Got here at 11:30 since I put a mobile order in at 11:05 to have it be ready around 11:30. Now 10 or 15 minutes I can understand. But I sat and waited for over half an hour while waiting on my order. I was gonna go meet a friend for lunch while he’s on break and it went from having plenty of time to I’ll have 10 minutes to eat and chat with him.I guess they have only 3 people here but what the heck, this is a Friday, one of the busiest days of the week for anywhere and this is how they prepare for it.I did go knock on the door to ask what’s taking so long, at 11:55.Incredibly disappointed and annoyed… Thanks for nothing Sonic. They got the order wrong just as a kicker for it all. 🙄

The service is usually slow, but the food is good. I recently was really turned off when I noticed an employee deliver an order outside, and she was wearing pajama bottoms! When I got up to the window, I noticed all the employees were wearing pajamas! Very ridiculous.

Took over 35 minutes to get our food even though we ordered ahead on the app. We didn’t get half price on any of the drinks. We paid extra for nerds in all the slushes and got none. Ordered a couple of the shark week slushes with nerds and it was just a coconut water slush with a glob of strawberries with no nerds or even the gummy sharks on top.

If I could give no star I would!Service was outright AWEFUL! Haili is always so rude!! Never fails! Every time she is working we get an attitude from her/:And we ordered a med chili cheese fry…. Does this look like a med? The manager brought food to window and did not say thank u have a great day… NO this is what I got.. here ya go!

Absolutely disgusting. 3 opportunities.3 separate visits all disappointing.. cheeseburgers ordered plain served with everything, Tots cold everytime, ordered a root beer and it was carbonated water. Received something we didn't order in place of ordered item. Lukewarm at best. Speakers were crackling thru the entire order and making a payment with card wasn't working because it wouldn't let you select the option.

Four of us road (motorcycle) down to have Sonic. Ate on the patio.. One couple placed their order and they would never acknowledge the second couple. It took a couple times inquiring and the kid ended up hand writing it while delivering the first order. We didn't get to eat with each other.... service was just horrible. Another hugh party..yes alot.. they would never acknowledge them either, finally they was told it would be better to order on line. All for a cherry limeade... which was also a disappointment.

Usually love sonic. This place was slow and had no carbonated drinks. The lemonade with bubbles was not good. Bubbles were sour apple. My chicken slider was a tiny bit of mayo, 2 pickles and the bottom bread was too hard to eat. The chicken was super thin and tasted like cardboard. I didn't eat it. Tater tots were good.

Placed an order on the mobile app. We got there and checked in at the time our food was supposed to be ready. Waited an extra 25 mins before it finally came out (meanwhile at least 20 cars went through the drive threw and were serviced immediately). Paid extra for cherries. There wasn’t any. Food had to have been sitting for awhile before it was brought out. Slushes we’re melted, food was cold. I spent $30 and didn’t expect this kind of service. The girl who brought our food out was extremely rude. I asked for a drink carrier when i placed the order online. She brought 4 drinks out without one. When i asked about it, she told me that i would still have to take all of the drinks from her and then she would go get one. Obviously if i asked for one to begin with, that means i don’t have room to hold that many. Very disappointed. We live in Fort Wayne and drive to Bryan a few times a week just for sonic. Never had this bad of an experience. Not sure if we will be back.

Food was pretty good. The reeses shake I got was good also however it was difficult to drink had to end up eating with a spoon. The straw I received was to small for the chunks of chocolate and peanut butter to pass through. Overall the service was decent and food was good. Would recommend checking it out if you get a chance to. 👍

Nice place. Food was fantastic. I had fully loaded double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and daughter had double bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese tots. The fries and tots were great with the chili cheese. The burgers were thick and juicy and great flavor. Only downside is they were slow at bringing out the food.
