Store is typically stocked & clean. Getting nice polite & friendly customer service can be about 65 to 70% of the time good. I shop here often. Nobody is friendly unless I would say they have to be. For example checking out with your items & that's only if you wait for a cashier and not use the U-Scan yourself. Produce is not worked enough. So many times I can see & smell the fruit going bad.

The store is clean and always has things in stock. The food is fresh and the only problem is they do not have a fitting room like the clothes look good but no fitting room.

I have always loved Meijer and going to find deals that they have is always a plus. I actually went to the location on Diley Road for the BMV kiosk and ended up spending more than an hour in their shopping. I was so mad I didn’t get a shopping cart because of all the great deals they had going on, but I was able to Spend and save! I must say this location is extremely clean and organized. I don’t know how long it’s been there but I do know it appeared to be brand spanking new.! I will definitely be taking a trip out this location again! The staff was super helpful and kind. Great job on the customer service and shopping experience Meijer!!!

Store is clean, great options for clothing, but no fitting rooms. I put back probably 15 items I liked because I couldnt try them on. I'm just disappointed.

Normally a good store. Today friendly service. When we got to our car my wife checked her receipt to find an overcharge on our purchase. The add said the pop sale was for select varieties of Pepsi products. Usually never an issue but the sale price was not reflected on receipt . My wife went to customer service and asked for a refund on the difference. She was told her selection was not on sale.......... She came back out to car and told me of her experience. I reviewed the online add. I had driven 10 miles just for the benefit of this sale. So I called the store and asked to speak with the manager of the store. I was screened several times about the topic of discussion for the manager. Even transfered back to the customer service desk. That did not fulfill my request. Finally I was transferred to Ben, the store manager. After introductions I asked him politely if he could tell me what selections of Pepsi were on sale. Valuable information for the consumer.........He responded that he was not on that side of store and could not answer hmmmmmmmm. He asked me to further explain but not without tone. He offered some explanation but nothing conclusive. I did state I can make this a corporate issue, before I was told he could have resolved this issue while we were there. I responded good, My wife will be right back in an he can meet her at customer service. He agreed and my wife did receive her appropriate refund.......I can say Meijer first needs to refrain from writing loosely worded adds. Say what is on sale, Not verbage like certain varieties. Guessing is not my game especially when I am coming in to purchase specific items. Secondly when someone requests the attention of a manager that is the request. Not to explain over and over.Thirdley the manager needs to lose attitude when asked a simple question. In all we did resolve everything but I did not find it pleasurable to jump thru hoops for such a simple request. No 5 star today Meijer.

Seems like the shelves were pretty bare!Must have been bad timing.(Weeks before school starting)? or (Sunday)?Or China is backing off on shipments to America?I've never seen so many bare shelves before, that's all I'm saying.

Only store that's open past 11pm besides Sheetz. Thank you Meijer! I prefer to shop late at night to avoid all the annoying people lol. It's calmer and my anxiety is substantially lower. Only thing I can recommend is to stay open even later.

Lost count of the number of times I accidentally bought rotten food from this place. Slimy cucumbers, bags of half rotted apples, hummus that sprouts mold 3 days later, the list goes on. Ive never seen a store sell unbagged lettuce in such poor condition. Even the crappiest Kroger is more reliable than this place.And returning it is not a fix. I buy food I expect to eat it, not to have to add another trip because they don't want to throw out bad food.

The frozen fruit selection is great! The fresh produce looked really good and a lot to choose from. The new look of the store makes it look really open and inviting. Plus it is always clean at that location. Love it

This store had been our staple store for every need we've had. We lived in Canal and now Pickerington since 2015 and the only silly complaint is that the store revamp recently drove us batty, lol. You realize just how much you love Jesus when you can't locate items you have bought for 8 years. I think the greeter's name was Betty, she's a sweetheart. Never an issue with reporting anything and feel that their prices with COVID issues remained reasonable.Thank you Meijer. We appreciate your store and all you've done to constantly ensure we leave with everything on our list. From cold medicine to guacamole lol.

Today (June 30th , 2022) I shopped at meijer .I saw pretty much expired perishable items on shelves.Please folks save your hard earned money specially when everything's price is sky rocketing .Please check expiry date before you buy.

Very impressed with this place. Very spacious and clean. Love their meat and frozen food departments. Their frozen section has many more options than either Kroger or Giant Eagle. I plan on checking out the other departments soon. Learning the mperks rewards program and have already saved quite a bit using it.

This is a HUGE store. This location offers Flash Food, and even the marked down items are still good quality. All staff that I interacted with helpful, polite and friendly, specifically Guest Services, who helped me pick up my first Flash Food order from this location. The store is clean, well-stocked and well-maintained, and they carry a wide selection of items not found in most other stores.You can get lost here, but I love how clearance items are grouped together in each of their respective departments. I wish this store was closer to home.

Do not shop at Meijer on Broad Street. Horrible customer service. High prices. Staff used to be friendly, but I ( and many other people I've spoken to ) had to stop going because they will literally stand over you and snap their fingers while you try to check yourself out, in hopes to rush you out of their store. Not to mention the annoying announcement every 4- 6 minutes reminding you of what time they close... and they begin their announcements at least an hour before they close. Gives me anxiety just thinking about it. I would not spend a dime of money in that store again, and wish I hadn't in the past. If you must go, it is definitely worth it to drive a little further (or a lot further) so that you don't have to come in contact with any of the employees on Broad St. And the other locations are nicer anyway.

Every time I go to this store I find something new and amazing. This store is always spotless and I always see people cleaning and straightening. This is something that you don't see in stores anymore. I've never been to a location that was dirty or unkempt but this location is always exceptional. I love their garden department and can always get questions answered and the help I need. Bathrooms are always spotless as well. I personally have never got anything that was out of date or stale or damaged. Everything has always been fresh and tasty. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this store a 9 plus
