This goodwill is the best! I must say, I used to prefer the old layout, but I guess over time I will get used to the changes they’ve been making. One thing that always shines bright is the exceptional team and the ABSOLUTE BEST manager in the world! Their warmth and kindness make every visit a delight! This Goodwill truly deserves the title of #BestGoodwillEver!

I have to say that this is the best goodwill I have been too, it is clean, organized and has great prices and friendly workers. Keep doing what you're doing guys! We are happy to shop here and often find great stuff!

I gotta brag about the Bryan Ohio Goodwill! I visit here often and always leave with a few items or a cart full! Love the nice new shelving they put up at the front of the store and the cleanest looking goodwills I shop in! Nice displays set up with items, super cheerful friendly manager Linda Grubb always making u feel welcome and recognized, great staff very friendly and helpful! The other nite I got my best treasure I’ve ever found there! This tops them all! I love the chucky movies well I got a chucky doll and he talks and moves his head and mouth! Myself and the cashier were both excited and amazed at what I found!!!!! I wish I could have attatched a photo I will be forever brag where I found it!!! I’m always referring people to go there! They deserve 5 stars plus some!!!

Was overcharged. associate, Abby suggested I grab something in store for the difference she overcharged me.I said no, thank you just refund the money then she kept commenting on She is only human and Said it would take 10 to 15 minutes and had to get another associate to do so as she did not know how with language that did not need to be used. She then turned to a customer and another associate, and told them I had said the words of her to go to hell, I am flabbergasted with behavior of lies, and will not ever be shopping in the store again. With people already not wanting to support a nonprofit organization, I cannot see hiring and keeping workers who treat customers in such a degradable way.I have always loved shopping for a good bargain, but I will no longer support an organization who will keep employees who mistreat customers.Very disappointing

Always a good place to find a great deal! Goodwill has done a fantastic job at finding the best brand name clothes and allowing the customers to have a massive selection to choose from at a price that can't be beat.

Very unhappy with this location. We made a donation and the lady was sorting through the stuff in the parking lot. Made rude comments and only wanted things she could mae big profits on. Not looking for what the community might need. Also said she had hugest donations from 127 garage sales and threw most of that away and her dumpster cost is so high????

Goodwill in Beyan gets some nice stuff but the older lady who works there some days likes to over charge and makes up prices based on if she likes you. I bought a desk paper shelf said $2 she charged $2 per section making it $8, it was stuck together couldn't pull it apart I tried. Yet she charged me like they were sold individually. For $8 I would have got a new one. She is always over pricing me and making up her price, etc. This year alone I have been charged $100 over the marked prices. Now if she is working I leave, I refuse to be checked out by her. I'm not sure if she pockets the overage or what but for someone coming in on a regular spending over $100 a trip why do u need to rip me off.

I love going to this place, I find many useful and even beautiful things in the store. It's kinda like a treasure hunt and you never know what you'll find, I love it. 😊

I have visited many thrift stores. By far the cleanest, high rotation of items, and the friendliest staff. I visit this store biweekly if not more. Excellent brands (Under Armor, Abercrombie, Nike, Adidas) and have even found some high priced items. Clothes is sorted by size, color, and style (eg. short sleeve shirt, sweater, sleeveless). I will be back time after time. Prices are very fair. Jeans $5 shoes $3 shirts $3.50 baby $1.50.

ZERO STARS!!!! First off, the woman cashier had 2 speeds...STOP AND BACKWARDS. I was third in line and waited 25 minutes to by a $1.00 used book. Then she wants to charge me 2 dollars. The book is marked $1.00. Her response, "That's not our sticker". LATER! KEEP YOUR 2 DOLLAR BOOK!!! I'LL NEVER GO TO A GOODWILL GYP-JOINT AGAIN. REMEMBER....GOODWILL IS FOR PROFIT, FOLKS!! I'LL STICK TO SALVATION ARMY...GREAT CAUSE. Shame on me for even walking into this outhouse!!!

Store is decent, but very unorganized! Clothing is packed onto the racks & no order as far as sizes go. There is a large selection of clothing, but the store needs to expand & get more racks for it. Decent prices on everything!

The store isn't too clean. The staff was mostly teens the day that I was there. They had a nice collection of discounted books. Usually the clothes are outdated and sometimes not that clean. O.k. place to bargain shop.

What is the point of having someone put there credit card in a basket for the cashier to pick up to make the purchase when they touch the same card I touched 2 seconds before them when neither person is wareing gloves.

Very Unprofessional staff, needed to find a quick pair of boots for my step child, and they closed up early as they watched me walk to door, so i called them and said sorry you are to late! and laughed.. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS GOODWILL AT ALL

The kids clothes are color coded only. Not separated by size. But the pricing for kids clothes is good at 1.50 an article.
