Super friendly folks working and the subway is open 24/7 which is a god send for nighttime drivers/travelers and the bonus of actually good subway is huge! Late night and great eats, clean bathrooms and nice people! I call that a Trifecta traveler stop!

Visited on a busy Sunday morning for gas and coffee. The parking area is very tight and congested, but it was worth the stop. Store was extremely clean. Bathrooms were spotless, appeared to be newly updated, and had hot water!! Also offered a Gojo handsoap dispenser with heavy duty soap to remove grease and grime from hands in addition to everyday handsoap dispenser. The coffee and tea choices were many along with numerous choices of sugars and creams. Cappuccino was available too. Clean, organized area. There is an Arbys attached to the Pilot store.

Well to start off with. The lot is super tight and hard to back in. The fuel island is hard to maneuver to. Don’t get started on the scale. The whole lot is a disaster waiting to happen. The inside is clean. Probably because it’s new. Not many spaces as well.

It's a clean environment. The parking lot for truck parking is a little small. The food selection is arby's but theres a couple of other food places across the street if you feel like walking. The customer service in the store and in the restaurant was both really good.

Stayed overnight in my car cause I was going North 76 to Akron and my headlights and brights went totally out. Called State patrol and was informed to drive using my brights when able to the next exit. I did that and was very scared. Daylight I was able to get back on my way to Akron. Lady on phone was very nice and calm. Understanding my fear. Thank you for your service.White Nissan Lady.

This was the cleanest Pilot I have ever been in. Everytime it went in the bathroom it was clean. The showers are very clean. The fuel lanes and parking lot was clean. I spent almost 2 days at this location. If I’m ever in the area again I’m stopping for any of my needs.

The Pilot store #309 in Caldwell Ohio is so clean! The bathroom is the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff, Mary and Alexis, are very friendly and so helpful. Nice experience and so different than what is the "norm" anymore.

Was newer one and had many items to choose from. It's well designed keeping the semi trucks and the autos well seperataed and fuel islands as well so no traffic backups..It was a nicer one.

All of the other Pilot locations should take some lessons from this one. The cleanest Pilot I’ve seen in years. No trash anywhere inside or outside. Diesel pumps are clean. Lot is a bit small but getting a spot usually isn’t an issue if you get there earlier in the day. The only reason I’m not leaving the 5th star is because there’s no laundry available but they have a game room that I’m sure nobody uses. Washers and dryers are much more useful than a game room to drivers.

The Pilot truck plaza was convenient from the I77 and on a warm reprieve on a snowy winter evening. I bought gas and used the restrooms which were modern and spacious.

So nice to take a shower in a TRULY clean shower. No crud build up in the corners or dirt, hair and fingernails from previous users. A CLEAN shower. THANK YOU!!! As a matter of fact, the entire store looked and felt clean. It is noticed and appreciated!! Add the friendliness of the staff and this location gets an A+ from me, a rare occurrence anymore.

Nice stop. Clean bathrooms and friendly cashier. Had little novelty items you can purchase. I collect shot glasses from any state I go to and was able to pick one up.

I wanted to stop and brag on store #309 and the entire crew! The whole crew was friendly, polite, respectful and friendly. Being an African- American woman, I really appreciated that type of treatment. The entire staff seemed to know and appreciate their jobs. The store was immaculate. So much better than I expected! Well maintained bathrooms, fresh coffee * thank you, thank you, so very much* a vast array of snacks, odds, and ends — friendly, efficient customer service as well as Arby's right next door. I travel often visiting many rest areas, Gas Station/Travel Centers- this one, in my opinion, is an excellent choice for all your one-stop needs.

Cleanest shower I've ever seen, then I noticed even the outside was really clean also. Behind the parked trucks is filthy, at most t/s, but here it was clean. I don't do reviews. But l think you need one. Best little t/s. Keep up the great work. 👍👍👍
