What a messed up, non functional pharmacy. Rude workers and they could care less about there customers except for the young gentleman and Susie. He is always busy and friendly. Always on it and helps you.The rest of the workers will look at you and ignore you. The wait lines are ridiculous. Never enough help. My parents HAD to switch because of insurance. The lady behind me was on hold for 40 mins while standing in line and NOBODY answered the phone the whole time she was standing in line and then they say...we don't have anything for you😳🤬WHAT A JOKE!!!

The cashier was extremely helpful and very patient in helping me get my ExtraCare acct reactivated, and also when the card reader wouldn't read my card. She is a real asset to you with her amazing attitude and customer service!

There is literally a sign in the window " due to shortage in staffing if you need faster service come inside" after waiting in line 90 MINITES behind 2 cars. Seriously defeats the point. That sign should have been at the street. Rude after i waited also. Ps i CALLED AHEAD TO BE SURE MY PERSCRIPTION WAS READY!

I recently transferred all my scripts from CVS, Cambridge. They have an extremely long wait time for filling prescriptions and for calls. Employees are rude and abrupt. The last straw was when I called in to get a price check and was told I needed to bring in a script. I'm getting much better customer service now and will never go back to CVS!

Make sure you call ahead . pharmacy does not start to fill a called prescription that is called in from your doctor. Till you show up to pay 4 hours later. What a way to trap people in the building. Congratulations CVS for trapping sick people together. Way to get big bucks

Rude will not look to see if a script was sent. Cvs shouldn't even be I'm business. Problems with them all the time only reason still with them is because my insurance won't pay anywhere else.

The most rude put upon workers. God help you if you're doing g anything ups, it will be met with tons of attitude. And the pharmacy will text you stuff I'd ready and wheen you get there they call you a liar and get angry. HORRIBLE PLACE. I never want to meet the manager there I can't even imagine.

Moved here 3 yrs ago and started out with CVS. After a few months of dealing with incompetent, ignorant pharmacy techs and pharmacists, we moved to Walmart pharmacy and were treated like gold. Couldn't say enough good about them. Now insurance dictates us back to CVS, UGH. My first few calls to them were nightmares. They know nothing, override your questions, just as ignorant as they were 3 years ago. Not looking forward to dealing with these idiots again.

I called to make shure they had all the information they needed ,I was specific to make sure they had it and was told yes they have it. They flat out lied to me when I got there they didn't have the information.There's always a long line and when you finally get to the window people are rude.

The rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. The store manager took my information for the pharmacy manager to call me, and she didn't. I will never shop at a CVS again. RiteAid across the street were so helpful!

1. Every month I call to fill my son's prescription, every time I can't use the RX# do to the fact that the medication needs to have authorization, and every time I finally get threw all the proms and talk to someone in the pharmacy I get asked why I didnt just use the RX#? VERY RUDE and not good costumer service!2. Every other month its never in and they need to order it. This takes days and my son then runs out of his medication.3. So this month ( last Wednesday 10/16/19) I call a day before the prescription is due, get a very rude response that is was not due to be filled till the nexted day. I explained why I was calling a day before was told that it would be filled in time and to call back the next day. So i did, this time after all the automatic phone prompts I was told, No that there was not enough medication to fill it, would be ordered, and to call back on Monday. With that I held my tongue and called back Monday. Still no medication, called back ( this time in the afternoon) Tuesday still nothing. Now it is Wednesday the 23 still no medication and just got off the phone with another very rude person! Im done with CVS have always been a loyal customer to them for 17 years. Customers service is horrible, the workers are rude, they don't care about helping the child who needs his medication, and this will be the last month they will ever get my money. If we ever get the prescription filled!?

As far as the pharmacy at CVS on Whalley Avenue in Cambridge Ohio it was a very bad terrible experience I needed medicine and it took me four times before I could finally get it it was a one-time medicine no refills no nothing it was after surgery Med I was told because I didn't have a profile I would have to come back because they were going to lunch I live too far it took me three tries today I finally did get it the medicine that is it's sad that they would treat their customers that way in the pharmacy as for the store it was a very nice store the people is very polite and I enjoyed shopping there

I am currently filing a complaint with the State of Ohio pharmacy board. I would highly advise everyone who is tired of being treated so poorly to do the same because it is the only way any changes are going to be made. It's free, they offer you the opportunity to testify but it's not required, simply fill out the online complaint form and submit. It's very easy and even if you simply say they are rude and poor service, it will go a long way, especially when coupled with testimonials like mine where I make a compelling case for utter incompetence, prejudice, discrimination and over stepping their authority by making judgment calls they are unable and unqualified to make. Believe me when I say it's not just customers that hate this place, it is well known among providers and care givers that this pharmacy is " a nightmare to deal with". If your looking for a pharmacy, please steer clear of this one because the stress isn't worth it. Three employees are lovely but I rarely interact with them, it's usually one the ladies with a superiority complex who insert venom in every sentence that they speak. Stay far away, switch if it's possible although I know that is harder for some. If your still reading, again, I urge you to file a complaint with the ohio board of pharmacies. Once the pharmacist and company get investigated, only then will they begin to fire the rotten elements and strive for changes. Pharmacies are institutions meant to serve and benefit the community, let's do everything we can to change this not only for ourselves but for our community as well.

if it was able to give zero stars I would! This pharmacy has extremely rude pharmacists with bad attitudes. Had a pharmacist literally ROLL her eyes at me! They also have given me wrong information twice! Waste of my time and the drive there. This pharmacy deserves the lowest rating possible.

Update - CVS in Cambridge Great Improvement since my original review. Original Review-Customers have to wait until the next day, for their 10-12 pharmacy employees, to get a prescription ready . I think that's crazy. If you allow them to text you for reminders and stuff,well be prepared cuz you may or may not get a text, same with emails .

My family has used CVS for a long time. After they merged with North Star the wait times became horrible. You would drop off a prescription and they would say it would be ready in "an hour". Go back an hour and half later and they would say "probably about another 45 minutes". This has happened time and time again.Today however was our entire family's last straw. Several months ago my mother was short one month on one of her pills - she ran out 2 days before refill time. She thought it was strange but started counting her pills the moment she got home from picking them up. Each month, the number was correct, until today. She was 9 short. She immediately called CVS who said they would call her back after investigating.On the return phone call she was informed that it is their policy to not replace pills. My mother would not lie about this, yet they treated her like she was trying to steal from them! CVS of Cambridge does not care that they shorted her. They do not care that she is 3 days short on her medicine. The only "remedy" that they offered was for her to come in to the counter when picking up her prescriptions and have her medicines recounted each month. That is not happening. None of us will go there again.

Waiting in the drive thru causes you to age and then when you get to the window and tell them you're picking up RX which you've already paid for online it still takes another 5yrs it feels to get what you're there for. It looks like there's plenty of ppl working, what's the problem? And good grief if you have to call, generally whom ever takes the call is quite rude and it takes forever to get your call answered. That hold musak is nearly enough to cause one to become nuts. I'm supposed to be on auto delivery, that's generally a joke too. I miss Byesville pharmacy sooo bad!!!! We need other pharmacies that deliver on all in insurances.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to a pharmacy worker, then hung up figuring they were busy. Called back 2 hours later and currently am still waiting and its been 28 minutes. Im only calling because there is something wrong with their computer system and I keep getting random texts for prescriptions that I got weeks ago.

As one walks to the front door of the store the mulch is just covered with nasty cigarette butts. I mentioned this to the front register person. I said they need to get something for disposal of the cigarette butts. So she told me that the store does not sell cigarettes and they discourage smoking. So I guess they just stick their head on the sand and pretend it does not exist. Maybe someone would go outside and clean them off the sidewalk and mulch. It looks like crap and gives a filthy first impression .

Store employee with short blonde hair at the Cambridge Ohio location was very unprofessional and rude. Soon as we walk in the door she told us we needed to hurry up because there was only couple minutes left and when we went to leave she gave a snide remark because we came in and didn’t find what we needed. Very unprofessional.

Worse pharmacy. Wait time, wrong scripts, out of meds. , have to call to remind them to fill script. If your insurance doesn't dictate you to use CVS I would not.

Order medication on Monday and told them I would be in on Tuesday morning for pick up my husband was in town and went for me he was there at noon he was told that they were still working on it to come back in 20 minutes he came back 1 hour later still was ready I called and one answer the phone I kept calling but no answer went Wednesday morning and it was ready after I left the store I got a text saying that it was ready for up pick up because my medication was back in stock really I hate cvs
