Ace Hardware in Canfield, Ohio is my one stop for my quick fix, tool & building supply needs. The staff is never to busy to help when you have questions or looking for something specific. They are always pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. It’s unusual that I can’t find what I’m looking for there. The store is very well stocked with a variety of home improvement, tools & building supplies. They care the Milwaukee tool line which I’m a big fan of. The lawn maintenance equipment & supplies have been a big help as of late. (Is it ever going to stop raining??) I’m always glad this place is local, every time I break a drill bit, socket or tool, I can run up here and grab a new one pretty quick. So if you’re a handyman, contractor or just a regular joe that’s fixin’ up the house, stop here for your building & fixing needs.

The staff at Ace Hardware is friendly and helpful. They have great promotions and it’s so much more convenient than the bigger stores. It’s my first choice when I am looking for an item for my home

We needed a generator and none were to be found because of all the power outages. I called Ace in Canfield and they had one left. The young lady who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. She held it until we got there and the young man who rang us up put it in our car. What a wonderful group of young people work there.

When a store states they close at 8 that means the doors are open til 8. I usually don’t like walking into a store almost to closing but ran out of wasp spray. So I flew down the road got there at 7:55 and the doors were closed. You should keep the doors open til closing time or change your times to 8ish…

Just stopped in to find a small drain part. There were 2 young makes working. Well working isn't actually what they were doing, they were playing on their phones! They ignored me and continued to play on their phones. Screw you ACE Hardware if Canfield! I hope you go bankrupt and close!

I'm giving 3 stars only to grab attention! GOOGLE MAPS IS WRONG!! I WILL GIVE 5 STARS ONCE MAP CORRECTED.That said, I can only fix or adjust a map once I arrive at destination as a Google guide. The map took me to the drive on Winona and Greasel park entrance. I called staff who gave me correct directions once I explained my dilemma! The address and photo from Google is correct as it is in the Giant eagle plaza. The red pin is placed wrong and taking people too far and down side street. I'm not sure if owners can fix but I'm sharing for other "out of towner" shoppers. I know guides can move the red balloon/pin on map once there but I never "made it" on my drive so the map wouldn't let me remedy the problem...the address listed is correct but you may loose clients if it's not "moved" to your storefront instead of side street/park.*****ACTUAL REVIEW OF BUSINESS*****My experience with calling to verify in stock item, they pulled item and then gave me live drive time help was amazing! Go Shannon! You are an excellent employee and wonderful person! I am very glad to have met you and I appreciate your service!

This review isn't for this store but for Ace Hardware in general. I purchased a grill online in May 20th and scheduled for delivery on May 29th. On May 26th I checked my account and noticed the delivery was moved to the 30th. The website said I just be there for delivery but I wasn't going to be home on the 30th. I called the store to inquire why it was moved and was told "We don't deliver on weekends." When I asked why I could schedule for the weekend I was told "I don't know why it does that." I spoke to the store manager and she was very helpful. We rescheduled the delivery. On May 28th I received an email stating my order was canceled with no explanation as to why. I was at work so I used the online chat and was told they could not fulfill the order due to inventory issues. OK, no big deal. My card hadn't been charged at this point so I went online and purchased the same grill from another company. On May 29th my card was then charged for the grill from Ace. When I called the store they advised I have to call customer care. I did and they said the charge is showing up so they can refund it which will take 7-10 days. The entire process has been frustrating and confusing.

I purchased a Traeger Grill on Saturday and was told a delivery time of 12-1 today. 1:30 cam and no delivery. Things happen no big deal. I call the store and am told not sure where the driver is he is on deliveries. Was told will call him and call back. About an hour later get a call back and they can’t reach the delivery driver but will definitely be here by 5. 5? My delivery time was 12-1. Glad I wasted a whole afternoon

Finally a hardware store close to town. Beats driving to the big box stores. Prices are a little higher but they do carry just about everything.
