Okay dude straight up this wasn't a bad little Walmart it looks small on the outside but once you get in the store it's pretty nice. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints at all

It's walmart. It's always hit or miss going there. I dislike using the self checkout. Way too many people checking out so long lines. Store shelves were messy. Sighs walmart

Only go there if I have to. Even if they watch you purchase something, they stop you and ask to show proof you bought it. It's absurd. The worst thing is the badgering from salespeople who have kiosks in the store and try to get you to pay for sketchy stuff. No, I really don't want Spectrum. I just want ice cream.

I really like this Walmart and seem like a lot of stuff was cheaper here in Ohio that it is in Pennsylvania produce Wisen just some other stuff they have really good sales dollar deals and such everybody was friendly and they had Milos sweet iced tea which I have grown to love from going in Indiana all the time and outside there is a huge grassy lawn that you can walk your dog at

The bucyrus ohio location started doing something that's absolutely ridiculous, now most of the trading card items are on a shelf behind the cashier counter and customers can't pick up anything and look at them..now the cashier has to hand 1 item at a time to the customer. Bad idea. The opposite of shopping

Went to purchase a security item. No one was available in the section. Found Greg from sporting goods, and he walked over,showed us what was available, and called for help. Greg ended up getting the item for us since the electronics employee didn't make it over.We ended up taking the item back to swap for another from the website. The two ladies at the refund desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They credited it back, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. These are the 3 friendliest, most knowledgeable, and helpful employees I've ever experienced at this location. They are a great representative of this store.Returned today to look for a specific item. The lady at the entrance was super friendly and helpful. She pointed me in two directions for the item. I ended up in a different section of the store and found another employee. This lady was also super friendly and helpful. She called for help, and unfortunately, there was no luck on two different items needed.I grabbed a couple of items that I hadn't planned on and headed to the checkout.No waiting in line, which was awesome! The cashier was quiet but smiling. Checkout was fast, and as I was walking out, the lady near the exit acknowledged, and we spoke briefly. She was very nice and smiled as we said our thank yours.This was one of the best visits to this store even without getting what I needed.The employees at the entrance, the craft section, the cash register, and the greeter at the exit were all positive and helpful individuals.

I shop here often. The employees in Electronics are very helpful, and knowledgeable. Please stock Texas Toast bread...not Swebels Texas toast...it's not as good. Would rather buy it at Walmart than shop Krogers for it. Thanks.

Understand the policy of returning ammo. Purchased the allowance of 3 box limit of rifled slugs. Returned home to discover a box of double 00 buckshot which I have no use for. The boxes were identical except for the small 00 in the corner of the box. Returned to the store to exchange for a slug box. Was rudely told by the store manager it was my responsibility to check what I was purchasing. These slugs were in a locked case only obtained from an associate. He gave me the wrong product. Would not recommend this store nor the manager to anyone. Incompetent!!!

I think this was my 1st visit to WM in a year! We went to the women/junior clothing. The store clerk was very kind. Clothing was orderly. I do wish they had a larger selection, but they covered the basics.Dressing room was clean.Then we picked up some foods- again the shelves were filled and orderly.Checkout lady is one of my favorites, but this day she was very quiet while she rapidly checked us out with no mistakes.Great Visit.

I was going to look at bikes, I had not even gotten them off of the rack when a worker approached and explained incorrectly, according to the manager, that the bikes were not to be handled. Too many other places to buy bikes.

I used the self-checkout today but there was a woman that was assisting customers as they walked up to the checkout she was very approachable and very willing to help very nice smile on her face wonderful customer service

Not a bad wallmart overall, it's convenient to have one in bucyrus. I do prefer to go to mansfields just because it has more stuff but I enjoy my time there. Staff is normally very helpful and kind.

I don't usually go to Walmarts, but this trip was out of necessity. I was looking for something specific, and as I expected they didn't have it, but the staff in the department was super helpful and even though they didn't have it they suggested somewhere nearby that may since I didn't know the area. If it wasn't for the helpful staff I'd give Walmart a 1 because the company Walmart is hot garbage.
