Great hometown atmosphere. Store is always clean and the employees are always so nice. The lady who runs the help yourself registers this morning was so sweet and pleasant and even though I'm not a computer person she got me through it!

I like the store. The people were goos too. I was disappointed that they did not have Boar's Head deli meats. They also did not have Hoagie Spread like we get in Virginia.

I like Kroger's. However, to have to show your ID and take it out of your wallet when you are obviously an older person is just studpid and rude. I will buy no more wine or beer at Kroger's. The clerk I dealt with had an attitude and complained she wasn't getting paid enough to put up with this (because I was questioning why Kroger's was doing this.) Maybe she was tired, but she shouldn't have said that to me. Not my problem.

Everything was stocked up shelves were full. Friendly people they ate ready to help you. Like there deals but not sold on the digital coupons yet.

I love the fact these guys always say thanks for shopping to the people using self checkout and they never asked if you are stealing to me. Clearly they pay attention it doesn't upset me though, it just makes me happy that I'm not being intimidated to show my receipt because the prices of thing are already outrageous anymore. But I can deal with it I never had an issue with the people in the store the issues I've had though was one day trying to fill up gas, and my card kept getting denied and the guy asked if I had 150$ in my bank I went all the way to 200$ and still got denied and made me skeptical of the guy so I left and really haven't got gas from there since.

Dec 2023 Update: I checked ahead of time and was able to order a Strawberry Crunch Cake 🎂 for our Dec birthdays' celebration. It was delicious and loved by all. I also picked up a Cookie dough topped chocolate cake that was also very delicious 😋 Highly recommend both but the Strawberry one is seasonal.Update: STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CAKE. - yes I guess I am shoutingIt was delicious 😋My daughter recommended it for Father's day. They didn't have one on Sat afternoon when I stopped. I was able to order one for a 10am pick up the next day on Sunday with a nice lady in the bakery. It was ready as promised, noticed several more in the refrigerated case when I was there. I hope more of you picked one up. We all loved it and hopefully you will too 😊Great place to shop. It's experiencing some out if stock items like all stores are. Nice bakery, deli, Meat department, pharmacy, HBA, and Pet isles. A great variety of Produce. They have a small Floral dept too. Pretty much a one stop shop. They also have a pickup service in place to just pull up and they load your car. There's 2 different entrances which is nice for traffic flow. One entrance is located by the handicap parking so its a nice flat entrance for walking into. That's also close to where the pickup service parking is located. Convenient for all...

We have always had perfect delivery until today June 8th. Whoever delivered placed all the groceries at the wrong door { we have to drive-way door marked}. We discovered it at the other door, and they did not even ring the doorbell. The cold food was warm from being in the direct sun. I would advise those who have two doors to mark which one to use and to please ring doorbell. Thank you, Trent Cornell

Love our Kroger, especially since remodeling is done. Employees are all friendly & helpful. They have a good selection of anything you want or need. Thank God for Kroger specials & sales as the price of food is ridiculous, no matter where you buy groceries!

Great produce and very friendly staff. There was a mix up with my WIC and some merchandise. The cashier and manager we're very nice when they fixed the problem. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because of the sometimes unpleasant smell in one of the aisles. This place is better than Walmart hands down.

Customer for life. I just love this store. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have everything I need. I just picked up my order via ClickList (I don’t think it’s called that anymore). They gave me two surprises CLIF granola and a protein bar. Thank you for your generosity.

Store is easy to navigate. When I went after work at 6 it was well staffed with 4 registers with baggers open as well as 6 self checkout lanes. The attendant helped take unwanted items from me to restock.

I was in there yesterday just moved to the area will never go back the woman who was helping the self checkout was rudeas hell they had mountain dew 99cents each had really small print on the sale sign you must buy 4 you shouldn't have misleading advertisement then when a customer gets mad you give them an attitude tell them never to come back you don't know why all your customers are rude with you I will go to Walmart from now on they treat you with respect the blonde hair lady with short hair needs fired

Literally just bought 100 packets of Kool-aid that were on clearance. The system wouldn't let them ring them up as a quantity since they were all clearance items. The lady had to hand-scan the barcode 100 times and all she had to say about it was that we were getting a great deal Great customer service even though I was being "that guy!"

5/8 times I've visited this location in the last 6 years my wife and I have been treated very poorly. We were heckled by a cashier for using WIC and told "if you're going to eat on the government's dime at least you should use the discount card" ... So, feeling about 6" tall my wife signed up to have the next time a manager say "you're one of those people who use government money to get kickbacks"... We didn't go back for two years then went back to use the bakery who were nice enough but not overly helpful with the order. They provided a book and answered each of our questions "No" offering no options as solutions for what we were looking to get for our son's school class. Overall, this location has Kroger products but does not have customer service. I recommend Walmart for your local shopping in Bucyrus.

Great store. Kroger is great for those who want options and quality. Make sure that you have a Kroger card though, great prices if you do. You also get savings on fuel with the more you spend on groceries. They're always helpful and speedy at this store, it's where I do all of my shopping.

Good produce and prices but really unsophisticated employees. One in particular, the manager, jerrika. I have seen her publicly harass another female employee, stand around doing nothing and I've companies multiple times about her disrespectful behavior. Nothing has been done. I don't want to ship here when she's working.

Went in store in bucyrus ohio today to by stuff for dinner by the way i go to kroger every day but today when i was cashing out my f[d was ringing up the wrong price i asked a manager cristy why she was then rude and snotty and said the kroger plus cards arr not working and there nothing i can do about it and walked away rudely i didnt ask if there way she didn't even let me speak she was lond and rude to me for no reason and i will never shop at kroger in bucyrus ever again

Very nice and courteous staff. Things are easy to find shells are neat parking lots usually clear carts oh, a good place to stop in and grab some groceries.

Every time Kroger has a sale on Coke I go and they never have any caffeine free diet. Every time! They would not give me a rain check either because it was a digital coupon. If you are going to have a sale have the product!!

During Christmas time , They have good deals on blankets. I got 3 for 15$ I like this store , They have a nice variety on groceries and the employees are friendly!
