since the remodel, the prices have gone up and the service has gone(actually left the building) no training, and it takes forever to get your order. not only does it take forever, the order taker cant comprehend what you are ordering, for example you order a single scoop in a waffle come and they bring it to you in a cup or you order a Hot Fudge sundae and they bring you ice cream with hot fudge and you have to ask for whip cream buts and a cherry(that is what a sundae is...). also ordered a large cone and it was the size of a small, so after waiting for 30 minutes for my order i just drove away, but I probably wont go back.

Eric's ice cream is one of the best things in Bryan, OH! I have been eating their ice cream for two years. Their ice cream has been consistently good both in quality and flavor. They change some of their ice cream flavors from time to time, so there are always new flavors to try!Besides ice cream, they have many other items on the menu for customers to choose from, such as soft serve cones, flurries, and slushes. The portions are good, and the prices of their items are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I've never given this place such a low score, but in this day, we were served the wrong sandwiches abs the were extremely dry. Called the store and the first person was really rude, so I asked for a manager. The manager agreed to fix the issue and we will be going back again. This was the ONLY issue we've EVER had here so after several years that an excellent track record I'd say!!

Glad to find gluten-free dairy free, vegan ice cream. I got a (huge) scoop of vanilla and Chocolate. Was driving by the town and stopped by the drive through. They also have sorbet if you would rather.

Had a really good first visit with my 3 oldest kids. It was so cheap I couldn't even believe it!! I had to keep asking her if she was sure she got all of our order!! Lol. That's a breath of fresh air especially in the world we live in today! Kids were very happy with their ice cream choices as well. We will most definitely be making several trips to Eric's this summer and for years to come!!

Ok, so they recently added an indoor seating area. Not much else has changed since this is a seasonal job. The staff tends to be friendly and in training, so in a few weeks or a month it will run great. The hard dip changes, but not that much, The food options are the same as most I've cream shacks, and that does most of them fine. The landscaping since the upgrade is still in transition but it's getting there. I don't know what it'd take to see a 5 star but I suppose we will see.

The ice cream is lovely if you get the right thing. I love their cheese curds, though they aren't spicy like they used to be, unfortunately. However, don't dare get in the drive thru line if you want to go anywhere else that day!! Line moves agregiously slow and once you get in line you physically cannot get out. Love the patio and heavily prefer that experience!

I drove from Santa Barbara, California just to have some of there world famous, homemade ice cream.And it is worth it.I should know, my family owned a Dairy Queen Queen, so I like to think of myself as a expert.After my drive around the United States, I will return here to get some more, before I return to the West Coast.All hail Eric's, the King of the homemade ice cream.

I ordered hard scoop apple pie and I was honestly a little disappointed. To me it seemed like ice milk rather than ice cream. Will still come back,but won't order hard scoop again.

The strawberry shake was loaded with strawberries. Almost couldn't get the shake through the straw. The chocolate vanilla twist was creamy and just the right amount. Worth the wait for sure

My wife and I road 80+ miles to try the ice cream and hotdogs, we weren't disappointed at all! The staff was very friendly and even took a picture of us in front of the sign. 10/10 will go again.

Erics was awesome, prices were pretty good and they have a large variety of options. Drive thru or they have an outside area with tables. Pretty close to the imagination station.

Revised!Milkshakes and flurries are great! I really wanted to try the new Pumpkin Pie Ice cream that is advertised on their sign in the front of the building.. However; I have stopped three times on different days and times to try it and am told they "don't have it." Please change the sign if the business isn't going to supply it.I typed flurry instead of ice cream the first post. But that isn't the point I was trying to make. Your employees said that they don't have Pumpkin Ice Cream. Sorry that I referred to it by the wrong name, but either way it sounds like you don't have it. Things go out of stock, that happens. But keep customers informed.

Though it was a line of wait to the drive up window, thewait was worth it. The chili dogs and New Yorker dog were soooo good. The buckeye and turtle ice creams were even better. Thank you Eric's, you get five stars.

Was passing through Bryan and had to stop for ice cream. I had pumpkin pie and raspberry chocolate chip which was so tasty. I also had the cheese curds and macaroni and cheese bites which were both delicious. Also shared a Cookie Dough Blizzard... everything was really good. I would highly recommend stopping by this place if you're passing through the area. The staff was friendly as well and super quick getting everything out.

The ice cream is bomb, like "drive out of your way to get some of it" good. Parking setup is fine unless the window is backed up to the road (because the ice cream isnt a joke.) Treat yo'self.

It must have been a bad night when I came here for icecream. They were all to busy standing around & talking while my fiance & I had to almost 15 minutes to be served. The server who, placed our order, she didn't look to pleased @ all.

You should teach the children that work at your store how to talk to customers. 1st time and last time I will ever stop. The milkshakes were good, the girl with the attitude working your window was not. I don’t mind that we had to wait considering there was 6 cars ahead of us. However the last thing I wanted to do as I ordered 3 small chocolate milkshakes for the kids in my back seat and 1 large strawberry milkshake for myself was to deal with some stuck up teenage girls attitude while I was ordering, paying for, and receiving my milkshakes. Absolutely awful and I will never recommend this trash ice cream place to anyone.

The service was quite slow. The ice cream is delicious, however they need to offer smaller portions because some people can't eat that much ice cream, especially elder customers and people with diabetes.

Not impressed with this place. The ice cream was not flavorful. Mine was supposed to be cheesecake. It was?!My friend's coffee drink was too runny. If I have the choice, I won't be back.

Went on a beautiful day today and waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. They changed their sizes and a small is more like a junior size now...I was shocked and asked the girl working the drive-thru about it and she said yes they did change their sizes but the pricing is still the same.

Went there today around 4.30 and gotta say the blond little girl behind the counter was very very rude and unfriendly.... Came to see it how it taste I'm from Germany and gotta say no more.... The ice cream was good but the server noooootttttt
