I went into the store at 8:15 PM, the store was closed but the two employees that were working left the door unlocked, we then heard slight moaning noises from the back room, we thought nothing of it and kept browsing. When they noticed we were in the store they were flustered and weirdly mad at us. They yelled at us and called us creepy thieves. Not sure who these people were but they need investigated. 5/28/23

An employee named Milly was extremely disrespectful and rude to about 8 other customers in her register line this morning, saying that none of them had any common sense. Hope she’s the only employee at that store that has no manners or class.

It's a nice smaller store with all the goodies for $1.25.. lol... Need to change the name of the store.. and this one is in a great location... Next to a Beall's Outlet and a Hair place,a smoke shop,a shoe store and Walmart is right there too .

This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores in our area, especially compared to the Dollar Tree on McMahan Boulevard in Marion, Ohio, which I have previously reviewed.Something I always try to note, for my handicapped friends is accessibility. The aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs and carts, and are very seldom obstructed for long by merchandise. Good job employees!The store is well-organized, if somewhat cluttered. The clutter seems mainly due to customers picking up items and sitting them down in the wrong place when they decide they don't want them. Not the store's fault.Unfortunately this Dollar Tree seems to have been hit by the staffing shortage that's affecting so many businesses. Sometimes they only have one employee to run the register and attend to stocking or other tasks. They provide a bell at the register, and appreciate when a customer is patient. I know this from personal experience.In spite of seeming to be short-staffed, this store is relatively clean, and it is WELL ORGANIZED, unlike the Marion location. Items are easy to locate. Seasonal items are up front, to the right. Party items are along the wall. Gift cards are on the next aisle. Along the back are cleaning supplies, and a freezer section. To the far left are kitchen items. Just over from them are two aisles of groceries. Everything else, from home medicine to pet supplies to cleaning utensils to toys, is in the middle. Can you tell how we shop, and what we're looking for when we go there? 🙂Anyways, we're glad to have this store in our town, and they seem to do a good amount of business. All in all, this Dollar Tree is an asset to Bucyrus, and the employees it has seem to take pride in their work.Keep it up, folks! 🙂

I discovered The Dollar Tree about two years ago. I can't put into words how fortunate I feel knowing I can always afford whatever I am in need of. The staff are very nice & helpful. The store is immaculate and clean. I'm always surprised when I find The Dollar Tree stocks an item I've paid much more for in the past. Obviously I'm a big fan!

The Bucyrus Dollar Tree has the BEST and most diverse selection of items compared to any of the other local Dollar Tree stores we've frequented!! I love going to this store! The selection is always top notch and they are constantly stocking the shelves and keeping up with customer demands. The staff is super friendly and always greet you with a cheery hello when you enter their store. The staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory and are always able to point you into to the right direction to quickly find whatever obscure item you may be looking for. Check out this store, even if you're used to shopping at other Dollar Tree stores and you'll see what I'm talking about! For some reason, I always spend around $50 on my monthly visit and am always amazed at how much great stuff I get!! 5 stars for sure!!

Tried to quickly explain to cashier what I was doing, and needed to ask her a question . She never gave me the opportunity to do so. Also , the cashier was talking to me as if I was a child in front of other customers . While the whole time in between gasp of breath , she was muttering to herself to whereas I could hear what was saying . I am 100 percent postive she made sure that I could hear the actual snotty attitude . When this occured , she had bent down . Otherwise , if the store waS not well maintained this would haVe been rated 1 star . Watch out folks , for this small frame, black hair meditarian looking female. She is weird

Love it. Everything is a $1 or less, great selection of Christmas "stuff" & everyday items. Best place to let your younger children get gifts for the family. Reminds me of the the dime stores 'back in the day'.

So menny different products and all items in the store r only a dollar no madder what it is I think that's wonderful and that cater to all people young and old and the staff I could wright several pages about the staff , helpful, knogable, willing to help find what u r looking for, curteious, good scence of humor,so kind , and the food products so amazing I don't c how that can sale all of the food items for just a dollar a piece I'm sorry this is so long but I have been in the dollar tree so menny times and I am to this day still finding new food products and merchindice and I can't say enuph about the dollar tree it is just such awesome , wonderful store and everyone should go to the dollar tree at least one time and u won't beleve your eyes I'm serious and if u haven't been thair go just one time and u will b hooked on how cheep everything is even products u can't believe is only a dollar but beleve it man I could go on for hours just talking about the dollar tree it is really a remarkable store .

I throughly enjoy going to Dollar Tree because the people who work there treat you like family. And as often as I go I know that I can pay a fair price ( there's VERY few places that you can pay only a dollar for)

Everytime I have been in this store I always find something new that I really did not need but I had to have it right now. The staff is over extordenary at customer service, always helpful to stop and help you find anything you may need.
