This place and staff are literally THE best!!!! My dog Lola doesn't like other dogs and has anxiety and when I bring her in they always make sure she is comfortable and turn dryers off for her so it's not overwhelmingly loud. She is a strong dog and they do so well with her! We visit once a month for a pawdicure and I'm so happy I found this place!

My dog was there on Saturday. Sunday morning he kept shaking his head. When I looked I saw this! Took him to the emergency room and when the groomers removed the hair in his ears they also took skin with it. Both of his ears are raw like this. Very upset and I will be calling them to cancel all further appointments and to complain. He’s on an antibiotic and pain meds and has to wear a cone for the next seven days. I was reassured by the owner that he was in good care since I switched groomers to them because of another issue some where else. If this is what they call good care I don’t want to know what other care would be.

I absolutely love Bow Wows. They treat my dogs so well. Rachel is my groomer and I love her, so amazing. She makes my 9 year old yorkie look amazing and really cares for her. And she also takes my year old beagle and they both look amazing after she is done. I can’t say enough great things about this place. ❤️❤️❤️

The staff are friendly and very talented groomers. My dog enjoys going there and literally dances out of there when they are done. It's pretty clear that she would rate them a 5 too. It's nice to know people who care about your dog as much as you do.

I absolutely adore everyone at Bow Wow’s! They are so kind and take such great care of my boys (a Peke and a Pom) when I bring them in to get groomed. When we get to our appointment the boys are always met with hugs and kisses, and when I pick them up they always look so handsome! As long as Bow Wow’s are around I will forever be a faithful customer. I tell all my friends and family all the time about how outstanding they are!

Amanda was AMAZING with my golden doodle! The staff was so warm and welcomed my pup with hugs and kisses! They gave her an amazing hair cut, and i would highly recommend this groomer to others! 😀

The ladies of Bow Wow take great care of Troy our Maltese & he actually doesn't get nervous going in. When he comes out he smells great & looks fabulous. Love it here

There is a bonding here between the pets, the pet parents and the groomers.They care as much about our pets as we do, and they use only the finest products. The place is absolutely clean, and has a lovely pet boutique, of very reasonably priced items available.

Friendly owner and staff....very clean working area and lobby...reasonable priced....when you are scheduled to pick up your pet he or she will be ready for pickup..we have been taken our shih tzu their for over one year plan on continuing to do so..its seen like they treat your pet like it was their own..can't say anything wrong at this time...take your pet their you will not be disappointed !!!
