The food is good, if they have it. Usually, if it is past 5:00, they are out of PotPies. Tonight I ordered chicken nuggets. Their nuggets were frozen and they couldn't get them apart so I said I wanted a coney dog with onions but she said they were out of onions because they have to go to the store everyday to buy onions and they are out. I went to Sonic.

The people that took my order at the drive threw was very rude. After I got done with my first part of my order I told them one second so I could fine somthing eles I was looking for and the woman was like anything eles but said it rude. Then I got all the way home and they left thing out I order so I had to go all the way back. They are always forgetting stuff.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is a joke! We waited in line for a total of 30 minutes, for 2 meals. 15 minutes of just waiting to have our order taken and the worker sounded rude and bothered off the bat. I have worked fast food for many years and never treated one of my customers like this or ever had them wait 30 min for food. We didn't get utensils for a kfc bowl, no sauces for the popcorn chicken and the fires were old with the container filled half way. I won't be returning, waste of money and time.

Worst KFC I have ever been to hands down. If you don’t have products to make the main items on your menu or the people to make them then you shouldn’t be open for business.Management here needs looked into terrible people and customer service skills. We ordered online and when we got to KFC the manager said they didn’t have the items we ordered in a rude manner and said they can’t control there mobile orders and then completely stopped talking to us through the speaker when we said we wanted our money back or something equal of value. We waited there for an hour just to get a few items that was not fresh and did not receive the correct items for the money we paid. I will never return to this KFC.

Very rude when I questioned where my fries were from a meal ordered on the app. They replaced with mashed potatoes with out asking me what I wanted or telling me they had done so. Drive up window has a sign that says “NO REFUNDS”. So if you order online and they are out of something, you get what they want to give you as long as its not $. And they wont be nice about it. They will get nasty if you question them about it. I will never set foot in the Bryan KFC again.

Told myself I wouldn’t write a review till I got my order messed up 10x in a row. Well it’s hit the 10th and final time for me. My order is always missing food and missing the sauce I ask for. I ask for sauce at the speaker and the window and never get it. Never get the full amount of food I order. Sometimes get food I didn’t order instead of the food I order. This place has had issues for the past 2+ years and at this point you might as well shut down.

Ordered online pickup time was 5:00pm website said to do go INSIDE to the designated pickup area. Arrived at 5:05pm and doors were locked. I contacted an employee. They proceeded to tell me I needed to go through the drive thru and pick it up that way. I advised them that the line was all the way out too the road and my order was done 5 minutes ago. So I waited in line for 30 minutes and I got my food at 5:45 after it had been sitting for a 45 minutes. Do not recommend!

Absolutely the worst fast food place in the history of fast food. Line is always out to the road. Waited in line 50 min today for an online order that was placed @ 5:34. Finally left there at 6:56 after arguing with them over 15 min about our order that they supposedly never received. Now after getting home finally, the order isn't correct. Would leave a 0 star of it was an option

The chicken had a horrible after taste as if the oil was dirty and needed to be changed, fries were soggy and under cooked and we had to wait close to 15 minutes to get our food. I'm not sure who owns this KFC but they need to get involved and correct all of the issues. Our food tonight was horrible and it's doubtful that we'll ever return to the Bryan KFC.

I went through the drive thru tonight and they weren't really busy. Maybe 4 customers inside and 1 car in front of me. My wait was almost 40 minutes. I ordered a 3 piece box and a polar swirl. The 1 sign says $3.29 for the swirl but when you get up to the other sign is says $4.06.Anyway, I get home to find my order upside down and I only received the chicken and a biscuit.

My family and I arrived at 6:30pm to sit in the drive-thru line until 7pm. Upon arriving at the intercom we sat for another 10 minutes in silence waiting for someone even acknowledge that we were there. I recognize that there are signs that state that the establishment closes at 7pm, but I would hope that someone could take a moment out of their time to state that I would not be served. I will never eat at this KFC and I will make sure that word gets out about the unprofessional treatment of this location and it’s associates who work there.

Will never go back. Staff was rude. The only thing I got right was the milk for the children's meal and I never even got the actual meal.. 3 of the 4 other orders were not even close to being correct. When I called to ask if I could come back for the correct order I was told yes. However when I arrived back to exchange my food the staff. Was down right rude. And we waited 30 minutes just for them to say they were closing early!!! I will Not be returning to this store. However the last 3 times I have been there my orders were wrong and or missing items. Once yeah it happens. we all make mistakes. twice I'm yeah that happens, but EVERY TIME????That tells me your customer service needs improvement.I give the benefit of doubt in most cases.

Picked up a meal deal and didn't get all the correct sides! Oh we got the biscuits and Cole slaw but instead of 2 lg mashed potatoes we only got 1 and 2 sides of Mac and cheese we DID NOT ORDER! Next time instead of driving 18mi ONE WAY to Bryan to get KFC I'll drive the 22mi ONE WAY to Wauseon where at least I know my order will be correct when I get it home.

Had the lights on. drive thru board on. Sign posted with hours says open. After waiting 5 min and driving 30 round trip since your hrs on here aren’t right and the phone was busy so I would assume you’re open if someone is on the phone and so do your posted hrs but that would be wrong. I get it’s hard to get help but jeez at least turn the lights off so ppl aren’t just lining up and waiting for nothing.

38 minute wait. Definitely not fast food. And I watched a woman in a striped shirt (manager, maybe?) come back into the serving area and handle food without washing her hands. If there was a zero star rating, I would have chosen that. Very disappointed. Hopefully management can facilitate some retraining to speed things up.
