Was close to closing time and I just needed a few items. The workers were pulling all the freezer covers down before they were closed,and we're very rude about it. All I needed was garlic bread and they more or less told me to kick rocks. I'll drive to Cambridge before I go back to this rude place again.

Ive been to Save a Lot in the past and this one is by far the cleanest! You can find most any basic groceries you need here. Its not crowded and hard to maneuver your way down the aisles. Bring your own bags, or you can purchase bags there.

Bought white potatoes here (bag had a sticker that said they were white potatoes) but cut them and they are all yellow inside. Very disappointed cause that's $5.49 down the drain since I didn't save my receipt or the bag! Cause who thinks they'd package the wrong potatoes or put the wrong sticker on the bag?!

From Alabama, but here because my husband is working a job. This place was very weird to me, I did not feel welcomed. The cashier did not speak (Caitlin) #0186 she only stared at my son and I. Scanned our items and passed me a receipt not saying one word!

I went in to look around and found a .99 cake pan. It wasn't busy, a customer or two, I was in line behind a large buggy and someone finishing up, 2 minutes later with no other cashiers around I decided the cake pan wasn't worth the wait. Other than that, it seemed very clean and organized and everyone was really nice.

Their prices are very good. Especially when one is on a fixed income. The produce section could really use better attention. I’ve seen some produce that I wouldn’t even pick up (literally) because of mold and rot. Granted they get the “past sell by” date from Food Center but they still need to pay better attention. I’m guessing it’s the store’s owner (same owner as Food Center) that’s telling them to put it out. I wouldn’t even feed it to a rabbit because sometimes it’s just that bad. Oh yeah, always check the sell by dates, I’ve found quite a few things that are past due. Im sure that’s why their prices are low for the store.

This place is kept very clean, and always has a nice stock of items. There are a lot of off-brand items that are pretty similar to branded items, and I feel some even taste better than the branded. The place isn't very big, but it has more than enough items. The staff is always friendly, and the checkouts are quick and easy. I would recommend this place.

I really love the value here. Not only are the items priced right but the staff is very friendly. For a store like this I am always quite surprised at the high quality of fruits and veggies. I will keep coming back again and again. We love this store.

We had to drive from Senecaville to Hayes hardware in Caldwell and decided to stop at save-a-lot even though we didnt have our grocery list we thought we would decide when we got there. We were met at the door by an employee that told us 1 cart/ 1 person..I'm OK with that. I asked if she meant only one person could enter, thinking maybe only so many people were allowed in the store at one time. She said " no , he can get a cart and come in but he better have some things in his cart"...really rude like she was threatening us. What if he didn't find what he wanted? Luckily he wanted a couple things since they didn't have disinfectant wipes, which was his main reason for stopping at the store. I really appreciate our AldI and Riesbecks in Cambridge now! We will NEVER go back to Sav-A-Lot in Caldwell. This explains why Food Emporium was packed!
