Very clean store with friendly associates. It is within walking distance to my home, I am there often and have never had a bad experience and always find what I am looking for. I also get all my yearly shots there with very little wait time. I would recommend putting a trash can beside or close to the blood pressure machine so there is a place to dispose of the whips used when cleaning it off.

Rite Aid is our favorite pharmacy. We like the location of the store in Cambridge, Ohio. The store is clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I will never choose Cambridge Rite Aid as my pharmacy nor recommend it to anyone else. Every experience I’ve ever had picking up prescriptions from there has been awful. Beyond disgusted with the pharmacy staff.

The staff today went above and beyond to process my order. I could tell they were short staffed just by looking around. Honestly I don’t know how they are keeping the pace but I appreciate them!

Cambridge Ohio has one of the worst managers that I've dealt with not polite . Doctor's office ordered a prescription was given the wrong medicine advised them of it and they refused to take it back or no money back even though the seal was never broken I would not recommend going there. Also try to call their corporate line was on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes and still no response very poor service I'll never go back

Making my father wait almost a month to get his medicine. He has bedridden for many days, and has miss out on many events that he wanted to go to. I can understand waiting for medicine, but holding my father for almost an entire month without his essential medicine is horrible.

Don't waste your time getting a COVID test here. Took my rapid test on Thursday. Here it is Sunday & STILL no results!Update: Results came on 8/17 & I was positive! But now it's AFTER my quarantine period. Absolutely horrible!

Went in and bought $50 Skullcandy headphones , got to apartment and opened them and there was NOTHING inside the box. Now this store puts the tamper devices on and it was on but still no headphones....so deductive reasoning says some employee or very clever thief got some decent headphones for free. Meanwhile I myself who is neither an employee of riteaid or a thief has paid $50 and can't get my money back. Thanks rite aid for taking my money and giving me the shaft.To the reply: that's All good and we'll but how is that gonna get me the $50 y'all took from me back? I mean a manager and 2 other employees looked and couldn't figure this out and then one of those employees who came to tell me that I got hosed agreed with me when I said that I had just given you guys $50 for NOTHING. Thanks but no thanks . I'm not calling or shopping or even bothering with your store anymore

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Cambridge. They never keep my insurance information and are always so rude. They act like it's an inconvenience to give you your prescription. And instead of calling you to inform you if there is an issue with the prescription, they wait until you drive all the way there to pick it up to tell you that they didn't have it or didn't fill it. I switched to CVS (which you can do online,) and I haven't had an issue with my prescription since.

I have been a regular of Rite Aid for several years as I live directly across the street. However their photo booth is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy phone and they have no option to order photos online. Very disappointing.Otherwise I have been very satisfied with Rite-Aid and will miss accumulating Plenti points as I will be doing my business at CVS from now on.

Best store and Pharmacy in town. I shop there alot and I know everyone that works there. So I know if you go you get the up most respect from the workers plus they always have great deals going on

Normally I have no problems here. However, it is currently 9:15 pm and I am still waiting on a script. The drive thru is currently shut down for reasons I do not know the answer to. 😞

Last 2 visits have had horrible service. Dropped perscriptions off and return 3 hours later just to be told that they won't be ready for 15 to 20 minutes.
