Horrible!! Warning for you if you shop here. First off don't expect any customer service at the bakery, or the deli, I shop at Kroger on parsons and I know now why I don't shop at any other Kroger. All we wanted was a cake with happy 17th written on it, the gal who was taking out the trash and we asked her about getting someone, she immediately says it was not her job and that every one has left for the day and turned her back on us, we get her attention again and asked if she can get a manager, and she said we can go to customer service counter and get one there, that is where we find one. Walked to the gal in the deli talking about us, my husband asked that gal can she come and speak to him, nasty attitude in hand, she says that she is not good at cursive but will do it. I was watching the whole time and thought it was a lot of nerve to act like that and said never mind, I also told her that I shop in the getto and receive better service 😒 I feel sorry for the customer's who have no other option.

The vegetables in my pickup order was rotten, I went to the store and the vegetables looks like they wait until the vegetables are about to go bad before they put the out to sell. What happened to checkin their vegetables for freshness like the commercials say? Not happy at all.

stephen was helping us checkout an instacart order but he seemed to be confused on how it was supposed to be paid , but before we realized he started trying to get management's attention. as he was trying to call over mgmt, adri stormed over with an attitude to help stephen, she figured out the issue and we were able to pay but in the process of helping she was being very rude to stephen in front of us. stephen was still very nice to us, hopefully adri can change her attention especially in front of customers

The pharmacy are rude and no very helpfull TO EVERYONE!!. Only to some. Kroger please fix this. Nura was the only one who treated us with respect. If it is not nura leave and go to Walmart

This Kroger is DISGUSTING!! See the meat should be pink but look at the nasty brown one they have ready to make you I’ll? Now look at this grapefruit. Yuk!!! Do not shop here unless absolutely necessary. We had to come here real quick for orange juice and seen these. Ew!

It would be a rare day if I came in and the register actually rang what the Shelf said. Pretty much have to watch every item go through the belt and even then I missed some things. Typically I get home and realize that I've overpaid for all the items that in theory were on sale. Just a horribly run store

Recently placed a Pick-Up order at this Kroger and was disappointed. I had multiple missing items that I was charged for. I called the store for help with this issue and whoever I spoke to was very rude. The best part is that the Pick-Up Manager was who brought my order out to me! Would not recommend their Pick-Up services.

Thought what a great day to BBQ!! Went to Kroger to get some meat and there was a sign at the meat counter saying be back in 20 minutes. No problem, I waited but when he returned he was ticked off about something. Asked for a couple cuts of meat and he tells me very sharply he can't cut meat and there is nobody there to do it then goes back to work.Come on Kroger, teach this young man how to better interact with customers, or at least get someone that can cut meat....

Consistenly horrible experience with click list groceries. This time expensive meat out of date, rotten produce, website link doesn't work and many more unavailable items. Never ready on time. I switched to other stores in the area and thought I would try one more time. Again, horrible!

Teach your folks to not select old, no good items and the correct items for pick up. .. 2nd time this has happened... old molded produce and items that expire in two days.. do better

Their Clicklist service is Atrocious. Over an hour sitting in the spot and still don't have my groceries. This isn't the first time it's happened. Got better for a while but you may as well go in and shop yourself. They offer services they can't actually provide and have the audacity to charge you for them. Do not recommend.

Bought pineapples expecting fresh produce! The pineapples were sour, called and they said I could return and get new one, all the pineapples are bad!! This is very disappointing, considering your *fresh guarantee*… what happen to that inspection that be in them comercial? ☹️

This is an old cramped Kroger. Customer service is unacceptable. While I was shopping, someone stuck a cupcake in my car's door handle! So security is also an issue.

Twice in the past two months I’ve gotten home and a package of meat had been bad. First were two packages of Simple Truth Organic ribeyes. Then tonight it was a package of Gerbers Amish Farm chicken thighs. Neither of the packages were close to being expired. This leads me to believe the meat storage is being mismanaged somewhere along the line. Looking at other reviews I’m starting to think there’s an issue with general food storage.

Store is great, but the Scan, Bag & Go phone app has teething problems. Sometimes had to scan item twice for it to take, then it stopped working completely when trying to check out. Had to rescan all items conventionally and check out the old way.

Do not waste your gas going to this krogers for customer service. I’ve been there 4 times around 2pm or 5pm when I get off work to get a money order and they are never open. How does a store not have Customer Service open is beyond me…. I get there is a shortage in workers but if your workers are at the register the manager should be at customer service.

I walked in the store to ask for change at Money Services. I had 4 twenty dollar bills. They didn't have enough money in their register so I said if I could have my money back. They lied and said I only gave 3. I had 4 brand NEW 20's. I told them to pull it up on the cameras what I gave and they said they couldn't. They laughed at me and walked away. Absolutely horrible experience never ever again will I shop at this Krogers.

So why do you guys only have 1 person running the pharmacy registers at a time?I've NEVER seen pharmacy lines ANYWHERE that are even CLOSE to being this bad.So is it a lack of funding/employees, or just a general hatred of people?

They forgot $50 worth of frozen food on a pick up order. I can't find the clicklist department number on their website. When I call the general store number the pick up department is not an option. So I selected the general custom service option and it rang for 10minutes no answer. So I'm out 50 with no way report it. Worst experience I've had with a Kroger.

The workers are mostly very helpful. They makeup for the not so caring people, but it's okay we all have bad days. I really enjoy going to the store.

While walking down several aisles in the store, there was an overwhelming smell like raw fish (we were no where near the seafood section.) In addition, the floors were filthy, with large smear marks of brown and black down one aisle. My sons (16 and 13 yrs old) did not want to finish drinking their drinks inside the store that we came in with. We stayed less than 5 minutes before we left, without making any purchase.
