Poor communication skills and will not let you take a dog out if you have one not neutered or spayed. I would give that dog an actual home where it would be loves unlike treated like a number on a chalk board. Do not recommend them for any assistance trying to rescue a pet from a shelter!

I rate this a zero! Only hit 1 star as it will not let you post otherwise.There is no way to reach anyone by phone- they do not respond to emails- applications were filled out not only to adopt a dog, but to become a volunteer- with no response. It is a terrible thing to have 50+ animals needing loving homes and no one really putting forth any effort to make that happen for them. Heartbreaking and shameful!!! Someone needs to address this!!!!!!!

These poor dogs need to be taken out of that horrible place. The stench and condition they’re kept in is absolutely horrendous. Please please they need to be reported to someone who is on the animals side not the money making for profit business it appears to be

Would rate 0 if I could! They told me the harness I had on my dog was too tight and choking her, then would not let me fix it only to give me a choke collar that literally would make her gag. I added a photo of the collar they gave me and the harness I had her wearing prior

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY THEY CLAIM THEY WANT ANIMALS TO GO TO A GOOD HOME BUT DENY PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND DRIVE HOURS FOR A DOG AND GET DENIED??? THATS CRAZY.
