Closing at six on weeknights they obviously don't cater to anyone who works a 9 to 5 job. On the hours they are open they seem annoyed when they have to check someone out. If they dislike dealing with customers that much and don't seem interested in making money, I don't know why they even have a store. The only reason I even rated them one star is because that's the only way to share my view. Worst ever.

This store is not the biggest dollar tree I've seen, but they have a very wide selection of everything. They have more storage bins than one more local to me so I opt to go here a lot. Also the staff is generally pretty friendly.

I seen a comment that some lady said the store was looking cleaner.Better not get used to it they fired the nicest and cleanest young lady there.all becouse she was not feeling good today.and as for one of the managers there is a big lazzy joker.i will not be going over there no more.I can go to the one thats closser to me.

Wow... They have completely changed the store!! I wasn't able to check out the whole store, unfortunately, but I will be!! It looks awesome, more organized and just flows better. Some of the prices I saw were lower also. Can't wait to check out the whole store.Ok, well the organization that I thought was gonna happen really didn't 🙄 altho they did change things some. It has mostly gone back to being a mess & dirty. But, hey...they do have a little bit of everything and then some!! 😉I know they're having trouble hiring people that WANT to work! It's a shame!!!However, DON'T EVER TRY TO CALL THEM!!! They must keep the phone OFF THE HOOK 😡 It's ALWAYS BUSY. I'm trying to call to ask a question about the FedEx shipping and if they have shipping supplies available. 😭And to the guy that said he wasn't ever going to shop there again because they pulled the My Pillow guy's merchandise... GOOD RIDDENS!! 😅🤣😅

overwhelmed with all the clutter...no sense of organisation...shelves are in serious need of overhaul...never know what your gonna come across...they are in need of hiring a few more workers... the staff always seem overwhelms but still they will greet you coming in the store and when your departing they bid you farewell....took me way to long to shop and never did find what I was looking for...lil secret if I have their app u can get just about Smyth clearances as love as a penny..but you will have to work alittle..with that being said...i will go back more because it's convenient and cheap

I once saw a lady here purchase an entire overflowing cart of Mountain Dew and Red Bull energy drinks. She was about 400 pounds and she paid with a government food card. Another time there was a drunk lady in the store who was walking around with poop in her pants. That's the kind of store this is, but hey,...decent prices and convenient location.

Dirty and cashier was ringing up another employee of a completely full cart of items, I was only one in line, so I left I don't have time to wait in them to ring all herthings up, I only had 2 items. Buckeye Lake Ohio store. You need to close that filthy place

I didn't go in but my experience of the parking lot was outstanding for what it was, I guess. I didn't notice any litter or trash so that's a plus

They are a hot mess. Very unorganized. Stuff everywhere. Be careful turning or you will trip.

7 people in line to check out, 1 cashier 2 other employees just standing behind the counter talking. Filthy store, very doubtful they could pass a health inspection. I will drive ten miles to never deal with that sewer hole again.

I was in there 15 minutes, no employees in sight. After waiting at the register, I finally went to the office to ask someone to check me out. This happened twice in 2 weeks. I will stick to Family Dollar from now on.

Always things laying in the aisles and you can never get down them. Clearance aisle had had the same items in it for months and prices are not really marked down that much.

When I was in there the store was such a mess you couldn't find anything you were looking for. I will stick with Family Dollar where I can find what I am looking for and the store is clean.
