Worse place to shop, I have issues walking so I make my order online today I got my order it was not correct things were missing because they just did not pick it up and gave me less meat than the amount I ordered I went in to return the things that did not suit me, the big brown girl at the customer service desk ask me 50 questions like I was being detained, she call the person in online order and talk with her I turn to the young lady and said to her when you are picking up online order pretend you are getting it for yourself. Girl at the machine look at me like she was paying for my food i told her jot to look at me likes that she said next time i must come pick up my things myself and it went down hill, manger on property cannot contain the cashier they behave badly before them. The fat manager act like one of the cashier. I was told by a lot of people that this store was the worse, I support them because I live in the area and want people to have jobs, I spend over $1000 per month at Kroger. This was my last time shopping in this Kroger on Gender and Refuge I get better service with respect at Meyers.

Convenience definitely doesn’t come to mind when you think of this ghetto location. Security says they won’t let you in 10 minutes to close. Well then y’all close at 9:50pm not 10:00pm so stop false advertising. Whatever happened to being convenient to the customer??!! Security even had a attitude about my questions as he lit a cigarette right in front of the building. These companied just don’t know what customer service is anymore.

It’s incredibly aggravating shopping here. Several times I’ve walked in, turned around and left. Nearly all checkout lanes closed. Meat dept has never been open. The deli and bakery are both pathetic. Carts all over the lot. Expired food. I skip this one as much as I can.

It's Kroger's.. I enjoy going Kroger'n! I use to buy the chocolate chip cookies! I really enjoyed them! I have only good memories, glad to have bought & eaten them.

I got soda pop, because I saw a tag for up to 5 for 3.99. It rang up for like 7.99. I asked customer service they said I need a coupon. The security person is also NOT helping. He's trying to tell people were to go in line. There is no enter or exit signs. Soon maybe you should get some.

Very clean along with staff on the floor proactively asking if they could you find anything or be of assistance. Most Krogers you have to figure it out leading to frustration. I really enjoyed the experience since every Kroger is set up differently it really save me time which allowed me ro shop more.

If I could give this place a negative vote I would! It's dirty for 1. One register open at anytime! They won't open anymore! Parking lots is always trashy!This location went down fast! Hey Kroger CEO, how about you pay a little more on the wages and actually get some workers in this location!Definitely won't be back to this location! I will drive 5 to 10 miles to find a better one HOPEFULLY! SMFH!

If I could give this store -5 stars I would. Seriously!!! Saturday afternoon and only 3 self check outs open and 1 register. The other side only had a few self check out open as well. These lines are ridiculous! I’d rather drive the extra 2 miles into Pickerington than deal with this store ever again! Kroger.., how many other people are willing to do the same! Your sales have gotta be dramatically declining. I saw so many carts abandoned. What a shame!

Awful, the worst, I hate having to come here. They have a very small produce section, hot bar for lunches is never open and they rarely have rotisserie chickens. I have gotten expired products so many times here that I always check the dates on things now. There are always long lines with only one lane that is not a self checkout open, dirty and disorganized parking lot. Go the extra few miles and go to the one on hill road.

Workers always seem to have attitudes, can't get anyone to answer the phone for any services. Shelves are poorly stocked. the security is judgemental, and quick to judge. The only positive interaction I've had is the employees who work in the liquor store, are always friendly and kind. The workers who run the pharmacy are rude, ignorant and quick to being judgmental.

We just got charged $185 on a $29 order placed for delivery on the app. Why would the app even let the shopper go that much over? We won't be using it again. I would recommend not using the delivery portion until they can cap how much a shopper can steal.Update: after speaking to Kroger, we will have to wait 7-10 days for the "standard refund time" and would not transfer us to anyone else, insisting this is the best they can do. It appears this happens often enough that they have standard operating procedures for it and refuse to help. They then ended the call after we asked again to speak to someone else. We will be doing all our shopping at Giant Eagle going forward

Just had the worst customer service experience with Craig in the State Liquor Store. First off he was very rude. I purchased approximately $100 worth of product and politely asked that he bag the items in a certain way. He began to put several large glass bottles into one bag saying that his way was better. I again asked that he bag the items as I had requested and he continued to do otherwise as if I had said nothing. I had to repeat myself several times before he honored my original request. After all of this when I reached for my bag he literally walked away from me and made me walk to the opposite end of the counter to receive my purchased items. At that point I recognized him as a previous u scan worker at the same Kroger. When I mentioned that he felt the need to tell me how much he "HATED" working the u scan and how "THOSE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE" referring to the Kroger customers. Terrible!!!! I don't understand how this man is still employed by Kroger. I will definitely drive down a few blocks to the Kroger on 256 before ever visiting here again.

Just walked out. Started to put produce in my cart and EVERYTHING WAS MOLDED!!! Fruit flies everywhere. Mold covering all the tomato’s. Roots growing out of the potatoes. Expiration date is within 2 days of purchase . Just terrible. I left everything in my cart and walked out.

If I could give this Kroger 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER CAKES/Cupcakes from here. I placed a order for a sheet cake and cupcakes almost a week before I needed them. Fast forward to the day I needed them I went to pick them up and the girl did not make the cupcakes and made the cake chocolate instead of vanilla. The cake was supposed to be vanilla because most of the family is allergic to chocolate. The girl told me she would refund the cupcakes because she didn’t make them. I went back today to get my refund the manager told me I needed to wait until 11 when the girl had got there to get my refund. Mind you I live 45 mins away from this Kroger and had only chose it because it was close to my venue. There is no communication or accountability for any of the mistakes THEY had made. This place is a joke!!

Security guard at the door letting folks out into his cloud of cigarette smoke is extremely uncalled for, aside from the poor customer service INside the building. CSRs not paying attention, no have a nice day and Then to walk out into that cigarette smoke was just ridiculous.

Management and security are terrible. I went there at 9:49pm , they close at 10pm, they refused to let me and other customers in. We had the right to go in as long as its before 10pm. I never saw this happening in any other kroger. And that security guy was very rude to everybody there.

This has been the Kroger's we've used since I was little but since they put in the liquor store, this Kroger's has just went straight downhill. The place is always dirty and cluttered. No fresh produce, most things go bad the day after purchasing. They never have any lanes open after 5pm-6pm. You'll be in a line for 15-18 minutes all the way to the back of the store with people trying to just jump in front of you and everyone is rude as possible. It's the worst place possible to try to do your grocery shopping. Very few workers to help with anything and usually only have self checkout available for a store full of people. The aisles are usually cluttered with things needing put away and cleaning supplies that they don't put away after using. It's worth driving a few miles to go anywhere else, even if you just need milk or bread. This Kroger's will just leave you stressed out.

This Kroger has gone down tremendously, the store is not clean, floors are dirty, shelves frequently need stocked and there are rarely more than one cash registers open if any, other than self check out. I have been frequenting this Kroger when it was in Brice (when it was Cub Foods) and I’ve never seen it like this before.@Kroger, do you care about the state of this store any more?

Waited in line for 1/2 hour, then they closed the line and directed us all to the already overflowing self checkout.All branches seem to have check out issues. Had a much better experience at Giant Eagle.

Scheduled an appointment on their website for 6:30pm on a Friday and luckily i called to confirm the appt right before leaving the house. They told me that they closed at 6pm and not 6:30 and that they were booked and they don’t have a little clinic. So how the hell was i able to book a 6:30 appt and i double checked the address and everything and the appt was for 6:30 at the exact location. Ridiculous.

This store is disgusting, fresh vegetables and fruit …non existent, assorted items in the aisles! Lightning from 1980’ s, maybe the produce was fresh? No Meat, No Deli, No Bakery …so sad, no reason. Meat cases and floor need a good scrub and update! I wish I would have taken photos!

The store is clean and I don't dislike the store. I just prefer the one in Pickerington better. They give samples and make you feel wanted and welcome when you come there to spend your hard earned money. I'd give it a 3 1/2 stars but it didn't take.

I'm over krogers as a whole. Fruits and vegetables are always bad. Today I arrived for my pick up order that was at 8. I checked in at 7:50. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I decided to leave. Go figure as I'm pulling out of the parking lot Jeff decides to call to let me know that my order was canceled because the guy that was picking my order did not show and he claims he had just found out that someone that was suppose to click on at 5 he didn't know wasn't there till 8:20. Sounds like b.s. to me exspecially since as soon as I pulled off they called and left a message. When u tried calling back nobody picked up the phone so I'll be calling corporate. Meanwhile I'll continue to go to Walmart. The goods are fresher and they're organized, exspecially when it comes to pick up orders.

Currently under.a quarantine, so placed a pickup order for a friend to pickup for us. It was supposed to be ready before 4:00pm today. At 4:00pm they call and say that despite the app saying it's ready its not. No estimate when it will be ready. We call at 6:00 to see what's going on, customer service says click list is refusing all calls and that no managers are available, so there is no one we can speak to. We just have to wait for a call. At 7:30pm we are called and promised it will be ready by 8:00pm. At 11:00pm we call and are told that all clicklist employees leave by 9:00pm and that we have waited up for no reason, but that no one can help us. Told we just have to wait for a phone call, no way to get a refund or an estimated day (not time, but day) when it will be ready. So they have our money, but now we need to find a way to grocery shop somewhere else while quarantined while we've already been quite rude and ruined one friend's day by keeping them on stand by all evening and night. Things happen, but situations need to be managed, communications need to be proactive, and saying we have your money so too bad is simply unacceptable. 1 star is way too generous.Review from 4 years ago:The store itself has been very hit or miss; its close and cheap so we continue to shop there.The pharmacy has been consistently bad. Wait times are terrible, some techs are nice but most are extremely rude. They will sometimes want 24 hours to refill common medications and then 10 min after when they're supposed to be ready call to say they don't know when they'll be available. They've messed up billing our insurance a number of times; luckily my wife used to be a tech so she can usually tell them what they are doing wrong but convincing them to listen is fun. Most recently I had them refuse to provide a prescription. The tech said I needed to call my insurance company and tell them it was a code x (some number i don't remember) which I couldn't do due to them being closed for the day. Had Kroger told me that during the two day wait I could have called. They then wouldn't let me pay cash. I talked to a store manager who handles the situation superbly. When I called insurance they said the id number they were using didn't exist and that the pharmacy should have called them to straighten it out.Customer service lacks civility, manners, and most of all customer service.I've talked to managers twice and both times they have been very good. I wish I knew their names to publicly praise them.
