We had the most magical day at Timeless Charm on 9.16.23!! The venue is absolutely beautiful.Melissa was so great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. The food was phenomenal too and we received lots of compliments on it!We also loved the cabins we stayed in at the venue overnight and they were perfect for us and our bridal party and family to stay in.Would highly recommend this venue to all future brides!! Thank you so much for everything!

I am writing this as the mother of the groom. Our wedding was this past Saturday. Melissa and her entire crew were extremely helpful from start to finish. We booked the venue less than a year before the event date, as we got lucky and there had just been a cancelation. The venue is incredibly beautiful! The outdoor ampitheater is stunning and is very cool and shaded. Who wants to sit in the hot swealtering sun? There is a creek running behind it, and the peaceful sounds of it with the birdsong made for a magical ceremony! It is so very green and gorgeous in the summer, but I can imagine later in the fall is breathtaking too.We booked the lodge for the reception. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous. All pine woodwork with a large stone fireplace, the outside patios with firepits and lighting, and the slightly separated catering and bartending areas were my favorite features! The front veranda is a perfect place for spill over or to cool down from the dance floor!The staff will bend over backward to meet your needs. Melissa is an excellent coordinator and she seems to be going in a 100 directions all at once, but she never drops the ball! The staff was always close by if an issue arose (although we had very few) but they were also not underfoot.We used their catering services. I will say I am often not a fan of "wedding" food but this meal was delicious. I have a gluten allergy and the chef offered to keep food separated and direct me to the safe foods. The food was kept fresh, warm, and stocked and there was MORE than enough! We even had a s'mores buffet for late evening snacks.My favorite part of this venue, however, is the all-in-one services it offers. There are multiple houses for rent for any out of town guests that saves them having to find hotels. And the best part is the quaint bridal/honeymoon suite on the lake. The day of the event, it serves as the bride's headquarters with room for hair and makeup artists to set up, a full kitchen, bed and bath, and living room. The screened in porch is perfect for a relaxing mimosa! After the event, a staff member will drive the bride and groom back to this cottage to spend the night. I love the peace of mind knowing the couple can have alcoholic beverages and not worry about transportation to an off site hotel!I would recommend Timeless Charm Weddings to anyone and have zero hesitation that they will be treated as wonderfully as we were!!!

As a wedding florist (Bella Rose Flower Co.) and vendor at Timeless Charm, I absolutely love this place and all it has to offer! With its natural beauty and all the outdoor options for a wedding or event, along with the beautiful indoor lodge, it makes for a unique experience you and your guests won't forget. It's absolutely gorgeous! Melissa and the staff there work hard to make your day special and dreams come true. It is an all-time favorite venue of mine to work at. I highly recommend Timeless Charm for your wedding or special occasion!

Timeless Charm is the most magical venue for weddings. Everything went perfectly for our wedding and I could not have thanked Melissa enough for everything she did to keep our day flowing smoothly. We had our intimate ceremony outside at their small chapel under the trees, and it seated our guests perfectly. Then moved indoors for the rest of the evening which was a perfect party place for our friends to join us for the reception. The guests all complimented the beautiful property, and the food from Melissa’s amazing chef. Choosing Melissa and Timeless Charm was the easiest wedding choice we made, and I would recommend the venue to anyone considering!

We had the most wonderful experience at Timeless Charm for my brother’s wedding! We stayed in their incredible accommodations, had DELICIOUS food (the fish and chips we had for the rehearsal dinner were the best I’ve ever had!!) and the wedding day was smooth as could be. The staff thought of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Not to mention, the location is GORGEOUS. I happened to double as the wedding photographer, and I could not have asked for a better setting. This place is a wedding photographer’s dream, with a gorgeous pond, woods surrounding the venue, bridges among the trails, and even a collection of large, retro, brightly painted buses (these made for really cool photos). The reception building was large and beautiful, full of light and complete with a picturesque stone fireplace. I 100% recommend Timeless Charm for everyone’s wedding destination!

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony at the Veranda Venue, and it was more than perfect. From the cleanliness, to the views and staff, everything was better than we could imagine. This is as an absolute dream come true. There isn’t one thing we would change about the day or our experience. Chef did amazing, and the food was terrific. I couldn’t get enough! We had Chef for breakfast, and dinner. Each experience was absolutely delicious. Melissa and her staff were so extremely kind, and very on top of things at every point in the process. Everything was so nice, and so planned out. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning on getting married soon.

This is such a beautiful venue! Since the wedding my family went to was in Fall, the colors on the trees and fallen leaves was spectacular. The couple exchanges their vows in their spacious outdoor area.I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food my sons and I were served was. The bride and groom were kind enough to arrange with the chef to make something special for us. Since I am a raw vegan, a lot of people don't even know what that is so I didn't know what to expect. The raw vegan lasagna they served us was top notch. I only wish I could get the recipe! 😋

Melissa is wonderful !! I just love her personality, and the way she decorated everything! Have you ever been so blown away with how something looks you forget to take pictures, this place was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this for a wedding.

My son and daughter in law got married here this past weekend and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue, day, experience, etc. Melissa was absolutely wonderful and accommodating from the beginning to end. The entire day was absolutely perfect and went without any issues. The food was absolutely amazing (wish I had more), and the staff was so courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend this venue and vendors!

I just got married here yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. Let me start by saying nothing went according to plan. It started raining as my husband was walking down the aisle and a few minutes later we had a torrential downpour for the rest of the ceremony. We had a few umbrellas but everyone was soaking wet by the end of it. Luckily we hired Melissa at Timeless Charm as our day of coordinator so the entire evening ran smoothly, despite all the deviations from our original plan. She was golf carting guests from the ceremony to the reception in the pouring rain, tracking down all available towels to pass out to guests, adjusting the reception timeline so we still fit in all our special moments, and upgrading my fiancé and I for our wedding-night cabin stay, all without skipping a beat or complaining for a second. I really cannot say enough about how great Melissa and Timeless Charm are. If you are still on the fence about it, the food is also amazing and the views are absolutely stunning. This was definitely a wedding our guests will be talking about forever, and a day we will never ever forget!

I had the opportunity to be a videographer on this property for a wedding. WOW! Not only is the property stunning and filled with great places to shoot, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were friendly, helpful, kind, and even packed us some snacks as on-site vendors that day. Unheard of! Honestly I would recommend this venue to anyone, including for corporate retreats or churches, anything like that. Seriously worth a visit, definitely worth having your event here!

Just had my wedding here on Sept. 18th and don't have one complaint! The food was amazing and the chef was even willing to plate food for those who arrived late. Not a big deal but it's the little things that count! Beautiful property, great staff and our guests LOVED it! Thank you so much!

10/10 recommend Melissa & Timeless Charm Weddings! She is such a dream to work with and she goes above and beyond your vision bringing the most beautiful details to life!! The facility was so clean and the grounds were spotless. I wish I could have all my events here because it was nothing short of perfection. She even helped pack/load at the end of the night. I honestly don’t have a single complaint and would recommend time and time again.

We had our tasting today and the food was delicious! The chef did a great job with everything! It all tasted great and the chicken was very tender. Looking back through photos of my daughter's wedding at Timeless Charm and reminiscing about how perfect it was, especially thanks to Missy and the Team. It seriously could not have gone any smoother.Missy was incredibly friendly & professional from the start. We chose to book accommodation to stay on the property the night before which was a perfect prelude to the day.The setting was great, the food excellent and the all round service made us feel like we were their priority. Our guests were so impressed that some of them booked events too.Thank you so much for making this such a special day for our kids Missy.

A beautiful venue even in 34• degree weather. My daughter got married at the amphitheater and then the reception was in the lodge. 194 people. Food was excellent. We had a plated reception and the staff was on top of everything having the food out quickly. Melissa helped us in every way. The ladies stayed in the Ezra house the night before and then we went in the bridal suite. The house was huge and decorate beautifully.It was everything my daughter had planned it to be many year’s ago.

I just left my wedding tasting with the chief and Melissa. Both were very accommodating, helpful and super sweet. It was a great experience with amazing food. I can not wait to see the whole thing pulled together on my wedding day!

I had the joy of being a guest at a wedding and it was such a happy occasion and this venue made it more wonderful! It was absolutely gorgeous with a rustic feel and warm atmosphere. The food was so delicious and the servers were polite and very receptive to any requests. If you are planning a future wedding I have a feeling this location will surpass all your expectations.

This wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous, so many places for pictures. They have bridal & groom suites to get ready in before the wedding. The catering is AMAZING! Still getting feedback from guests on how great all the food was as well as the catering staff. We also rented cabins on the property for us as well as our friends for the night of the wedding. This made it very convenient because they were all in walking distance from the reception. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!

We had the food tasting for our daughter's wedding last night and I can honestly say there was not a single thing we didn't love. It made our decision very difficult. We are looking forward to having the wedding at Timeless Charms. Both the chef and Melissa have been wonderful to work with.

I recently went to a wedding here, and it was the most amazing layout I have ever seen. The grounds were so well taken care of, and the venue itself was breathtakingly beautiful. I love the rustic character of the whole indoor and outdoor setup. Whoever took care of the catering and reception hall did so well with dinner…I was blown away!

We held our annual company Christmas dinner last evening at Timeless Charm Wedding & Events and were very happy with our experience. We used the main lodge to host our event and used the in-house catering services. The tables were set up for us and we were able to use a stage for our entertainment as well as the sound system. The staff was super helpful the whole time and the food was amazing. This is truly a wonderful addition to the event centers available in Preble County and we will definitely be considering using Timeless Charm Wedding & Events for future company events.

I wish zero stars was an option.Maybe if this venue worried more about their customers experience instead of their online image. They would actually have good reviews instead of deleting all of them.223 reviews down to 169. Sad.I’m not sure how this place even has a single positive review across any platform. Maybe desperate times call for desperate measures. But there is nothing “charming” about this venue.1. The outdoor venue was a HIKE away from the parking lot. With no signage on where to walk or go. Super unorganized.2. this quarter mile walk - if not more- was under construction and you had to walk in muddy grass to get back on the uneven gravel path (super fun in heels)3. As annoying as that was, the uneven gravel path was hard to walk on for average people, ruining wedding guest shoes. Let alone the elderly people who were unable to make the trek. Forcing them to miss an important family event.4. When we asked about the golf cart to help an elderly women to the non visible ceremony site. Said golf cart was clearly not being used and was parked maybe 25 feet away- and was used to give one couple a ride but is apparently an extra $500.The woman running the whole operation was unwilling to make any exception to accommodate guests. Even after we offered to pay for a ride.The lack of empathy, understanding or general concern for the safety of their guests is honestly ridiculous. Let alone the complete lack of ADA compliance all around. This should seriously be looked into.I’ve been to A LOT of wedding venues and this is by far the worst one I have ever experienced.If you’re looking for a venue in the area I can recommend a ton that would actually care about their paying guests.

Timeless Charm is hands down the most beautiful venue around. The views are absolutely breathtaking! More than that, Melissa is incredible! I got my dates mixed up and she took the time to ensure my family and I got the full tour and I can't express how much I appreciate that. The gorgeous property will bring you there but it is Melissa's dedication and how she truly cares for her brides and their experience that will keep you. I cannot wait to continue working with Timeless Charm over the next year. I know they will make my day perfect! Thank you so much for everything Melissa!

The venue was beautiful. We used the lodge which was wonderful. If you book the venue please read the contract. The workers do not help at all. Every question we asked the answer was you didn’t pay for that. They will do nothing to help you at all. If you rent the golf cart the boys who drive it are more interested in having fun then they are to help with your guests. Never once gave a ride to my guests from the parking lot to the event or back to the parking lot. Make sure you get a cell phone number of someone that can be reached during the event. No one showed up for the rehearsal until we were finished and going to our cars. The houses on the property are nice to have but very difficult to reach on foot.

Timeless Charm Weddings made my wedding a dream come true! The venue is stunning!! Melissa was amazing and I felt so calm and confident when working with her! She knows what she’s doing and it was nice being able to build a personal relationship with her. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and very kind. The food was delicious as well! I could not have asked for a better day!
