Walked in and all I hear is people cussing and yelling. No management or leadership here just daycare... dirty, grimmy...I never like these places, with their mediocre food. And just no class burgers. Just plane and awful excuse of a restaurant, just don't waste your money you could easily go to a taco truck and spend way less then you would here and that roach wagon will always top these kind of places and fill you better I mean why not taco or Mexican instead you want those tacos ummmmm... taaaccooss, but for real just keep going I'm sure there's a taco truck near you....

10/03/2022Absolutely horrible. Went thru drive thru at dinner time, 5:50pm. Ordered dbl chsbrgr meal, medium size. Girl at food window did not greet me nor say anything at all handed me my drink. Few MINUTES later window opens, her arm reaches my bag to me, as I'm saying thank you, the window was already closed and she walked away. I pull out, start down the road, my sandwich was old, cold, ketchup and mustard all over the ENTIRE sandwich, cheese wasn't melted, was no onions OR pickles on it, and the bun was burned. Fries were cold. I immediately go back. I pull up to food window, its half open, a different girl was standing there. She looked at me and then walked out of view. 5 minutes later, the first girl comes to the window, i have the sandwich in my hand open, asking her whats wrong with this sandwich? She looked and said, "uhhhhh", i asked her whats missing off of it? Took her a moment and as i said pickles and onions she said, "everything". I also told her the sandwich was cold and nasty. She didnt say anything other than sorry as she took my sanswich back to replace it. I didn't bother saying anything about the fries, because by the time someone came to the window when i pulled back up, i jad most of them ate, and was in a hurry and hungry. The 'New' sandwich was just as cold but slightly fresher. I di9have time to turn around and waste as i was on a time schedule with a very long drive ahead of me. Food was terrible period on this day. It was dinner time, peak hours. None of the food should have been old or cold!!! The girl that took my money, was very polite and friendly!

I went through the drive through and they misplaced my order, then told me they were behind on it and to pull up to the 3rd window. I waited ten minutes and 12 cars later someone checks to see what I’m waiting for. Then 2 minutes later a guy brings me my food saying they forgot I was waiting for it. You don’t clear an order until you give it to someone, so how did you forget? And if I wanted to spend 20 minutes getting breakfast I would have sat down for it.

Look, let's be honest this is McDonald's. You know what you're getting when you go to McDonalds. With that being said I will say that this McDonald's seem to be a little nicer than most. Everything from the food on the menu to the staff taking your orders behind the counter. Also I thought it was really clean inside. Great experience and I'll be back.

Today on a Friday which really didn't matter which day of the week I am out with my kids and can't even go in the dining room to sit down and eat because they have it closed due to lack of management and laziness as far as I'm concerned because they don't want to deal with keeping the dining room clean. They say they don't have enough Staffing but there is 10 cars parked in the parking lot, apparently it's a Park and Ride lot now! I travel every week from Ohio to Florida and don't have a problem going in to get something to eat but apparently this McDonald's location can't get it together. Whether there a franchise or a McDonald's corporate location someone needs to get here and manage it better. Or just close the doors all together! I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location to anybody for any type of food service

10-15 minute wait time even with short lines. They need new management and have for a long time. Poor management and low wages leads to being understaffed. If they can't fix it, they should shut down.The employees are doing their best considering the terrible wages.

The location I was at as soon as my dad and I walked through the door. An employee was sitting at a table with family members of hers and they all looked at us like we weren't welcomed there. We were served right away. The food was way over cooked including the hard bun that was on my sandwich. It crunched when I took a bite. It seemed the grill must have been greasy. The girl that brought out food to the table asked if we needed condiments but never returned with the ketchup I had asked for. We were friendly and I am very polite. So this wasn't justified. We definitely weren't welcomed and felt terrible after eating the food. Will not return.

I don't know why I even try with this place. Last summer, I was in the drive-thru, literally over 40 mins. 2 weeks ago, I waited for our food for dine in for 15 minutes and never brought our drinks to us. I went up to let them know the lady looked at me twice but left me standing there without acknowledging me what so ever. They force you to use the Kiosk to put in your order by refusing to help you at the register. All the while, the manager sat in her corner and watched how the customers were not being served 🙄

Stopped yesterday and bought theee quarter pounders with fries. All three burgers were completely red inside and the fries were still crunchy. Not cooked at all. Would have taken back but drove 14 miles home before eating 👎. Drive through service was good or would have given 0-1 star

After a twenty five minute wait in the dive thru they gave us the wrong food! Easily the worst customer service from staff (she treated me Like it was my fault that she handed me the wrong food) I have ever received in a drive thru.
