Great location with a good selection, and Friendly staff. They usually have everything Ive needed so far. They have a selection of pretty much anything you may need for your project. They also have a good selection of grills and smokers as well. I definitely recommend stopping by for your next projects needs.

Horrible horrible horrible experience at Ace Hardware Bucyrus Ohio They have a service in the back with their sthil stuff I Do a lot of business there had a lot of things worked on I've bought chainsaws I've bought You know chainsaw covers I've bought weed whackers I've bought a lot of stuff from there I've had a lot of stuff service and I tell a lot of people about this place But I tell you what I took a backpack blower in there and asked them for A choke lever and a prime button that's it there was nothing wrong with my blower as far as functioning it was strictly cosmetics I took it in there to get it repaired the guy had it for two months he jerked my chain he wouldn't call me and let me know the progress on it I called him several times it was always something different And I I'm just very very unhappy I went back I picked up my leaf blower it does not work And I had to purchase a brand new one The manager Garrett decided to take 50 bucks off I'm sorry but I think they could have did a little bit better than that They took a perfectly good blower and they destroyed it and then charged me practically full price for a new one I am very very unhappy with Ace Hardware and I'll be sure to let everybody that I know how they stiff me on my blower I honestly belive they switched my working blower for a non working blower all my equipment has a sticker saying Miller lawn and power this blower has no sticker and never has had a sticker the straps was too tight and it was filthy its not my blower they robbed a good hard working man

Great little local hardware store, that is just around the corner from my home. So I frequent this place often. With that being said I've always received great service no matter who I've dealt with. A special shoutout to Kevin, their service tech. He is always willing to pitch in and help on the floor with my daily needs.

Selection is right. They usually have what you need for a DIY and can order everything else. They're a smidge on the higher priced side; however, it's affordable for a local shop that's well stocked. My first stop for any local yard/home project needs. Love the fact they always have parking. They appear to be expanding with a new building as well.

I gave 3 stars because of the product they sell. However, I wasn't at all impressed with some of the ladies that work there, they are rude, and not very helpful! I went to the lumber barn for a specific piece of wood, I ended up finding the wood inside. Was told outside they could cut it for me, asked one of the women inside and all I got was a very rude "we are not allowed to do that!" When you ask about products prices the Ladies actbas though you have ruined their day because they have to go out of their way to check the prices.

The girl that helped us with paint acted like she didn't want to be there. And when we checked out with our paint I had purchased a glass vase. She took my money left my items on the counter and said thanks. I LITTERLY HAD TO ASK FOR A SACK!!!!!. Loved the paint but may not come back.

Family owned and friendly run, beautiful small-town hardware with all the things for the everything one might need, from indoor to the outside they've got a bit of everything. Oh and of course a whole lot more! There's even a service center in the back for advice and a shop to work on lawnmowers. It's the only hardware I go to

Workers in the store seem to have a real attitude problem I run a business locally and felt so disrespected that I now choose to drive the extra 30 to 40 minutes instead of spending one more dollar at this local Ace Hardware. Bad attitude shown by the workers.

Tried to run into the store to get a part, and I was turned away because they closed at 6. It was 3 minutes before 6. I stopped shopping true value because of rude service. I figured thing would of changed. Guess it's time to add ace to the do not shop list.

Wasn't quite 6 yet, doors locked and sign said closed. Only needed 1 screw. Was not happy to have to go out of town because I needed it tonight. I like the place when it's open and I like it being open til 8 through the week. It's hard if my husband works all day out of town and tries to do something and can't because it's closed.

Tonight as my fiance and I went into the store he accidentally dropped one of the outside figurines and it broke Well the lady made him pay for it as we was leaving she was very rude about everything and he asked for the broken merchandise because of course he paid for it well I had no idea any of this was going on or I wouldn't have bought the merchandise I ended up buying which all together we spent $147 in the store there is no you break it you buy it policy at Ace Hardware in Bucyrus Ohio it's very sad that when I called the assistant manager Kim refused to talk to me and told me to call Craig or Greg tomorrow but not only did she say it once she said it about five times very rudely over and over again as I'm trying to discuss the issue
