I was concerned when I only saw one local pharmacy after moving to this area 9 months ago. I had nothing to be worried over because this rite aid has given me the best pharmacy service of any pharmacy in 38 years of chronic health problems.They're kind and helpful. They listen and don't make you feel like an inconvenience. I know very well how hard working in the pharmacy is these days and yet they do it with a smile while making me feel like they really care about the service they give me.10 out of 10 recommend this location to all Canal Fulton locals!

Pharmacy was unhelpful and i went days without medication because of them.They only partially filled my Rx and didnt tell me when i picked it up. When i got home i saw that i was missing 3 days of meds with a note saying they gave me all they had available. When i went back to see if they could fill the rest of my Rx they told me no. Said i had 72 hours to pick up the remainder of my meds if a Rx is only partially filled. Didnt respond when i told them i wasnt notified of this policy or even told that i was receiving a partial Rx when it was filled. I would have found a different pharmacy to fill it if i had known. Said that they couldnt give me any medicine without a new Rx (even though they were the reason i was short) The doctor said they wouldnt write a new Rx because it was too soon and said it was the pharmacys responsibility to fill the Rx as it was written. Now i have no meds. The pharmacist acted like this was all my fault and didnt even apologize.Now lets see if i get the same canned response that was left for other dissatisfied customers. I already contacted customer support. They told me that someone would get back to me within 3 business days. So, after it doesnt matter any more? Completely useless.Edit: hey lookie there, got that canned response. Its been more than a week and i still havent gotten the promised return call. (Calling that number only lets you file a complaint, you dont actually get to speak to anyone who cares)

This is a terrible pharmacy. Unhelpful, lazy staff. Tell me to come in in 2hrs to pickup, then I come back to be told another hour sir. I won’t be back. This isnt the first time, it’s almost every time. They haave tried to send me 45+ min away for name brand when they could have used generic (and massillon had both (ten min away). They should just close this location. They obviously can’t do their job. Several times now I’ve had to go to massillon. And they can have almost anything in stock ready in 15 min.

Great, they had everything we needed plus a few more we found, and with good choices between brand of products. The only thing that was missing was medical scissors. Very friendly and helpful staff and shelves well stocked. Great place!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. I like keeping all my prescriptions in one place, so the pharmacist gets the whole picture. I also like the yearly review of all my prescriptions with the pharmacist. Makes me feel that she is involved in my care and treatment. I have had the most personal contact with Michelle, the pharmacist. She is caring and knowledgeable. I have gotten flu shots and Covid shots from Michelle. I plan to get my next vaccines at Rite Aide. Everything is good. No complaints, even after 10 years.

Very friendly staff. Had my COVID and flu and pneumonia shots. Excellent and very professional. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely go back.

The pharmacy is doing a great job with good attitudes during the shortages lately. There have been very long waits but they are doing their best and stay nice/cheerful. I really appreciate it! I hope staffing gets better for everyone's sake. Hang in there.

They never have your prescriptions ready at the time quote and the company doesn't pay it's pharmacy techs enough at all which is why they are having "a staffing shortage". This has caused the pharmacy inside to be closed to customers and waits at the drive-thru that can be over an hour long. I googled it and they only pay their pharmacy techs an average of $12 an hour. Maybe pay your employees a liveable wage and you won't have a "staffing shortage".

This is by far the worst pharmacy in stark county. They have no regard for customer service, they do not answer phones, and only fill your prescriptions when you show up to pick it up, so then you have to wait another 30-45 minutes. So I hope you’re not in an immediate need for your medicine.

Wait times in pharmacy are ridiculous.I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes in line ( drive thru only, inside was closed ) Cars were around 3 sides of the building and out on to locust street. When I call phone rolls over and never gets answered. When I was able to get thru I asked for a refill on a prescription and was told it would be "a couple days". It is common to wait at least 45 minutes in line at minimum. As a working adult I do not have the time for this. I will take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist is nice but this pharmacy is disorganized and poorly run. I went to the rite aid in Fairlawn monthly for the past 8 years and never had 1 issue. Since switching to this location, they've overcharged me and most irritating, I have been trying to call they for 3 weeks, different times of the day and different days unsuccessfully. I've even called the store to tell them there may be a problem with their phones, but they confirmed they are just busy and not answering. Extremely poor customer service.

One of the Pharmacists was very put out to redo rx order made it very clear it was a bother to redo it in the computer. Just do your job and not make your customers feel like it’s a hassle to take a few extra minutes to change order. :(

Terrible pharmacy they NEVER answer the phone even if you call for hours on end. They never have your prescriptions ready and they always mess up the price. This place makes getting my medicine so much harder than it needs to be.

Always super helpful whether I’m dealing with the pharmacy or the store staff. Prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be and on auto renewal. Love the place.EDIT 2022The pharmacy has been a mess since Lauren left. Incorrect RXs being dispensed. ( filling two bottles of the same medication @ different strengths for well over a month . This created confusion and led me to taking a double dose for a week before I caught it. )No signage advising which part of the pharmacy is closed . And part of it is always closed.Wait times are excessive.No walk in boosters like other communities have .I’d prefer a Walgreens or CVS in that location. Rite Aid has tanked.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacy here is a joke. You can’t get your prescriptions filled, correctly, on time, or some times even at all! They never have anyone working and have made multiple mistakes concerning medications that cause serious side effects to those who NEED the medication.

With out a doubt the worst business in Canal Fulton! There is no customer service they won’t even answer a phone after waiting over 30 minutes! I would have given no stars but you can write a review without a star rating. Run as fast as you can from this place. If corporate can’t keep the place staffed and motivated to customer service, shut it down!

This pharmacy is so slow!! They never answer the phone and sometimes the drive thru is closed while other times the drive thru is the only thing open. There are no signs to let the customer know if the inside is closed. Hopefully they can get things together before everyone transfers their prescriptions!

Called ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready to avoid an unnecessary trip and was told to give them 30min. An hour & 10 minutes later (and after waiting in line behind several cars) I was told it would still be another 30mins. What was the point of me calling ahead then??

I found the Rite Aid in Canal Fulton very clean. All the items I was looking for were available. I dropped off my prescription and it was done in 10 minutes as promised. Canal Fulton needs to welcome their new pharmacist Lauren and give her a chance to get the pharmacy in order which I'm sure she will do and when you go there to pick up your prescription it will be ready and you will get a text that your prescription is ready to be picked up because I did every time here in Uniontown give it a chance

It's the worst poor service you go through the pharmacy drive through and you wait anywhere frome a halp hour to a hour then they talk and talk instead of doing there job they are rude I didn't even want to give a Star bit had to to post this I will be going back to Walgreens wqy better service and FAST at that RITE AID SUCKS!!!!?!

Some people might give it bad reviews, but i love the place. While its small and under-stocked, its got friendly staff, and the shopping isn't a long, unforgiving trip. also the water is good.

My medication is supposed to be on auto order yet is never ready on time. I end up waiting 10-15 minutes for them to fill it every month.
