary clinic are the most excellent and compassionate group of people caring for our fur babies. My lab mix Chloe had a mast cell tumor on her leg. Dr. Cameron removed the tumor and Chloe is healthy again and I couldn't be more relieved and greatful. Thank you all for the excellent care and follow-up. I would recommend Doctors Park without hesitation.

The staff are very kind and accommodating. My dog doesn't usually get along with strangers, but he seems to like the vet techs here. They are all gentle and kind with my dog, and the vets are always willing to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them.

This place is great. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. My wife and I are in quite a bit, because we have 5 cats--and the Doctors Park team always takes care of us. Dr. Thorn is a thorough and knowledgeable vet that really cares about her clients and their pets. I wouldn't trust my kitties with anyone else.

I'm writing this review to tell everyone how wonderful the doctors and staff are during the hard times. About a year after switching my dogs to Doctors Park, I had to go through the misery of finding out my 14.5 year old dachshund was at the end of his life. Dr. Noble and all of the staff were so wonderful through the entire process. I can't speak highly enough of their compassion, professionalism and kindness. They had a comfortable, quiet, non-clinical room available where my husband and I were able to spend the last moments with our Shaggy before we had to say goodbye. They gave us much time as we wanted as well. And they even mailed condolence cards to our home afterwards, which truly warmed my heart. As awful as this part of life is, they made it that much more bearable, and for that I will always be thankful.

I meant to leave 5 stars but it switched me over. I am new to the area and I needed help with my 15 year old Cairn Terrier. Due to the covid 19 businesses are not operating as usual. They came to my car and got my dog and checked him out. I'm still awaiting results but they were very nice and helpful to me. I feel I have found my vet for my other dogs too. Thank you for taking care of us and giving comfort to an old cherished member of my family.

I've been taking my pit and fosters here for years now. The staff is very helpful and dr. Noble is the absolute best! She knows her stuff and doesn't run up a vet bill unnecessarily, like a vet in niles did! My piece of mind is worth the drive from niles! Would definitely recommend. Covid has made it a little harder on everyone and I do miss the face to face interactions with them, but it is what it is and I trust all of them in the office to treat my dog like their own and they do😊

Dr cameron is excellent he is very compassionate I trust him with my two girls yorkie s. And Deb bie had always been there for year s and is excellent. Today was Buster’s appointment for his blood fructose test. His appt was for 3:00 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Buster stayed outside because he is not quiet when at the Vets. Today it was 82 degrees outside and humid. At 3:20 two clients passed by with their pets, and I inquired what time their appts were. Both indicated 3:20, they went inside and were immediately taken back to rooms. At 3:30 pm I took Buster inside and asked if they had forgotten us. They replied no, but all of the rooms were full. YES!! And two of those rooms had been available prior to 3:20! Buster is 13 yrs old and diabetic. I’d like these veterinary professionals to explain why it’s acceptable to leave a diabetic dog of this age outside in temperatures and humidity such as today for 45 minutes!! Additionally Buster cannot see well at all, so the added unfamiliar smells and sounds with lack of vision create anxiety. Needless to say I left with my dog untested. It was more important to get him home, cooled off and calmed down. I’m looking for a new Vet and it’s a shame because Dr Noble has been excellent but I cannot recommend the staff. One would think it’s their first day on the job!

I brought my Sweety girl in for a lump on her side, that kept getting bigger. We got a needle aspiration done on it, and the results came back inconclusive....they could not not tell me if it was cancer or a fat lump but they made me pay over $200 to be told we don't know. That did not seem right to me

Access is important to us especially at this time; the extra care was evident and appreciated. The ease the staff and doctors handled safe interaction and everything necessary related to two trips, three cats, they made it look easy.

I've been with this team since they were "Applewood Veterinary Clinic" (back in the 80's??). My "kids" have always been of the furry kind, & my experiences have always been the best, at both clinics. Dr. Thorn is the kindest, most caring & compassionate human being, & her knowledge & expertise greatly surpass anything anyone could ever hope for in a doctor caring for their "babies". I think she might be some kind of earthly guardian angel or maybe related to St. Francis!! Anyway she & the rest of the team are the best. 5 stars??... just not enough

We were taken for! Keep your money in your pocket and take your pet to someone who cares more about your animal than the amount they’re making off of you. We walked out with a $335 bill with no results on the issue at hand. It was a waste of time and money. This is not our first bad experience here but it will be our last visit. We’re now in search of a new vet to better care for our family members.

I don't own any pets at the moment but if I did, this is where they would receive their care. These fine folks came out to a friends house on a Saturday after their office hours and only after calling earlier in the morning to unfortunately set up a house call to euthanize a family pet of 14 years. The friends were uncomfortable with removing the pet from the home for the procedure, but Doctors Park was very accommodating. These are very understanding, caring, and compassionate people who have a passion for what they do.
