The ladies that work at the pharmacy are just amazing. They go above and beyond their requirements. They have helped me obtain medications with approved coupons that I would have never known about. This place is extremely busy, yet somehow they always give great personal service. KUDOS to all you wonderful ladies that work so hard at this pharmacy!!!

Went to CVS bought a birthday card then I had to fill out a survey two days later about my experience. I would go more often, but I hate filling out their surveys for a four dollar birthday card.

I had stopped in and they were very busy. The staff was moving around quickly. I believe they were doing in store shopping but they were very courteous. I had two staff members stop to see if I needed help. And when I asked questions about CVS brands products they made me aware that CVS guaranteed all their products or money back. That's quite nice because I usually buy brand but wanted to try one of their products. This CVS was really clean and we'll organized. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience today! Poor customer service and concern for the well-being of the customers who shop here and provide for your income. I arrived two minutes, people have jobs and work too, prior to closing. When I pulled up the staff looked at me then pulled the blinds down. Closing is at 9pm, it wasn’t 9pm yet. Totally ignored me. I went inside and the girl stated they took her drawer early and nothing she could do. She stated “ we don’t get paid to work late”. That what is sad. Tell all the medical police, fire, military. You are providing a crucial need, at least serve your customers during posted hours. Should not be ignoring and insulting customers before closing.

I used the Minute Clinic for the first time and my experience was excellent! The staff was caring to my son, he felt very comfortable there. My pharmacy experience was also excellent! I would not hesitate to return.

I am visiting from out of town and grabbed an empty medication bottle. I went to CVS to get some pills for this week. A young man Jake was wonderful. It took many phone calls and a lot of patience for him to get my medication filled. I really appreciate his diligence and politeness through out this ordeal.Before I retired I worked in home healthcare and had to deal with insurance companies and red tape, so I had experienced somewhat what he did for me. Jake handled all the calls and transfer with composure. Thank you Jake, you went beyond for me.

4 years ago I had a horrible experience at this location. I went back today to see if anything changed. I won’t be back. Ever. The people in the pharmacy are the most rude, arrogant, condescending people I’ve ever met in a “professional “ environment. Most of the uglinesses want even directed at me but the poor woman in front of me. Don’t get me wrong, “she” was pretty rude to me but the Sr. woman who could barely walk and was on oxygen was treated horribly. How are they still open?

Worse pharmacy chain in my life. Automated system says prescription is ready. Get there 2 days later and was told it was rejected. No calls messages from pharmacist. Could have been resolved over phone. Last time they never ordered my prescription.

I'd say this is a very typical CVS. Well stocked and clean. I'm giving it 4 stars because the minute clinic sign in seems to be less than dependable. It has worked for me 50% of the time. Nurse was helpful and efficient... Is give her 5 stars

The most degrading, demoralizing experience I have ever had in a public environment. If you have stage 4 cancer and depend on all the medication, Please consider another pharmacy and save yourself the humiliation. I wish I had more space to tell the whole story.

Tried to call the MinuteClinic several times the automatic machine hung up on me both times. when transferring my call called the front desk she said that she could transfer me to the pharmacy and then it kept ringing no one picked up, terrible customer service.

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and had my prescriptions moved to this pharmacy, unfortunately 3 of the 5 refills i got from this pharmacy have been wrong, requiring additional trips and time. I spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager the last time this happened and was assured they would make sure it didn't happen again; well, it happened again. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Very very disappointed in this store.

I'm writing a review about the MinuteClinic in Canfield Ohio if you don't have 3 hours to sit and wait don't bother coming I've been the only one in line on the computer for the last 55 minutes and the nurse practitioner has not bothered to open the door. But I did notice she had time to put her lunch on the schedule.

don’t waste your time using this pharmacy been going here for years everything was perfect I get three prescriptions a month I would go pick them up like clockwork no problem at all now every time in the last year I go to get my Scripps filled they don’t have one or it’s not filled I’ve got to come back in two hours regardless to say it’s a nightmare I have to go three or four different times to pick up my script for the month I will not be coming here anymore

This minute clinic is an absolute joke. Their website will say they have openings then not allow you to sign up for them and tell you there are no openings. The pharmacy staff is useless and not helpful. Literally will avoid this CVS like the plague.

I walked in with a gift card that i thought was activated turns out it wasn't....and customer service was closed so i couldn't activate it...so after a few phone calls a manager and fellow employees talked to someone who confirmed the money was there and they just let me take the stuff i was buying knowing they had to activate the card monday....a great bunch of people working there!!!!

Terrible service at the pharmacy, they try to get out of calling another CVS pharmacy to process my prescription and give me attitude about what they have to do then I'm told to pick up after 2..it's 3:30 and it's still not ready..go elsewhere this is amateur hour
