So disappointed in the pet wash! We used to frequent the self serve pet wash but moved and started using one closer to home. We were on our way home from a vet hospital in Cleveland and decided to stop to clean our dog up a little bit. The inside was dirty and smelled moldy/musty. There was no disinfectant to clean the tub and no dog shampoo except for a spray bottle beside the vacuum. We tried the spray bottle but there was no lather. Even the tread leading up to the tub was in bad shape. Guess we won't be making more stops between the physical therapy and acupuncture appointments and home.

Very clean laundromat facilities with multiple sized machines! The main laundromat has machines that hold up to 60lbs! There are smaller machines and also top loaders. Dryers of course. If you want to do animal bedding or horse blankets they have another, separate facility in the back. You can even drop ypur laundry off and have ot done while you are at work for 1.25 a lb (I believe). Freaking bargain!

I was just up there today and my car wash only half washed, for $10. I'm not happy. I understand stuff happens, so maybe I can get another car wash for free..... I even have proof with a debit card receipt. Please and thank you I'm so disappointed 😞

Very nice laundromat with lots of washers and dryers. Machines could have been a little bit cleaner on tops and around dispensers, but drums were clean. To answer your question, the first row of washers and second row of same type washers needed a little attention to them. A couple in first row looked like they had mud spots on them. I was there early morning so maybe they hadn't been wiped down yet from day before.

The automated car wash isn't effective at cleaning probably due to lack of maintenance. Previous time I used it didn't dispense soap. This time simple dirt didn't even come off and it missed the entire back of the car.

$8-$12 to wash two small dog beds. I understand wear and tear on machines and yes it is worse washing animal items but that cost is a little ridiculous. I've see human items come into the facility dirtier then my dog beds.My rating is based on cost. The facility is very clean with plenty of machines.

First time here. I love it. Its clean and its quiet, machines work very well , its cool in here. I got distracted from my own laundry to help another patron with her machine and forgot to put the rest of my quarters in to start my load, the nice lady who is running this place placed her quarters in my machine and I realize what I had done, I tried to give her the money back and she said dont worry about it even after I insisted giving it to her. Seems we are both stubborn but I accepted her kindness. Thank you! I will definately be coming back.❤

The most cleanest place 2 go 2 get your vehicle washed! Price is VERY reasonable $10 or $12 threw the 2 drive thru bays. And they still have 4 self serving bays where you wash your own car. Also I used the vacuum, it's . 50cents. Per use. It worked GREAT!! Next time I go threw I def WILL get pics!!

Very clean well-run facility...... The price went up on the big machines to the side of the car wash but at least we have a place we can wash rugs and horse blankets that's very much appreciated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a clean, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of washers and dryers, and you're almost guaranteed that every time you visit here you would be able to do your laundry without waiting.

Attempted to get a car wash on 1/26, but something tripped mid cycle and had a half washed car. Lady running the laundromat said she couldn't restart the wash, unless I backed up and reentered, which couldn't happen since there was a line of cars behind me due to the nice weather of that day. I understood, perfectly reasonable. She was polite and gave me a code for compensation, while I had to go find another car wash to finish the job (up in Chesterland). Came back today, the code didn't work in either configuration. No one to check with, while t hy e code stated its still good for another month and a half. Won't be using them again.

I drive 20 minutes specifically to come here and wash my clothes. This place makes most other laundromats seem like torture. Everything here works nice and is kept clean. All around a njce business.
