Process of purchase was good, friendly.Purchased a toro zero turn won’t ever buy another one from them. Week in both tires went flat, hadnt even cut grass with it as purchased during spring when we got nothing but rain. This was a few years back as I should mention. Started selinoid went bad I called to warranty a few months after purchase was told I would need to pay for it. Second season of owning the mower the starter ripped out the bolts clean out of the block. I mean threads and all. I called to tell them what happened they told me my warranty was up that it would be 175 an hour to fix. Fast forward to a few months later after putting it in storage and forgetting about it. I called again to set up a drop off time they told me my warranty had just ended a few weeks ago. So clearly they just didn’t wanna warranty it. Now I have a zero turn with less than 40 hours on it that is clearly a lemon from factory and is more or less a paper wieght. I now have the zero turn at a repair shop of a different location and I’m being told the mower was already drilled and tapped from factory. Moral of the story go buy something else or just be cautious.

It took me a couple of visits to realize this is where I wanted to purchase my new lawn tractor. They spent a lot of time making sure all of my questions were answered prior to my purchaseI would highly recommend Do CUT for your future needs. They have a nice assortment and service what they sell.

Purchased a new unit this week from Do-Cut. Jered from sales was very professional and easy to do buisness with. I would recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new unit. After doing some pre-checks on the unit (which every consumer should do and every manual tells you to do) I discovered the hydro fluid was low from the factory. The guys in the service department were very nice and attentive to going over the unit to resolve this right away. Mower runs great overall very satisfied with my purchase.

The parts and service department is a nightmare to deal with. Always has an attitude when I call. Very disrespectful, Ive been hung up on cursed at. Bottom line these people will happily take your money sell you a nice tractor but the minute you try and use your "extended warranty" now your the enemy. I will never buy anything from here again. I ve got 2 more years on my warranty id rather junk it than call these people again.

The big white hair guy is a rude person to say it nicely. Told me the steering tires running crooked not lined up with the steering wheel crooked is normal. I took the mower for a ride and he jumped on another mower chasing me thought I was going to steel it or mow grass. The Husqvarna lawn tractor vibrated me to death. I have never seen a lawn tractor vibrate that bad.That salesman needs to change his attitude. I would never recommend anybody to go there.

Purchased a riding mower for my husband's birthday 3 wks ago it vibrated so badly, our customer service experience was extremely poor. We did get our money back minus $100, the salesperson could not have cared less that the product was a lemon. He never showed empathy not once rang up our return & literally said here you go!We will never do business with Do-cut again!

Used to be great for service. Had previously had seasonal tune ups and service on my Craftsman riding mower done there. However, now they tell me they won’t work on Craftsman and also want to charge $75 to pick up riding mowers for service! I live less that 1/4 mile away!I had thought about buying a Cub Cadet there but forget it! If your service department isn’t willing to help me out now, what’s the point in giving you my sales?!

Lack of other 4 Stars is due to Attitude, Information, Communication and Inventory always Lacking. If they do have it, they still most times say they don’t, plan to go find it yourself and/or ask the Next Person you can catch running from the back to the other back. Then you’re gonna Really Pay For It.

Horrible service. Yesterday I came to Do Cut asking about a mower saying I’ll be back to pick it up tmrw (never mentioned I’d have to wait). I come to buy it this morning, they tell me I have to come back around 3:00, it’s not off the crate yet. Then I come back at 3:00 and they said “oh sorry, miscommunication I gotta get it off the crate and set it up real quick, it’ll be 20 mins.” I would’ve rather waited 20 mins earlier when I was here rather than driving home and coming back to wait again! Weren’t even busy. Terrible communication! After that all we got was a “sorry”

I can't stand dealing with this store any more. 10 months ago I bought a Husqvarna Z560. I went to the store with the intent of buying new, the sales person talked me in to buying a Demo model with the promise of it being like a new mower. It has been messed up since the day i picked it up. The right side linkage felt wrong from the start and the right side fuel level sensor was not working. The technician said it was that stiff because of the parking brake. The sales person told me to take it home and mow with it, it might just be stuck. I took it back in the spring, they replaced the level sensor and said they cleaned the hydraulics up. I took it back in June because it still wasnt operating correctly. Thats when they diagnosed the linkage was bent and needing replaced. Parts are on backorder, they would only let me borrow a mower for a day to cut my grass (I live 45 minutes away so screw that). I don't believe it is a problem with Husqvarna, I think they just sold me a beat up mower and now won't do anything to help me out. $8k spent at their store and they don't give a %!*#. I can't wait for this nightmare to end and take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a new lawn mower. Our salesman, Jered, was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions based on our needs. He also took a lot of time explaining our service options, warranty, etc. Set up, accessory installation and delivery was included with their riding equipment warranty, so we included that option. The experience was positive, and I believe we will be happy. This will be the third mower I have purchased from them in the last 20 years (my first rider), and their attention and service keep me coming back.

I called with warranty question. I was treated extremely rude by all there. I was hung up on and yelled at by an employee. Then I called back and talked to the owner. He told me it was all my fault. He refused to assist me and told me to take my business elsewhere. They do not want to help or deal with AFRICAN AMERICANS. SO I WAS TOSSED ASIDE LIKE TRASH. SHOPPERS BEWARE

Went in to buy a leaf blower. Seeing as my old machine finally died. Was greeted by an employee, soon as I entered the store. I was shown all the different model they had on hand, between the Husqvarna and Stihl, even some of the Ego battery power brands. Salesman took the time to go over all the different features with me, which was quite refreshing feeling not being pressured into just anything. Ended up buying a nice handheld blower / vac from Stihl, so I can get into my landscaping to remove all the build up of leaves I have neglected. Product was ready to go by the time paper work was completed, taken outside and was instructed on how to start and use my new machine. Will definitely be going back for all my equipment needs.

After looking up a couple different products on their well organized and easy to use web site (good job on that) I called the next day to get clarification on a few questions and to check on a part I thought would be too expensive to replace which was not listed in with the common / maintenance parts. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and spent about 15 minutes on the phone answering all my questions looking up the parts and even had a great sense of humor where it came to the realities of ordering an expensive part to repair my snowblower (electric start motor assembly) vs using it as is, with the manual start. All in all a painless experience with highly competitive prices and superior service that I will repeat any time I need parts for similar devices in the future.

Such a great experience after becoming accustomed to the poor service and inexperienced employees at large home improvement stores. After 15 minutes I knew the product differences between price points and left with a quality product put together, filled with oil and gas, and they even showed me how to use it! Will purchase all power equipment from them in the future.

I have been a loyal customer of this business for many years and always had good sales and service until the past two years. I had my Toro personal pace mower serviced the last two years and I'm noticing immediately after being serviced it seems worse than before it was serviced. My riding mower was serviced there last year and when I called regarding dissatisfaction with continued problems this year with the mower I have heard nothing but very poor customer service. I wouldn't bother to tell them how my Toro isn't working well either. I would not pay them another penny for their service as it's very poor.

Great service department. My very old lawnmower (20+ year old Yardmaster) stopped running. I couldn't fix it - was having trouble finding anyone who would take a look at it. Do-Cut said bring it in, they'd take a look, even though it wasn't one of the brands the sell. They found the problem, got it running again, even cleaned the carburetor and sharpened the blade, and cleaned off all the grass. Starts on 1 to 2 pulls now even in cooler weather, which is something it hasn't done in over a decade. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.

I called another dealer (in New Castle) who was not helpful at all plus had a little attitude. I called Do Cut in Canfield and they were nothing but helpful and friendly. Very impressed. So now after getting my parts I'm planning to buy a zero turn from them.

My dad bought a stihl bg56c leaf blower about 2 years ago. Now mind you they got the warranty and they bought items here for over 20 years!! He brought blower in to have serviced as it won't start. Went back in yo find out they won't fix and honor warranty due to gunk in carburetor. They wanted 125$ to fix. When my mom showed up to get the leaf blower back from them after being disgusted that they wouldn't honor warranty they were having a hard time "trying to find it" yeah because they were in the back trying to put it back together half-assed...every bolt was loose!! My parents brought it to me. It took me 20 mins total to fix....even if thats all they did was take apart blow it out with cleaner and install fresh gas they are charging 375$ an hour labor....and they were pressuring mom to buy a new one they were going to turn around and sell this for profit...thats just bad business!!! Buyer beware!!

Within the past week I have purchashed a new Stihl FS 56 Weed eater and a brand new Husqvarna TS 354XD lawn tractor from these guys. Everything about my experience there was great! Purchase was quick and easy! Jered was my salesman, he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The service guys were also very friendly. If you're in the market for any type of lawn equipment I would highly suggest giving these guys a visit!

Went in on Saturday July 23, dead battery on toro mower, mower was purchased from Home Depot was advised to go to toro dealer, did not buy from this dealer due to excellent price at Home Depot. Salesman did not want to be bothered exchanging out the battery wanted to charge battery and see whether holding charge, did not want to do paperwork due to not knowing what to put for reason of exchange and it was 75.00.Left and went to other toro dealer in area and was happy to exchange battery and gave suggestions on what to look for for battery drain. Will be going back and purchasing a generator due to excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
